Reformed Society: Alliance Alive

While doing their part in gathering allies for the imminent confrontation against Kaido, Reformed Society find themselves in a world overrun with Daemons, with only scraps of human resistance remaining. Now they must band together to put an end to the Daemon threat and give the world back its light.

5. The Ornithopter's Silver Wings

With Galil and Azura using the Ornithopter, and Reformed Society using their own means of transportation, they were able to cross the mountain side and reach the Tactics Guild Tower. However, once they got inside, they see it is completely deserted.

"It doesn't look like anyone is here." Poison Ivy said.

"Hm?" Glacius asked as they heard clanging. "Did you hear that?"

"Yes. There must be someone upstairs." Nesma said.

They proceeded upstairs where they saw a man.

"Well, it's been a while since we had visitors." the man said.

"I'm Galil, and this is Azura. The rest are newcomers." Galil introduced.

"Name's Sorensen, leader of Silver Rain." the man introduced. "Wait a sec, did you say Azura? You're Maria's daughter?!"

"Y-yes, that's right." Azura said.

"Does that mean you're members of the Night Ravens? I heard about the raid in Svalna. Is Wyatt okay?!" Sorensen asked frantically.

"Here's the rundown." Glacius said as they explained everything that had happened.

"I see… That must have been very trying and painful for him." Sorensen said. "You may have heard this, but those of us in Silver Rain that were sent to the Caged Realm never came back. Wyatt ain't one to give up so easily, though. Barbarosa, Renzo, and all of my allies should still be alive."

"Yes, we believe they are alive as well." Riesz said.

"Good, never lose hope, no matter what happens." Sorensen said. "Because we're our friends' last hope. My scouts should be en route to the North Cape Cave. If you see them, be sure to help them out, yeah?"

"No problem. We're on it." Yangus said.

The group navigated from mountainside to mountainside until they finally reached the cave.

"Well, we are here." Valfor said.

"So this is where the Ark is supposed to be, hm?" Nesma asked.

"If the rumors are true, yes." Cheetah said.

"But is it really here? Barbarosa said he has never heard about it before." Azura said.

"But you did prove there was a blue sky here once before, did you?" Nesma asked.

"Our lady has a point. If you were able to prove that, then surely this ship should be here too." Bassam said.

"Nothing to it, but to press on then. Let's go!" Azura said.
