The group managed to get in through the window.
"Well, that was something. Our cover was totally blown. Now we'll have to force our way through." Belladonna said.
"It is nothing new for us. We weren't expecting to get out without a confrontation anyway." Cheetah said. "I would expect them to have taken Wyatt to the top floor. We should hurry."
"And make use of those Access Spells while we are at it." Glacius said as she put a hand on the marking, but nothing happened. "Damn, it's not working. We're gonna need something stronger."
"Isn't that a bit excessive, though? I mean, this is the only place where Beastfolk detain Humans." Zenji said.
"Unless this tower was used for some other purpose long ago." Cheetah said. "But there is no use thinking about it now."
"You're right. Our objective is to free the prisoners detained here." George said.
Once the group got access to a higher Access Spell, they opened the cell doors to free the prisoners before fighting their way to the top floor where they saw Badr and his grunts.
"Oh, great…" Zamazenta said. "Wyatt! Don't worry, bro! We're getting you out of here!"
"I'm afraid that's not gonna happen." Badr said. "You may have slipped away last time, but now you ended up getting yourselves caught! And after all that effort, too. Get'em!"
"Oh, you are so gonna regret this." Glacius said as her claws are imbued in ice as she slices at one of the Beastfolk.
Nesma flicked her wrist as she sends a fire ball at another Beastfolk while Rayleigh tackles a third, his Beastfolk scared stiff.
Jessica uses her magic to imbue Angelo and Rhatla's arrows as Agursu charges in.
"Looks like your Beastfolk couldn't take all of us." Esmeralda said.
"Damn it, what's going on? Why are you blokes floundering?" Badr asked.
"S-sir… There's a Daemon amongst them." one of the Beastfolk said, referring to Vivian.
"Wh-what?!" Badr asked. "D-don't just stand there, wipe them all out now!"
It was at this that more Beastfolk swarm in. However, they were dispatched just as easily. Just as more swarm in, they were attacked by Gene, Rachel, Renzo and Barbarosa.
"We made it!" Rachel said.
"I hope you all weren't too worried about us." Barbarosa said.
"Actually, we're glad you all are here." Glacius said.
"What-what the hell? How are there so many of you?! I-I gotta get out of here!" Badr said as he took Wyatt and ran off.
"He's getting away, after him!" Cheetah said.
