Amy had a pretty minor role in All Stars and was basically a rival to Sammy. Her karma was pretty good in that she blurted everything, making her lies fall apart for good, and then lost her hair in the finale. I wonder if that means Amy is the so-called 'spare' to Sammy. Okay, it's a bit of a stretch.
