Chapter 5
When Naruto woke up, something was tickling his face, he scrunched his face, trying not to move. He was so warm and comfortable. He felt it again, so he turned his head, groaning. He went to shift his position, realizing there was a weight on his stomach and chest. He groggily opened his eyes, squinting because of the light.
His eyes widened when he saw Sasuke's face, his head was resting on one hand, watching Naruto, while he had a piece of string in the other hand. Naruto tensed up, his still mostly asleep brain trying to catch up with what was happening.
Last night came back to him in a flash. Naruto smiled, his body relaxing, and he brought his hand up, brushing his fingers along Sasuke's cheek. "What? Couldn't wait for me to wake up on my own?" He mumbled sleepily. Sasuke shook his head.
"I've been awake for a while now." Naruto hummed, drawing Sasuke's face closer with a hand on the back of his neck. He kissed him softly, feeling his lips mold to Sasuke's. Sighing, he broke the kiss.
"I'm sorry to keep you waiting, Sasuke." Naruto whispered, wrapping his arms around Sasuke, pulling him in for another kiss, making this one deeper. Naruto moaned softly into Sasuke's lips. "Just. What happens now?" Sasuke gestured at their hands. Naruto raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?" He asked, trying to figure out exactly what Sasuke was trying to get at.
Sasuke sighed, clearly getting frustrated that he wasn't being clear enough. "I mean…What are we?" Naruto smiled, closing the distance between them. He put one hand around Sasuke's waist, drawing him close, his other hand found itself on Sasuke's cheek, gently cupping his face as he kissed Sasuke deeply, leaving them both a little out of breath.
"We are what we always should have been." Naruto whispered, opening his eyes. "Together." Naruto brushed Sasuke's bangs out of his face, smiling. "It took me so long to realize. "Are you worried about people finding out?" He whispered. Naruto could tell that this was what had Sasuke worried.
Naruto laughed softly. "I love you. I'm not worried at all, if people don't like it, I'll make them keep their mouths shut." He murmured into Sasuke's hair, kissing his head as he gently held him there. "You okay?" He felt Sasuke nod his head against his shoulder. "Then are you ready to go?" Sasuke paused before lifting his head, meeting Naruto's gaze with a soft look. Smiling, he nodded, kissing Naruto softly.
Naruto smiled into the kiss. As they broke apart, they turned, continuing on their way to the club.
As they waited for Shikamaru and Kiba, they leaned against the wall outside the club, hand in hand. They were talking about nothing specific, and kept bringing their hands up to caress the other's face or place soft kisses on each other's lips.

"Alright, well I guess I will let you off the hook for being a total DOUCHE to Hinata last night then, since I assume this is the reason." She looked at him for confirmation. Naruto nodded, smiling a little. She smiled. "Alright. Well you guys have a gooooood night then." She said as she walked off, giving them a wink.
Naruto chuckled as he leaned against the wall, sighing with relief. Sakura had quite the mean streak, so he had been pretty worried there for a minute. He looked over at Sasuke who was staring at him. He smiled his crooked smile, touching Sasuke's cheek. Sasuke returned the smile, moving closer and leaning into Naruto who wrapped his arms around him.
"Whoa. Naruto? Sasuke?" Naruto heard Kiba's voice. As he turned to look, he saw that Kiba was looking a little shocked and Shikamaru was next to him, a smile on his face.
"Finally, huh, Sasuke?" Shikamaru said knowingly. Sasuke smiled a little, nodding.
"Wait. What? What do you mean? Shikamaru, did you know about all this?!" Naruto asked, looking back and forth between everyone.
"I had started catching on. Kiba sort of knew, though I don't know if he quite believed it till now." Naruto slumped against the wall.
"I guess I'm always the last one to the party huh?" Naruto said, a little put out until Sasuke placed his hand on Naruto's chest, Naruto covering it with his own hand. "Well, I guess better late than never huh?" Sasuke snorted. Naruto rolled his eyes as they moved into the club.
They sat at their booth, just like normal, talking and laughing just like normal. The only exception was the happiness radiating from Naruto and Sasuke as they sat, pressed against each other, knees pressing together, like a competition of who could get closer.

Chuckling Naruto grabbed a towel, cleaning Sasuke's stomach first and then his own. Tossing the towel in the laundry basket he moved back to Sasuke.
"You hungry, Sas?" Sasuke's eyes flicked to his face, smiling a little as he nodded.
Naruto grinned, bending over him. "Alright. Come on then!" He picked Sasuke up bridal style, kissing him. Sasuke squealed a little in surprise, getting cut off by Naruto's mouth as he threw his arms around his neck. Moving out of the room, Naruto deposited Sasuke on the couch, moving to grab him a blanket, wrapping it around him.
Still naked, Naruto walked into the kitchen, grabbing an apron, he put it on and clapped his hands. "Alright! Chef Naruto is in the house! Food coming right up!" Sasuke laughed out loud, shaking his head.
