Lincoln Loud was a new up and coming Country star…but he just received some bad news and…he is not in the best of moods
Lincoln looks around and sees that all his sisters are in the living room now crying "so mom and dad are…gone?"
Lori and Luna look at him with sad eyes and then Luna walks up to him and hugs him "its ok Link…mom and dad are in a better place right now and they asked me to keep your secret for you"
Lori and the rest look at this and are now confused as to what she said and meant but decide to let it go for now
Lincoln looks to the rest and asks a simple question "may I go to my room please Lori?"
Lori nods and he takes Luna with him upstairs to his room
Inside Lincoln's room he pulls out his guitar and starts to play "Luna…can you help me with a song please?" he says as he plucks the strings
Luna nods and hugs him "what kinda song you want bro?"
Lincoln sighs and looks down "It's a country song from the guy named Brad Paisley hes one of my favorites and he's got this song about someone you love and losing them…can you help me do a cover of it please?"
Luna nods and heads to her room to get a mic for her to use

He starts to play and has some tears in his eyes

About a week later everyone that knew the loud family was there to pay their respects to the kids and the ones they lost.
Agnes walks up to Lincoln and hugs the young boy "I'm sorry for your lost Mr. Loud. I wish you still had them." Lincoln smiles and hugs her back "if you need anything here's my number and address just in case and i mean anything sweetie you're not alone in this you have your friends and your sisters"
Lincoln smiles at her and asks her to bend down to his height. She does so and he gives her a kiss on the cheek as a thank you "don't worry Miss johnson i will be fine…it's just going to be a while till i have the motivation to come back to school or my side job"
Agnes blushes at his kiss and feels her heart skip a beat "y-you're quite welcome Lincoln I MEAN Mr. Loud please take as long as you need." She sees him nod and hears one of his sisters call out to him. She blushes as she sees him walk away and hold the spot he kissed her at. "What the heck is wrong with me…he's a student not some guy you want to take home and cuddle with and snuggle…"
As Lincoln was walking down the hall to see his sisters he gets a phone call "hello?"
John: "hey lincoln…it's me…john from the record company…look…i heard about your mom and dad…i just want to say how sorry i am for your loss…if you need anything you know where i am and you have my number just in case…oh and Luke Combs said that he will be stopping by your place in a few hours to see if you need anything…this visit is on him and you don't have to worry about"
Lincoln smiles lightly at this and then gets confused by what he said "how does he know where i live? I never gave you my address and the only people that could have known about this is…" he looks at the casteks and sheds another tear. "Thanks mom and dad…you're the best even after death"
John: "yeah…your parents told me…i called the house before i called you a few hours before to ask if you were there and i told them what I had planned for you…again…i'm sorry son…i wish you the best after their passing" he sighs and looks down at his desk…he is wearing a black pair of cowboy boots with a pair of blue jeans and a flannel jacket and dress shirt. He has a scar over his left eye, has brown eyes and graying hair with a full goatee that still has some black in it but not much "well i have to go so i will see you when i can ok buddy?"
Lincoln sighs and thanks him for the call then hangs up as he heads to his sister Lori
Lori was sitting there with her family and her boyfriend Bobby holding her "lincoln…i need you to get ready to go ok bud were heading out to bury them" Bobby said as Lori was still crying with her sisters
Lincoln nods and tells his friends it's time for him to go and do the last part of all this
Later at the Loud house the family was sitting in the living room as the rain started to come down a few hours before. As they were sitting there they heard a knock on the door
Lincoln gets up and heads to the door "i got it" he opens it and he sees some guy standing there in the rain
?: "howdy..is this the home of Lincoln Loud?"
Lincoln looks at the guy and instantly recognizes him bs…nice to meet you"
