The funeral had gone off without a hitch and now it was time for the tradition that set SHIELD apart from all of the others. The Spy's goodbye.
Nat pulled the flask of whiskey out of her pocket whilst Maria pulled three shot glasses out of her jacket. Holding the glasses she waited for Nat to fill them before placing on on the grave before the headstone handing one to the other agent and keeping the last one for herself.
"Bye Director," Natasha smiled downing her shot.
"Bye Nick," Maria sighed. "Totaly not jealous that you don't get to deal with a fucktonne of bureaucratic bull now." Downing, her shot she reached down and turned the last glass over placing a nickel and a dime next to it.
Stepping back she let Natasha place another nickel down on top of hers.
"Bye Nick," Natasha said one last time before turning and walking away from the grave Maria following her.
