Vivian and Ignace went back to Daemonia to retrieve what information the can. During this, though… They were encountered by the leader of the Council of Eight, Kuwalsa. Refusing to give the Brionac to Kuwalsa, Vivian was hit by powerful Sorcery, forcing Ignace to retreat with her in his arms and relay the information to the others himself. Vivian was soon able to regain consciousness, much to everyone's relief. However, it didn't mean Vivian was out of the woods.
"Wait, so this Kuwalsa guy took away your immortality?" Nesma asked.
"Kuwalsa… Rouge mentioned that name several times before." Cheetah said.
"Yes. Kuwalsa is the chairman of the Council of Eight. He is the 'head honcho' among the Daemons, you can say." Ignace said.
"Yes. And there is only one way that my mortality can be removed." Vivian said. "It can only be removed by the caster… Or upon the caster's death."
"Defeat Kuwalsa? Can we even do that?" Matthew asked.
"We have to. It is the only way to end all of this once and for all." Glacius said. "I would bet that Rouge mentioned that Kaido formed an alliance with Kuwalsa because of his sorcery."
"Yes. If Kuwalsa is to head off to Wano, who knows what he is capable of doing to its people." Vivian said.
"They already had Orochi's propaganda crap to deal with. Throw in Kuwalsa's on top of that…" Captain Cold said.
"They will have no means of fighting back no matter who still stands." Cheetah said. "Then it's settled. We're putting an end to Kuwalsa's reign."

The group went to an oasis in the Burning Realm where they met up with an associate of Tiggy's.
"I was wondering what strange group this is, but it's just you, Tiggy." a boy on the chair said. "I've heard all kinds of rumors, you know. All of them involving soaring through the skies on a ship."
"Yeah, yeah. Nice to see you too, Blue." Tiggy said. "Anyway, it's my companions that have business with you."
"Yes. We are looking for a way to reach Daemonia. Specifically, Area 18." Vivian said.
"I believe there is a portal that someone of noble Daemon status such as yourself could have used." Blue said.
"Well, yeah, but… It might have been destroyed by Kuwalsa. We're trying to find another route there." Poison Ivy said.
