Konosuba: Kazuma's Sympathy

Hello there, this is a story about a character from the second ova, so spoiler alert for anyone.

After the success that the party has had in the movie, Kazuma and the girls are at the adventurer's guild having a meal. Kazuma is at the bar giving a stare to Luna, still sore about that "fake-fan" scam she and Ran pulled. "This was a delicious roasted frog meal, Luna." Kazuma said. Luna mustered up the effort to ask "Well was that all you are here for or are there any adventures you'd like to go on?" Luna asked. The adventure looked up to stare at her, and respond. "So you're going to ask me straight instead of manipulating me, or are you gonna pay someone to cheer me on when I'm not interested." Kazuma said. Luna was shamed for asking a favor so early after putting him through that humiliation, and scared that her panties would be stolen again by Kazuma's magic skill. Then Luna went on break and walked into the adventurer "Ran" who said "Hey Luna I saw what happened, he's still mad at us, but I have something to remedy that, here take this thing I bought from a magic shop." Ran said while handing Luna something.

Next, that rookie adventure that tricked Kazuma stepped up behind him with Luna and called out to him."Excuse me, Kazuma sir, I need to talk to you, please don't steal our underwear." Ran said as she backed up slightly and covered her groin area with her hands, still traumatic about the panty theft. "Ran and Luna, what do you want now, are you here to say sorry again after making me a fool? Having my teammates laugh at me behind my back, you ass? I could do something worse than steal panties, how about I use "Drain touch" then tie you up, throw you into the lake and use "freeze" on you?" Kazuma threatened, waving his fingers to use magic.

"Wait, no please forgive me Kazuma, I am sorry I tricked you, I talked to your party and they vouched you are noble." Ran said. Kazuma's angry look dissipated but still looked a bit sour. "Huh, are these things working yet or what?" Ran said while taking her hands away from her neck, revealing a choker the same from the first OVA, as did Luna. Kazuma noticed and revealed "Ran, Luna, are those things from Wiz's shop? "That choker is cursed, it doesn't grant wishes, it chokes you until you do it it hasn't dropped off yet it isn't working." Kazuma. Ran and Luna were upset after hearing that, and since her wish was Kazuma forgive her, they grabbed her hands, and begged him to forgive them. Kazuma wasn't merciless but not entirely forgiving yet, so it had to be something big. He gave it some thought and looked around.

The two girls huddled and worried what Kazuma would do to them, worrying he would make them do depraved, nasty things. "I hope it's nothing too bad, do you think he's gonna make us strip, our give him massages"Ran said "Calm down Kazuma has a noble side I'm sure, he won't be too harsh." Luna said. Back to Kazuma. "Wait, they are desperate to remove those things, but they're gonna need to do something big." Kazuma said The adventurer Kazuma had a plan for them ready. Then they went up to the board and Kazuma grabbed the slip for that adventure request.

Then Kazuma went over to the girls. "Megumin, Darkness, and Aqua". "Hey girls, there's a quest we need to go on, and by the way, we have two temporary new party members, this is a tough quest don't hold back because they're new, show them all that you three usually do." Kazuma leered over to his new members, seeing them nervous about the new quest. After the adventure, which was offscreen, was finished then all the girls and Kazuma returned to the guild hall tired from the hard work. "Gotta go back to desk, Gotta go back to desk" Luna said, covered in bruises, burned clothes and limping back to her work station. "I am sorry Kazuma, please forgive me."Luna said then fainted to the ground "That was horrible, Darkness couldn't land a hit on those goblins, Megumin only used one attack for the whole battle, Aqua just pissed off those zombies, and drew them in, is this what you do on quests, Kazuma?" Ran asked.

The green clad adventurer was ready to talk "Kazuma here. So you think we're even now? Now you know, my party and I worked our butts off, I literally died, was thrown in jail, branded a terrorist, is a little respect so impossible, after everything I went through. Now you know what it feels like." Kazuma. Then Ran and Luna's choker hooked and freed their necks. "Fine now we're even, for that trick, you both pulled, now here you go." Kazuma pulled out something from his pocket, for her and Luna. "My panties, gimme, okay you saved my life and even shared the reward money with me, I'm sorry again, Kazuma." She bowed to him and walked as he went to get a meal, he heard chatter about giving a new adventure a good-paying job, and he looks like he's been working out. "Finally, I get some respect around here, I may not be an OP Badass, like in anime but, it's something. This life isn't all bad."
