"Man, that girl makes idiots look smart. It was an insult, not an invitation!"

"We're already ten episodes in, so people will be trying to think hard on their next move. And it's a known fact that the new guy is always the target come elimination."

"Heather being the leader? As if. But you saw what happened when one of these guys try to fight for the top spot. Getting in the middle of it won't help me any. Though it was pretty tough biting my tongue."

"Hmm, maybe Cameron could be useful to me after all. I mean, take a look where things stand now. Heather and Alejandro are a couple, and Courtney and Scott are heading towards that. It's a known fact that couples vote together nine out of ten times. I need an ally at this point. Luna's too crazy, Sol isn't trustworthy enough, and going with Gwen will get me an unwanted enemy in Courtney. Looks like the new guy is my best bet."

"Unfortunately, he makes a point. With Cameron gone, I'm out of allies and will be a prime target come elimination. It would be smart to vote with the majority until we get to the merge."

"It's kinda weird that both Scott and Samey got such personal opponents. But it's probably just a coincidence. Right?"

"If the others see that I have someone on my side, then the loner target won't work with me. Plus, she' dating Sol. It's two for the price of one!"

"I happen to be an excellent swimmer. I once had to swim against the rapids after I accidentally fell into a river heading towards a waterfall. Flat water's no trouble at all."

"I know! Samey! She isn't as bad as Amy described her to be. You know, I might wanna take Samey to the finale with me. Sammy! Ugh, that's a habit that's hard to break."

"Okay, Samey grew on me a little. Sammy! Ugh, still doing it!"

"It wasn't personal; it was strategy. If Sol or Sammy got the boot, then I would be targeted next. Hey, I finally got her name right this time! Yes!"

"Shawn, I know you think differently, but not even Mike is that cruel. Something's up."

"Not hearing Dave on the boats, bashing Sol on the bars, actually liking going to the spa hotel...that's a lot of red flags around Wolfie there. Maybe Sammy knows something about this."

"Forget it, Courtney. Sammy and I are NOT getting flushed down the giant toilet. It suits the others, but we are not a giant toilet-swimming kind of girl!"

"Why was Sammy encouraging them? Zoey I might understand, but Courtney?! She better have a good explanation or she can kiss our friendship and the million goodbye!"

She held back her puke. "I can't do it! I can't eat disgusting foods! I'm not a raccoon like most of the others."

Confessional: Shawn and Jasmine [episode 22, confessional 22]

"It stinks that neither of us can win that million!" Shawn complained as he sat on Jasmine's lap.

"I'm honestly not that bummed," Jasmine admitted. "I just wish I was helping Sammy instead of Mal. But the million wouldn't be that bad, either. I could've used it to open my shop Roses Are Red, Bruises Are Blue!"

"Jasmine, I love you, but that is the second-worst name you could've named your shop."

"The name's fine!"

"I just don't want you losing everything. A few years ago, my uncle once opened a tanning salon and lost everything. Didn't get a single customer. 'Bernie's Tanning Salon'. His name wasn't even Bernie!" Jasmine giggled a bit at the story. "Hey, don't say I didn't warn you," Shawn told her.

"My cage fighting school slash flower shop dream is still alive!" Jasmine squealed.

"With a possible zombie bunk in the basement?" Shawn inquired.

"Fine, you little gnat." Shawn laughed as Jasmine rubbed his head.

Jasmine was another character I had trouble deciding what role she was going to play, then I decided to let her have a bit of a redemption arc like Austin did in Pahkitew. She even managed to make a friend in Sammy.
