Knock Knock
It's been a long time since York's new younger sister was locked in a cabinet. This year the two attended Pharos Academy in Vale. York had just finished his last year at the academy while Coco was two years behind him being younger and all. He had already applied and gotten accepted at Beacon. Know to train some of the best Legendary Huntsman and Huntresses out there. Currently however the two were at a Dust Shop called From Dust Till Dawn.
The two were wearing their new combat outfits. York's was simple yet stylish while Coco's was a fashion statement while still managing to be functional. Coco wears a long, cocoa-colored shirt with an upturned layered frill collar with a black single strapped waist cincher. She had black pants with gold accents and most importantly, to her anyways, was her black beret with a brown trim, and a pair of black aviator sunglasses. In her free hand was a black handbag she called Gianduja.
York himself wore a tan leather jacket with white accents over a black t-shirt. He wore plain blue jeans and black combat boots as well. He also wore a pair of black aviator sunglasses matching his younger sisters thanks to her insistence that they completed his look. Just like his younger sister he found that he liked wearing them not just because of style. He liked the outfit though he hopes that one day he'll be able to get his old armor again weather it falls from the sky or he makes it himself. He knew that both options were unlikely.
"You know I still find the design of this place odd." York comments referring to the Dust Shop's layout.
"Why?" Coco questions with a grin. "Because they look like a candy shops?"
"Exactly!" York agrees. "I mean I know you need to be a certain age to buy Dust from here, but you can't tell me you wouldn't think this was a candy shop if you were a kid."
"I could see it." Coco decides with a shrug. "We'll I've got the Fire Dust Rounds I needed." She says showing the box in her hand. "What about you?"
York sighs. "No. Their all out of Gravity Dust again." He explains. "I swear that kid with the blond hair is responsible."
Coco chuckles patting York on the shoulder. "Maybe next time." The two then head on over to the counter, pay for Coco's ammunition and exit. As they walk down the street York sees a few women eyeing him and one even smiles at him. He smirks back to her before turning back to his sister.
"Do you see this?" He asks humorously. "Nearly every girl on the block is checking me out."
Despite the sunglasses York could tell Coco had rolled her eyes. "Sounds like they got terrible taste." She teases giving him a smirk.
"Are you kidding?" He questions. "They have great taste. Unfortunately for them though I'm not looking for a girlfriend."
She takes a glance back seeing some of the women still watching York before turning away due to Coco's gaze. "They may not have good taste, but you most certainly do." She compliments turning her gaze back to the direction their walking.
York takes a moment before looking back to his sister. "You know, I always forget your into other girls." He says causing Coco to chuckle.
"Yeah, I've noticed, and it makes for some great reactions from you." She says teasingly.
"So you make comments like that in front of me purposely?" He asks earning a nod. "Huh, that explains a lot."
"Just remember not to tell dad." She warns causing York to chuckle.
"Yeah if he knew I wouldn't have a sassy sister anymore." They both laugh at that.
In an apartment building in downtown Vale a guy and a girl eat ice cream at a wooden table. One had half and half long pink and brown hair while the other had simple short black hair. The guy also had an outstanding thick twirling mustache. On the table next to the man's ice cream was a white replica of Mark VI Mjolnir armor helmet with a golden visor.
The girl had a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single pink button and large pink cuffs. She wears brown pants with a dark belt that has a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket is a brown corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, exposing her hips. She also wears a multitude of black beaded necklaces.
The guy wore a long white trench coat with white painted metal shoulder pads over a long sleeved flannel shirt. He had long white dress pants and freshly polished white dress shoes. Along with that were a pair of white gloves and a golden watch on his left hand.
"Alright Neo." The man starts with a thick British accent. "Knock knock."
Neo silently giggles as a tiny holographic blue man appears next to her head. A moment later a holographic text display appears showcasing the question. "Who's there?"
"Tank." The man says earning a confused expression from the girl named Neo.
"Tank Who?" The text display showcases as her heterochromic eyes furrows in thought.
"Your welcome." The man says with a smirk. It took Neo a second to process the joke then her eyes widened and she nearly choked on a spoonful of Ice Cream. "My my Sis, I didn't say to choke yourself to death." He says chuckling as he walks over and pats her back to help her.
A moment passed and she sighs. "PERHAPS THE JOKE WAS LIKE PAPER." The blue holographic man suggests. "TERRIBLE."
"I don't believe that's how the joke goes Gamma." The man says.
"I LIKE TO THINK THE IMPORTANT PART IS THAT I TRIED, REGGIE." The holographic man, Gamma states. At that moment the man, Reggie felt his Scroll ring. "I BELIEVE THAT IS FOR YOU."
"Yes yes, I'm well aware." Reggie says rolling his eyes before answering. "Wyoming here... mhm... oh? Oh Bugger. Sure, I can get it done. All right, cheerio mate." He hangs up the scroll while Neo looks at him with a raised eyebrow which he notices. "What."
"Oh Bugger? Cheerio Mate?" Holographic text displays. Reggie rolls his eyes.
"I don't complain about you changing your name to Neopolitan, Trivia." Reggie scolds causing Neo to scowl. "So get on me about how I talk." Neo rolls her eyes and sighs. "Now, where is your good chap Roman? Shouldn't he have been back by now?"
