"Praise god for sending me here early."
The girl took out her phone and looked at the time. She smiled. She won't fall behind. She wouldn't lose. Not to a Devil of all people. Especially not to Rias Gremory. Her violet eyes scanned her surroundings, waiting for her ride to appear.
"Ah, you're here."
"Azazel-sama," she said.
"So you became Michael's Ace, eh?" Azazel said, looking her up and down.
She was no longer wearing that skin-tight exorcist jumpsuit. She was wearing a violet hoodie with sweatpants. Her carry-on was next to her and her neck pillow was hanging off the handle. The girl's twin tails cascaded down her back, all the way to her waist and her bangs framed her face. A look of confidence spread across her face and she stood straighter and prouder than she ever had before.
Placing her fist on her chest, she proudly declared it.
"Yeah. I, Irina Shidou, am now an official angel!" Irina said.
"Well, Miss Official Angel. Ready?" Azazel asked.
"Yup!"
"Don't worry about your papers. I already registered you here in Kuoh," Azazel said.
"She's here again," Rias said, crossing her arms. She was sitting on the couch in the living room, watching Issei and Mitsuki play furiously against each other.
The game they were playing a classic fighting game that everyone played. She was supposed to be right there, playing against Issei. Doing strip poker-like challenges and losing on purpose in order to fluster Issei more and more. But, in true gamer code, the two hogged the system to themselves. Not that the others minded. Xenovia was someone who had never encountered a gaming console in her entire life and had no idea what was going on. Koneko and Yuuto were more Nintendo fans than Playstation fans and Akeno was more of a PC gamer herself. Rias was a jack of all trades.
"No fair! Stop shoving me!" Issei said, slamming his shoulder into Mitsuki.
"Not my fault you can't focus!" Mitsuki said. Her eyes began to glow as she used her clan power in order to learn Issei's playstyle.
Sensing her demonic power about to fluctuate, Issei smacked the back of her head.
"No using the Dantalion clan power to cheat!" Issei admonished.
Scan. Rias knew what power he was talking about. Scan was the Clan ability of House Dantalion. It allowed them to process information in their brains at a much faster rate than everyone around them. It was why they were referred to as a clan of scholars rather than fighters. All of the greatest books in the Underworld were written by a member of House Dantalion. Their uncanny ability to learn made them valuable in various subjects in Underworld Academia. But never before had Rias heard of a Dantalion other than the original, Iris Dantalion, use it for anything outside of learning academic subjects and magic theory.
She blew a strand of her own hair off her face. Rias needed to do something or else Issei would be taken from her by a more compatible tomboy.
"Ne, Aniki. Should we take a break?" Mitsuki asked, placing her controller down. She had felt Rias's less than subtle looks of hostility.
"What? You scared of losing again?" Issei asked.
"No, I'm hungry. Rias-senpai! Why don't you come take my place for a bit?" she asked.
Rias blinked. That girl… was she helping her?
"Yeah, sure," Rias said, getting up from her spot and taking a seat next to Issei.
"Take care of yourselves! I'll just be in the kitchen making myself a sandwich!" Mitsuki said.
Mitsuki sighed and walked into the kitchen. She opened the fridge and began rooting around inside for things she could turn into a sandwich. As expected of rich girl Gremory, there's a variety of things in here… that aren't good for making the sandwich. Where's my Oscar Mayer's!? She closed the fridge. "Why is there only quality cured ham? I want my trash processed ham."
As she began rummaging around the kitchen, the hairs on the back of her neck stood like soldiers in boot camp. Her eyes flitted around, looking towards the elevator. Azazel, I know that but… the one next to him is an angel. An unknown signature… She rested her arm at her side and opened her hand. Yorihime was ejected from its storage circle and rested in her hand.
"Mmm…" Mitsuki rested her hand over the hilt of Yorihime while keeping her finger on the trigger of the sheath.
The signature and Azazel were getting closer and closer. ETA is about 30 seconds. If they're hostile… well, then they can't blame me, Mitsuki thought.
Her training at Blacklight was beginning to kick in. She was on edge. And being on a case didn't help the matter in the slightest.
DING!
"So as I was saying, you're going to be staying here in this massive house," Azazel said.
"Really? Did she really have to…? I mean was this really necessary?" the girl asked. "I mean, I get being rich but there is such a thing as going too… far." the girl summoned a light sword and immediately stood protectively in front of Azazel.
Mitsuki's eyes dulled and she gripped Yorihime's hilt tightly and her finger hovered over the trigger.
Azazel blinked, seeing the immediate hostile interaction between the two.
"Woah! Woah! Cool your jets!" Azazel said, getting in between them.
The girls faced off against each other, ignoring Azazel's words. Violet locked onto hazel and hazel locked onto violet. After a few seconds of scrutinizing the other with their gazes, they relaxed their stances.
"Iri-chi?" Mitsuki asked.
"Mii-chan?" Irina responded.
"IT IS YOU!"
The two ran towards each other, wrapping the other in a warm embrace.
"It's been so long, best friend!" Irina said, hugging her tightly.
"Yeah! I forgot how tightly you liked to hug people! I'm gonna suffocate you damn bear!" Mitsuki choked.
"I'm so sorry!" Irina let her go and Mitsuki fell to her knees, gasping for air.
Dear Lucifer in Sheol! How strong is she!? Mitsuki wondered.
"Are you okay? Mii-chan! Don't die on meeeee!" Irina wailed, shaking her violently.
"Mii-chan! Are you oka- Irina!?" Issei said, gawking at the sight of her.
"I- Ise-kun? Mii-chan! Mii-chan!" Irina said.
"I'm fine! I'm fine!" Mitsuki said, getting up. "Geez, I'm fine." Mitsuki dusted herself off. "Rin-chan, it's been so long."
"Yeah, almost 11 years now," Irina said.
"Did Aniki recognize you or no?" Mitsuki asked.
"You know how he is. A dense idiot. Can you believe that he thought I was a boy the whole time we were kids?" Irina said.
"I know right. I feel like Aniki is really undermining your value here," she replied.
"Don't talk like I'm not here," Issei said.
"Ne, Aniki. Wanna go on a walk with us?" Mitsuki asked.
"No, I'm good. I'm going to get used to my new toys in my room. Rias and Akeno are playing against each other and it feels like a death match in there. And Xenovia is… well, she's learning but watching her get slaughtered by Rias over and over again is too much," Issei said.
"Xenovia…" Irina's voice trailed off.
Issei grimaced.
The relationship between the two had soured somewhat. Learning that Xenovia was a reincarnated devil had put a bad taste in her mouth. But Irina knew she would need to face her soon. She just didn't know when and learning that her former partner was in there, not regretting the fact that she was a devil, made her squirm uncomfortably.
"I can take care of your luggage for you," Issei said.
"Huh? Oh, yeah thanks. Where are you staying?" Issei asked.
"Here. Azazel said there's a lot of rooms so I'm staying here." Irina handed Issei her luggage.
"Hey, Rin-chan. Wanna go on a walk?" Mitsuki asked.
"Yeah, sure! We'll see you in a bit. I'm going to go get some fresh air. I've been on a plane for nearly 24 hours and I want to stretch my legs a bit," Irina said.
Issei nodded and watched them leave through the elevator. Azazel stood awkwardly in the kitchen, taking some chips out of a bag he had just opened. Issei placed his hand on the handle of Irina's carry-on.
"Was that Irina?" Xenovia asked.
"Yeah," Issei replied.
"I see that… we still have some issues to work through," Xenovia said.
"You two will be fine. Just tell her the reason why. I think she feels betrayed because you suddenly ditched her to join our peerage," Issei said.
"I'm…"
"I get it. You have to talk to her eventually. Friendships thrive on communication. If you want to salvage what's left of whatever you two had, I think you two need to talk," Issei said, walking off and leaving Xenovia to think about what Issei had just said.
Mitsuki and Irina exited the house, walking down the streets of Kuoh. Irina rubbed her arms awkwardly, stealing glances from her childhood friend every so often. What should I say? I know that we clicked back in the house but now that we're all alone… ummm, Irina's thoughts began to barrage her mind. Her eyes swirled in confusion, wondering what she should say. She could feel her tongue physically becoming a mess of knots that prevented her from speaking.
"It's been so long since we've seen each other," Mitsuki said. "So you're an Angel?"
"And you're a Devil. Are you part of someone's peerage or…?" she asked.
"No. I've always been a Half-Devil. Sorry I didn't tell you guys. Mom and Dad told me not to tell anyone…, especially you. Considering that your parents were…" Mitsuki trailed off.
"Oh. Was… Was it Aunt Elaina?" Irina asked.
"Yeah, Mom's the Devil of the family. Dad's just a regular human. And since your Dad is a renowned Exorcist and considering what happened to Masaomi Yaegaki and Cleria Belial, well, Mom and Dad didn't take any risks and took all the measures possible to hide us from the sights of the Great King Faction and the Church," she said.
"I… I want to apologize on behalf of my dad. I'm sorry that you and your family had to live like-"
"You don't have to apologize for anything. We were just kids. Anyway, let's talk about something less gloomy and talk about something more fun. So, how is it?" Mitsuki asked.
"How's what?" Irina took an unconscious step away, seeing her best friend's eager face.
"Being part of Aniki's harem. You are part of it, right?" she asked.
"Er… Um…"
"Don't tell me you're conceding because of that old trope?" she asked.
"W- Which one?"
"You know which one." Mitsuki gave her a deadpan expression.
"I'm… I'm not here to join Ise-kun's harem! I'm here as the representative of the church!" Irina denied.
Mitsuki raised an eyebrow. Wow… Rin-chan's never been a good liar. She could see the blush as clear as day on Irina's face.
The two kept walking silently, taking each other's presence in just by being side by side. The two stopped walking upon reaching the park, sitting on the swings. Mitsuki looked down at the bark, not knowing what to say. It had been years since she had seen Irina and she didn't know how to keep the conversation live.
"It's been so long we don't even know how to keep a conversation alive for a long period of time, ne, Mii-chan?" Irina asked, smiling awkwardly.
"Yeah… I guess the time apart was just too big for us. I was able to mesh perfectly with Aniki because I was only away for almost a year but for you, it's been years for either of us. I'm sure Aniki felt the same when he saw you again. All he needs is time." Mitsuki nodded to herself, proud that she felt like she gave sound advice for once.
"What about you?" Irina asked.
"Me? Well, I feel like all we need to do is catch up and start where we are now. We have a foundation as friends. We just need to build off it again." Mitsuki gave her a warm smile.
"Oh yeah… speaking of relationships, are you and Issei…?" Irina asked.
Mitsuki turned green upon hearing her suggestion. She shook her head fervently while simultaneously covering her mouth. The thought of being in a romantic relationship with Issei made her want to vomit. The two had already made it clear that they were brother and sister, even if they weren't blood-related.
"Oh… I didn't expect that reaction," Irina said, blinking in surprise.
"What kind of reaction did you expect?" Mitsuki asked in an exasperated tone. "Aniki is Aniki. We don't, have, or will ever have romantic feelings!"
"Okay, okay! Jeez, don't projectile vomit all over me," Irina said, backing off.
"Ahahaha! I feel like we're kids again," Mitsuki said, laughing at her reaction.
"Mou, it looks like Mii-chan hasn't changed over the years," Irina said, sitting back down on the swing.
"I could argue the same thing," she replied with a cheeky smile.
"So, how's the Church?" Mitsuki asked, leaning back on the swing.
"The Church is… well, it's the Church. We can't go one year without a scandal. But on the exorcist side, people aren't really accepting the merger really well. The Cardinals are all waiting to see where this'll go while the more radical followers want to use this as an opportunity to wipe out the Devils and the Grigori for good. And there's the few that are using this to finally come out and say that they have a relationship with a devil or a fallen angel. The situation with Belial and Yaegaki-san was a tragedy that would have worked out… considering what's happening now," Irina said.
"What about you? How are you taking it? I can imagine how much this goes against your beliefs regarding Devils and Fallen Angels," Mitsuki said.
"My two best friends are Devils. My former partner chose to become a Devil for a reason I can't fathom. Without a doubt, I can say that I do have some reservations about this but… overall, I don't mind it," Irina replied.
"It's because of Aniki, isn't it?" Mitsuki had a knowing smirk on her face.
"S- Shut up!" Irina grabbed her twin tails and wrapped them around her face, using them as a scarf to hide her growing blush.
"Don't deny it. Your face is so red that it might as well be glowing," Mitsuki said.
"I… I… uh! Ahhh! Fine! Fine! This is so much worse than admitting it to a stranger! Mii-chan of all people knows about my feelings for her brother!" Irina said.
"I've known about these feelings since we were kids. Don't think I didn't know what you did to Aniki while he was sleeping," Mitsuki said.
"YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT!?" Irina said. Her voice was filled with pure distress. Her embarrassment was reaching a tipping point.
"Ehhh? Know about what? Did you do something to Aniki when we were kids?" she asked.
"You're such a meanie!" Irina said.
Mitsuki laughed hysterically.
"So… I just… tap the button?" Issei said. It had been a few days since he had registered for Blacklight. Finals came and went and as he expected, Mitsuki had beaten the top spot in their class and overthrew her. Aika was not happy with such a development. Then again, this was how Issei came to learn about the clan power of Dantalion.
[How am I supposed to know? I've never even heard of this Blacklight Organization until a few days ago.] Ddraig commented, yawning into his paw.
"You can try to be at least helpful in some way," Issei said, tinkering with the small orb.
He had been at this for hours. Issei knew how to operate it. He had seen Mitsuki operate hers countless times. So why couldn't he get his to turn on? He rotated the sphere, looking for some sort of button to press. "Hmmm," Issei placed his hand on his chin.
[You could take a walk. Maybe going for a walk instead of staying in your room looking at a silver ball will help. You can even take the orb with you.] Ddraig suggested.
"Alright," Issei said, pocketing the small sphere. When he exited his room and went downstairs, Akeno and Rias were still going at it, not even stopping to eat. Xenvoia was watching a movie on a laptop and Yuuto, Koneko, and Asia were nowhere to be found. They were presumably in the kitchen from what Issei could smell.
"I'm heading out," Issei said, heading for the door.
"Yup." Rias wasn't even paying attention. She was too focused on her game to even care.
Issei nodded and exited the house, still tinkering with the orb. He walked down the street, eyeing the orb closely and ignoring the looks he got from people passing by.
[Have you tried channeling some of your energy into it? It has part of your soul inside. Maybe the device is outfitted to respond to the user's energy.] Ddraig said.
"That… that actually sounds like a good idea," Issei said. He gripped the orb and channeled some of his energy into it. And lo and behold, the orb began to jitter and glow.
A screen made of light appeared in front of Issei, showing him an interface and a login sequence.
[Welcome, Hyoudou Issei]
[Logging in…]
[Configuring default settings…]
[Please wait.]
[10%]
[13%]
"Default settings? I guess I have to mess with it later. I wonder…" Issei swiped the screen, causing it to go in the direction of his hand. His eyes lit up with stars and he began moving the screen in different directions. "Holy shit! This is awesome!" Issei said. He began laughing like a child who had just discovered the passcode to their parent's phone for the first time.
[Configuration complete.]
"Oh, it's done. Let's see. The settings tab." Issei sat down on a bench by the park, swiping through various layout designs. In the end, Issei decided on a format and began cycling through the applications. "Notes, camera, scanner?" Issei raised an eyebrow.
He clicked on the scanner and then held the orb out towards the bench.
[Scanning]
Issei's eyes widened when he saw a list of the materials the bench was made of and even the estimated date that it was made. "Okay, so this thing can give me information on things. Good to know. Now… let's see. Oooh! Archives."
[Accessing Blacklight Pocket Archives.]
[Note: Please be aware that these entries are field entries designed to help Agents of the Hunter Division perform their tasks properly.]
"Let's see… a search bar. Ddraig Y Goch."
[Me first? Let's see what this secret organization has on me.] Ddraig said.
"Let's see. Ddraig Y Goch. The Dragon of Domination and the Red Dragon Emperor. He is the arch-rival of the Vanishing Dragon, Albion. He is the Dragon on the Welsh Flag… blah blah blah. Hmm, Ddraig was sealed away into the Longinus Class Sacred Gear, Boosted Gear, during the Great War by the combined might of the Three Factions," Issei read. "Notable possessors of the Boosted Gear include Belzard and Elsha."
[That's it?] Ddraig asked.
"Yeah that's it," Issei said. "Hey, wait. Wasn't Elsha… that chick who beat Anastacius?"
[Indeed. I remember Elsha. She was the strongest of my female hosts and the one I was closest to. She was an orphan in those days. The days of Lords and Ladies where men and women schemed. You've seen shoujo stories right?] Ddraig asked.
"A few. Is it like that?" he asked.
[Something like that. Elsha was a commoner who stood against them. The White Dragon Emperor at the time was the second prince of a long forgotten kingdom. He, believing that he could keep Elsha to himself, challenged her with her freedom at stake. The fight was horribly one-sided and Elsha came out on top.] Ddraig spoke fondly.
"You must have really liked her," Issei said.
[I did. I raised that girl. She awakened her Sacred Gear at a very young age. Younger than most people I presume.] he said.
"Hmm, let's see. I think that's it. All I wanted to do was turn this on." Issei dispelled the screen and turned the orb off. "Want to go see if they have dinner ready?"
[You say that because you know I can't eat] Ddraig said.
"Yeah, yeah. I'll find a way for you," Issei said,
[I've been thinking. Before we head to the Underworld, there's going to be a New Moon. Why don't we head to the Familiar Forest and take a crack at finding ourselves another familiar?] Ddraig suggested.
"A familiar? Do I really need one? I've gone this long without one," Issei said. "Besides, I think I can handle myself not having a fami-"
Issei froze when he felt that familiar sensation. A series of whispers were entering his head, causing his blood to run cold. No, no! I thought it stopped after the Dividing Gear disappeared! So why…?
[Partner?] Ddraig asked.
"I… I can hear them, Ddraig. The whispers," he said.
[Impossible! We got rid of the source of the problem so how…?] Ddraig asked.
"Help me…"
Issei clutched his head, feeling the whispers becoming louder and louder. It was like a jackhammer was going off inside his skull, pounding every corner of his brain. His pupils dilated and beads of sweat trailed down his forehead. He looked up and saw a woman that was a few years older than he was.
She had lengthy midnight black hair and enticing violet eyes. Her skin was slightly tanned and she wore a white sundress that showcased her large breasts. She had a voluptuous and seductive body. Just one glance from any hot-blooded male would make them fall at her feet, overtaken by the instinct to mate. The woman had a look of sadness and regret on her face. She reached out to Issei, mouthing the words "I'm sorry".
"This isn't real…" Issei muttered.
He kept watching the illusion in front of him.
The woman smiled and opened her mouth.
"Please… I need your help."
Her neck split open, causing a waterfall of blood to come gushing out of it. Issei tried not to vomit. He was given an inside view of her neck. The most horrific part of this illusion was that she was still speaking and Issei could see the muscles in her larynx moving.
"You have to help me… please…" the woman repeated over and over again.
"Make it stop," Issei said.
[Partner! Partner!] Ddraig said urgently.
"Oh? What's this? You're really prone to getting yourself in trouble, Ise-chan~!"
"Y- You?" Issei asked.
The voice. It was that voice again. Her sweet and soothing tone drowned out the whispers in Issei's head. A feeling of warmth washed over him and the illusion before him began to fade away to nothing.
"You have to be more careful, Ise-chan."
"W- Wait!" The warm feeling disappeared and Issei was now left all alone on the street.
[Partner! Partner! Are you alright?] Ddraig asked.
"Yeah. Yeah, I'm good," Issei said.
"Aniki?"
Issei turned around and saw Mitsuki and Irina standing behind him with bags in their hand.
"What are you doing out here, Ise-kun?" Irina asked.
"I was just taking a walk," Issei said, wiping the sweat off his forehead.
"Did something happen?" Mitsuki asked.
"I… I heard the whispers again," Issei said.
"Again?" Irina asked.
"Oh right before you came here, Aniki had a brush with death. His Dividing Gear and his body had a disagreement and some of the symptoms were voices in his head and hyper-realistic hallucinations," Mitsuki explained.
"I'm sorry but what!?" Irina yelled.
"Geez, not so loud. But we went to Lord Beelzebub's laboratory and got Aniki fixed," Mitsuki said.
"I… I see," Irina replied.
"Anyway, are you okay? You said you heard the whispers again," Mitsuki said.
"Yeah, I did and I saw an illusion. I know for sure that the Dividing Gear is gone because I can't feel it anymore," Issei said.
Mitsuki furrowed her brow as she began to think. "Hmm, that's weird. Let's ask Azazel when he gets back," she suggested.
"Yeah," Issei said.
"Now, can you carry our snacks?" Mitsuki held her bag out as did Irina.
Issei sighed and took them, nearly falling at how heavy they were.
"The hell? What did you buy?" Issei asked.
"Enough snacks to last us until the heat death of the Universe, Ise-kun!" Irina said with a wink.
"So, you wanted to go for a walk?" Issei asked, closing the door behind him.
Mitsuki had requested that they go for a walk tonight. Kuoh was a relatively safe town. The only thing a pair of Devils like he and Mitsuki had to worry about were strays. Any delinquents, gangsters, or yakuza that would cross their path would be sliced and diced according to his sister. Irina had passed out in her room from jet lag so Issei knew there would be no chance of her joining them.
The others were doing their nightly duties and there was no doubt that Rias would notice he was gone in a little bit. That was why Issei made sure that they wouldn't go far. As far as the neighborhood park was good enough for Issei.
"It's been a while since we went out at night," Mitsuki commented.
"Kuoh doesn't have much in terms of a nightlife," Issei said.
"At least, for humans," she corrected.
"Even for Devils. This town's pretty boring if you don't know what goes bump in the night," he said.
"True that," Mitsuki agreed wholeheartedly.
The two continued walking, enjoying the crisp night air. As they passed by an alleyway, Issei's ears picked up the sound of something crashing. His senses immediately went on overdrive, telling him that there was a strong presence in the alley.
"Do you feel it too?" Mitsuki asked.
"Yeah."
[Dragon Booster]
Boosted Gear appeared on Issei's left arm.
Mitsuki held her hand out and summoned Yorihime to her. A pair of silver bracelets with blue gems appeared on her arms. She nodded to Issei and the two advanced into the alleyway. The two came close to where the energy signature originated from.
Mitsuki held out Yorihime and prepared to move the garbage bag.
"On the count of three. One…"
Issei held up Boosted Gear, prepared to ambush whoever was trying to get the one-up on them.
"Two…" Issei's body tensed and his demonic power began to surge.
"Three!" Mitsuki knocked the bag out of the way.
Their eyes widened as they gawked at the sight before them.
In front of them was a little girl. Her face and parts of her skin that were exposed were soaked in blood. The shirt she wore had blood stains on it and the pajamas she had on had one torn leg. She had a few cuts and bruises on her face.
"Is that a little girl?" Mitsuki asked.
Issei knelt before the girl. He touched her forehead with his non-gloved hand. Her skin was cold and soaked in sweat. He looked down at her and his eyes narrowed. Her breaths were shallow and her chest wasn't rising as it should be.
"We need to get her some help," Issei said, picking her up.
"Eh?" Mitsuki gave him an odd look.
"We need to get her some help now!" Issei urged.
"O- Okay! Is she hurt? Um… let's get her back to your house! Maybe Azazel or Asia knows what to do with her!" Mitsuki suggested.
The two ran down the street, back towards the Hyoudou Household.
Irina Shidou
The childhood friend of Issei Hyoudou and Mitsuki Adashino.
Her existence is a sore point for Rias Gremory and the other girls of the Gremory Peerage.
Despite her seemingly distant relationship to Issei and Mitsuki, the three of them act as if the separation between them is inconsequential.
Like the other women in Issei's childhood, Irina had many secrets of her own, some of which have led her back to Kuoh and allowed her destiny to cross with that of her best friends.
To King0fPowers: Ah, I have something different for Vali. He does hate his grandfather since Rizevim practically joked to Raezavan about how he should treat Vali and Raezavan took it literally, like Rizevim said. However, Vali's revenge quest is... Spoilers. I won't say much. I'd rather just show it. Anastacius was a character that didn't exist in the original run(s) of this story. He was someone I created specifically for this, addressing the "Dividing Gear actively drains Issei's lifeforce when he uses it". He's also your typical petty misogynist from Ancient Europe who couldn't fathom losing to Elsha and being rejected by her at the same time. So yeah, he deserves to be called Albion's Dark History. As for Blacklight characters, I have a few planned like Mitsuki's Grandfather and her parents and aunt. There are also people from other chapters that will appear later on. And also, uh, disregard my "No canon characters in Blacklight". I just remembered that Ingvild was in it. But... which characters I do add will be up to me.
ToMegar007: You're actively asking for spoilers and I won't spill. :)
We're about to come to the end of the first arc with the next chapter that comes up. After that, I'll go on a short break before continuing with the next arc and the end of the volume. And by short break, I mean break. This story won't be updated for a bit and because I have other stories and real-life to attend to. Still, that doesn't mean it's abandoned. I'll be back in give or take a week or three. So be patient! Recommend this fic to your friends. Leave a review and remember to follow! I'll try to answer your questions and reviews. If I have an answer of course.
