SonicStar21, one of my best friends on Deviantart and who owns Hannah, asked for this one. Here you go, Amiga! :) Enjoy! :)

Balan Wonderworld belongs to its respective owners. I only own Annalise and Snaplens.

A/N: This is a belated Father's Day story that takes place after "Her New Family", which is a collab between me and SonicStar21 and can be found on my page. :)

A Double Father's Day

Hannah woke up when she felt something brush over her head and she opened her eyes to see Balan smiling at her. "Good morning, little star," he said. "Time to wake up."

She yawned. "Morning, Dad," she said, smiling.

Ever since Balan and Lance had taken her in and not only offered Hannah the chance to stay with them but to also be her fathers, she had taken to calling Balan 'Dad' and Lance 'Father'. A Tim hopped up onto the bed and chirped, making her smile. "I'm up," she said to the small creature.

"Please get dressed and come meet us in the dining room, dear. Lance is making breakfast," Balan said.

"Okay, Dad," she said, getting up and hugging him, to which he returned the warm hug, kissing his daughter's forehead in affection before heading out and she quickly got dressed before heading for the dining room. As she was walking there, she paused as she fell into thought.

Father's Day was coming up and she wanted to give her new fathers something special that came from her, to show how grateful she was to them for taking her in as their daughter. She was so deep in thought she didn't hear someone coming up to her until she felt a gentle touch on her shoulder that made her jump a little and gasp, turning to see it was only Annalise, the inhabitant that owned a library in the theater.

"Sorry, hon. I didn't mean to scare you," she said. "Are you okay? You looked like you were deep in thought."

"Yeah," Hannah said. "It's almost Father's Day."

"True," the young woman said before smiling. "Ah, you want to do something for Balan and Lance, correct?"

"Yes, but I'm a little stuck on what to give them," the younger girl said.

"You can stop by my library later on and look around the books if you'd like," Annalise offered kindly. "My brother found some craft books the other day. I'm sure they can give you some ideas."

"Thank you," Hannah said, grateful to the other's generosity as she headed towards the dining area, finding her fathers already there and they smiled at her.

"Ah, there you are, princess," Lance said with a smile. "We were wondering where you were."

"Sorry, Father. I was talking with Annalise," the girl replied.

"Oh?" Balan said with a smile. "About what?"

"About a project I'm working on," Hannah said. "Annalise said she had some books I could look at to give me some ideas."

Lance smiled. "And what is this project you're working on?" He asked gently.

"I can't tell you yet," she said. "It's just a rough idea in my head, but hopefully I'll be able to find a way to make it happen."

"I'm sure you will, my dear," Balan said as they began eating breakfast.

A couple hours later, Hannah knocked on the door to the library and Annalise opened it with a smile. "Come in, Hannah," she said. "Snaplens and I found those books I was talking about earlier. They're on the table right there."

She gestured to a nearby table that had the books and Hannah smiled. "Thank you," she said.

Snaplens smiled at her as he came in with a few more books. "What sort of project are you looking to do, Hannah?" He asked.

"I'm not quite sure yet, but it's going to be gifts for both Dad and Father," she said. "It's going to be my first Father's Day with them and I wanted to give them something that tells them how much I appreciate them taking me in as their daughter."

"If I may offer a little advice?" Annalise said.

"Yes?" Hannah asked.

"Let your heart guide you into making the gifts," she said. "A gift from the heart speaks a million words and will be treasured forever."

The young girl smiled. "Thank you," she said, grateful for the advice. "I'll keep that in mind."

She spent a couple hours looking through the books and finally set them aside, falling into thought before she looked up to see a picture of Annalise with her brother and the picture had a rainbow sheen to it that seemed to make the picture shine. She got up to take a closer look and was amazed at how it looked.

Annalise came to check on her and smiled when she saw what Hannah was looking at. "My brother gave that to me not long after we opened up this library for everyone to come visit," she said. "He had Snaplens do the rainbow sheen over the picture so that it would catch the light and shine."

Hannah lit up as she had the perfect idea. "Annalise, my I borrow Snaplens?" She asked. "I know exactly what I want to give Dad and Father."

"Of course, hon."

When Snaplens heard Hannah's ideas, he nodded. "I'm happy to help," he said.

Over the next week, Hannah worked hard on her projects and by Saturday evening, the day before Father's Day, everything was ready and she smiled as she proudly held up her work.

One picture was of her and Lance both sitting in the living room and each reading a book and the other was a picture of her and Balan floating in the early morning sky with the sunrise painting the sky in pretty colors. Snaplens helped her with the rainbow sheen and Annalise had found two frames for Hannah's gifts, which the young girl appreciated.

After the pictures were framed and she thanked Snaplens for his help, Hannah carefully wrapped the two pictures in tissue paper and snuck down the hallway that night before bed, placing the gifts carefully in her two father's places on the dining room table, Balan's picture wrapped in white tissue paper and Lance's picture wrapped in purple tissue paper. She then headed back to her room and crawled into bed. A moment later, a knock came at the door and Lance entered with a smile. "All ready for bed, sweetheart?" He asked.

She nodded with a smile. "Yes, Father," she said.

Lance tucked her in and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight, princess. Sweet dreams," he said.

"Goodnight, Father. I love you," she said, smiling.

"I love you too, little one," he replied before heading out and Balan came in with a smile, kissing Hannah's forehead too.

"Goodnight, my dear. We'll see you in the morning," he said.

"Goodnight, Dad. I love you," she said.

"I love you too, little star," he said before heading out and softly shutting the door.

Closing her eyes, Hannah fell sound asleep, looking forward to the next day.

When Lance and Balan discovered their gifts the next morning and opened them, they were both touched by the thoughtful gifts and had tears in their eyes. "I know exactly where I'm going to hang this," Lance said. "In my reading room."

"And this one is going in my office," Balan said, smiling.

Hannah came in right then, dressed in her favorite outfit and she smiled. "Happy Father's Day, Father. Happy Father's Day, Dad," she said.

"Thank you, our little one," Lance said, pulling her into a hug. "These are wonderful gifts."

"They are indeed," Balan said as he hugged Hannah too.

She smiled. "Annalise's brother gave the the idea and she and Snaplens helped me," she said. "I wanted to give you guys gifts that showed you how much I appreciated you two becoming my fathers. You guys are the best Dads in the whole world."

Both Maestros smiled at her. "And you're the best daughter a father could ask for," Lance said honestly.

"We wouldn't trade you for the world, Hannah," Balan said.

She smiled and hugged them as they hugged her back. Annalise was watching quietly from the door and smiled with a nod, backing away so that she didn't interrupt the beautiful family moment that she knew would be in the three's hearts forever.
