Voyager is a character from Fate/Grand Order, but he is not a selectable character option in his site, I used the OC tag, but he is not an original character. Having made this explanation, enjoy this first chapter.

Human ambition. The force that has carried humanity through the ages ever forward, evolving and conquering planet Earth.

From primitive humans who marveled at discovering fire, in small steps man persevered and understood how his world worked. Bronze Age, Iron Age, the advent of agriculture, the first great civilizations...

So many things the human being has conquered, but in this last century the great advances have stagnated. After two great wars that involved much of the world, everyone feared that science would be used again to hurt others, but amid so much mistrust, and in part due to the human desire to stand out from their neighbor, humanity stopped looking to the horizon of his world, and turned his gaze to the stars.

The cosmos, the final frontier. Where no human had ever gone, that was the new goal. The Moon that fascinated humanity since its emergence was now a goal to be achieved. The two military, scientific and economic powers of the time, the United States and the Soviet Union, were constantly trying to overcome themselves.

The first achievement was when Cosmonaut Yuri Gargarin was the first human being to leave the terrestrial frontier, seeing space and being able to have a brief glimpse of the immensity of the cosmos. On his return, he was seen as a national hero, and for much of the world, a kind of hero of humanity, after all, he was living proof of human determination, to never give up and always move forward no matter the difficulties presented.

The United States was not far behind, and years later, after several Apollo missions, they managed to set foot on the Moon with Apollo 11, a spacecraft piloted by Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin successfully managed to land the lunar module on the natural satellite.

Armstrong was chosen to explore the Moon, and he had the honor of being the first man to walk on a celestial body other than Planet Earth. He proudly planted his nation's flag on the moon, and uttered the most famous phrase in human history. "One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." The Astronaut had no idea of the impact that his sentence had, because it was from there that the human being finally began to believe, that perhaps it was possible to travel and discover the wonders present in the universe.

The flame of human discovery had been lit once more.

Years later, the Voyager mission was launched. In order to know the immensity of the cosmos, two satellites were built, Voyager 1 and Voyager 2, both containing a gold plate with information about humanity, languages, music and some cultures, all prepared for the possibility of some extraterrestrial life finding such information one day, and knowing that at some point in the history of the universe, there was a species driven by dreams and ambitions.

It was a testament to humanity that it would cross the barriers of time, ensuring that even many millennia after its extinction, it would still be possible for someone somewhere in the cosmos to find information that would guarantee human existence.

Unlike all previous space missions, this one carried the human desire to explore and persevere through the ages, and the mystical forces that ruled the world recognized human ambitions.

While Gaia was planet Earth's desire to continue to exist, Alaya was the result of collective human consciousness, humanity's desire to thrive and conquer. Alaya has no mindset or sense of right or wrong, only being a force meant for human protection.

And from it emerged two types of entities, the Heroic Spirits and the Counter-Guardians.

Heroic Spirits are the physical manifestation of human legends, portraying heroes who have been essential to human prosperity throughout history.

Jeanne D'arc, Gilgamesh, Arthur Pendragon, Napoléon, they are all part of the group known as Heroic Spirits, not their mundane existences, but the concepts that surround their legends. In contrast, the Counter-Guardians are composed of humans who have pledged undying loyalty to Alaya in exchange for extreme power. While the Heroic Spirits can be regarded as humanity's hope, the Counter Guardians are summoned by humanity's despair, being the final line of defense for the human species.

But what few know is that the Heroic Spirits are more than manifestations of human legends, they are also the manifestation of human desires, and the Voyager mission had in its essence humanity's desire to advance throughout the Cosmos, to know each piece of the universe, and the entity acknowledged its wishes.

From the concept involving Voyager, a new Heroic Spirit emerged. Voyager, the eternal traveler. An existence that contained every human desire to advance beyond Earth's borders, with a childlike heart without any impurity and a child's curiosity, always willing to seek something new.

Voyager, unlike all other heroic spirits created by Alaya, was independent. His very concept prevented Alaya from controlling him, as she was a force of humanity, and humans were Earthlings. Voyager was an existence destined for the other cosmos so it was independent of the ruling forces on Earth.

Voyager is considered an entity outside the earth plane, which led him to travel the cosmos, driven by the human desire that shaped him. He saw wonderful things, worlds being born and dying, stars being born and growing, and some being destroyed by time. When he saw all the universe had to offer, for the first time Voyager's pure heart was filled with sadness.

What would he do? There was nothing else for him to explore, he wanted to know new things, that's what he was there for, but now that he'd seen it all, he felt empty, without a purpose.

Many years ago humanity had ceased to exist, and with that, Alaya also perished. Voyager, who was once a heroic spirit, was the only one of his kind to survive Alaya's death, having no connection with the entity, and with that, he transformed.

What was once a manifestation of human will was now an independent existence possessing divinity.

He was now Voyager, the god of the unknown. The one who had dominion over everything that had not yet been discovered, the manifestation of ambitions and will to always advance and prosper. He was the last remnant of humanity, even though he wasn't a human.

Desperate and not finding an alternative to what he could do, Voyager screamed so loudly that his voice echoed through the cosmos, and white energy enveloped him.

What was once the body of an innocent child was now a young adult with a body that could only be defined as divine. His curly golden hairs remained largely unchanged, with his signature aviator sunglasses strapped to his head. His eyes were now green with pupils in the shape of a yellow star, with an orange scarf around his neck that had drawings of planets and stars in yellow. On his torso he wore a short-sleeved black shirt that clung to his body, showing his defined muscles. He wore tight white pants and a pair of boots and gloves similar to those worn by astronauts at the height of space exploration.

With a tired sigh, he ran his hand through her hair and now in a deeper voice, smiled and said to himself. "So this is my final frontier, I loved every second I spent exploring the secrets of this universe, but now it's time for me to disappear too. I am the last remnant of humanity, and I must continue to fulfill your final wish, whether in this reality or any other." He said with a sad look, but showing all the love he had for the cosmos, his domain.

With one last look at the immensity that enveloped him, a portal appeared in front of him, and taking a deep breath preparing for a new adventure, Voyager left the universe. With him gone, the last light of the cosmos went out, and the Universe as humanity knew it finally took its last breath.

Voyager opened his eyes as he faced a blue sky, he for a moment believed he had gone back in time before Earth was destroyed, but soon realized that it was not the same planet he knew, the magical energy was different and much more abundant. . It seemed that the age of the gods in this world was not yet over, and he felt no resistance from Alaya, which confirmed the fact that he was not in the same reality.

A big smile appeared on his face and his heart filled with joy, he would finally have the opportunity to explore again, so many possibilities, so many amazing things to see, he could barely contain his excitement as he flew somersaulting, laughing like a child even in the body of a young adult.

As he traveled through the skies at supersonic speed, he soon stopped when he sensed something was wrong. The once blue skies began to be marked by black and red lines, and soon after me parts of the sky began to crack and disintegrate, showing a dark sky with red lights.

Something in this scene just felt wrong in his heart, something was messing with time and space, and he wasn't going to let them destroy this reality he'd just come to know.

With a determined look, he shot at high speed towards the epicenter of the strange phenomenon.

Ash punched the ground in frustration. He had failed to stop Cyrus from destroying the world, and now he watched helplessly as DIalga and Palkia were used against his will by the psychotic leader of Team Galactic.

His main frustration was not just his failure, but the consequences of it. He watched around him, his longtime friends with a hopeless look on their faces.

Brock, his old friend, was looking on in despair as he thought of his large family. He lived most of his life with the only desire to give his brothers a better life and now it would all be over by the desires of a megalomaniac.

Dawn, the young coordinator he met in Sinnoh, was crying in fear as reality fell before her eyes, she understood that nothing more could be done, all her Pokémon were KO'd and anything that came close to the Legendary Pokémon would be disintegrated. Cyrus' maniacal laughter only made her despair worse, and she started calling for her mother as she trembled and hugged her barely conscious Piplup.

May, his old friend who had traveled the Hoenn and Kanto regions with him, looked with a sense of morbid accomplishment at the two legendary Pokémon. She loved the years she spent traveling with her friends, and even the short time she traveled alone in Johto. She came to Sinnoh to participate in the Wallace Cup and was excited at the prospect of seeing her old friends, but everything was violently changed when Team Galactic made their final move, summoning the two legendary Pokémon rulers of Time and Space and revealed to the world their desire to create a universe in their own image, sacrificing the universe in which they lived.

She, along with her mentor, Brock, and the young coordinator she had come to see as a friend, fought fiercely trying to delay the inevitable, but it all came to an end. They had failed to stop Cyrus and now looked in morbid acceptance at the last moments of her life, as well as the lives of her friends and all the humans and Pokémon in her world.

She began to cry in despair, and with one last desperate act, she knelt down and clasped her hands.

"Please, if there's anything that can stop Cyrus, help us. Help stop your insane idea and give us the opportunity to live another day. I have so much I would like to do, so many places I would visit, friends I would make, I couldn't even find someone I loved, if not for me, do it for everyone who fought by my side. I would do anything to stop this psychopath from destroying our world." May said as she closed her eyes and said her prayer.

And just when she thought that all was lost, a golden light began to shine in front of her. The light took the form of a human silhouette, and a boy appeared in its place.

Curly golden hair with glasses worn by aviators on his head, wearing a tight black shirt showing his defined muscles, tight black pants and wearing strange gloves and boots.

He floated as he looked at her with a serene smile, and slowly landed in front of her. Gently he took May's hands and helped her to her feet, and with a pure smile, he said his first words.

"I heard your prayer, and I could never deny help to someone who carries the desire to step forward into the unknown. Fear not, for I am Voyager, the god of the unknown, and I am here to end this madness." As he spoke, a sense of calm washed over the four teenagers and slowly they all stood up, lining up behind the strange boy.

Voyager turned his gaze to the man who was responsible for this madness and a serious look adorned his face. "Lord whose name I don't know, you dare to tamper with the reality of this beautiful universe as yet unexplored, and that is something I cannot allow. You use forces that are not yours to accomplish your nefarious goals, and hereby I tell you." Voyager levitated and his eyes began to glow an ethereal blue, an absurd amount of magic power was accumulated inside him and the space around him began to distort, causing Cyrus to widen his eyes seeing a strange boy having abilities similar to the two Pokémon. that he owned.

Voyager looked at him with determination and raised his hands to the sky as he invoked his authority. (insert Voyager NP Theme)

Reality changed shocking everyone, as everyone floated in an endless void, everyone watched in wonder as planets and stars formed on the horizon, seeming to follow the golden haired boy's will.

Voyager looked up with a serene expression and began to sing the verses that were the manifestation of his existence.

"I will be the guide. Humanity's Dreams. Hope of Humanity. I will deliver them all to the distant starry sky. We will achieve it one day." All four teenagers looked on in wonder as a feeling rose in their hearts, Dawn and May couldn't hold back the tears as hope returned to them. Ash looked in wonder at the boy who performed impossible feats while Brock marveled at all that happened before his eyes.

And when Voyager smiled, it was the most beautiful thing they had ever seen in their lives, the smile of someone who had no malice.

And with finality, Voyager invoked his aria." Pale Blue Dot, the distant blue star."

A golden light appeared and embraced every bit of space observable by all, and while Cyrus screamed as he saw himself being erased from existence, Dialga and Palkia now appeared free, looking in amazement at what was happening. Someone besides them and their evil brother was manipulating time and space, bringing everything back to how it should be.

Meanwhile, the four teenagers looked on in awe at the beautiful scene in front of them, and while everyone felt relief in their hearts, May had knelt down and looked in awe at Voyager.

She had summoned a god, there could be no other explanation. She looked in awe and wonder at the boy's feats as he kept that beautiful smile without any malice, even after destroying Cyrus. She felt that she needed to be close to him, in her heart had awakened the same desire to explore the world that she had when she began her journey, and she knew it was because of her savior. With a faint smile, May got up and ran to hug her friends, and they all wrapped up in a group hug.

Voyager looked at the scene the teenagers were providing him and smiled slightly, as he made the world go back to its original appearance, as if nothing had happened.

Dialga and Palkia walked slowly until they were in front of the star god that floated in front of them, and taking an action that shocked everyone, they bowed their heads in respect of the impossible feat accomplished by the boy.

Voyager gave a joyful laugh and patted the legendary Pokémon's heads as he spoke happily. "No need to thank me, I like to help. Hey, you can come play with me whenever you want, but now I think you two need to go home." He said looking innocently. Dialga and Palkia smiled at the pure-hearted young man and nodded positively, created a portal behind them and disappeared, leaving only four teenagers and Voyager on a plain where Team Galactic's headquarters once stood.

Voyager looked up with glee and let his feet touch the ground, and as he started walking toward the teens to see if they had any injuries, he felt a wave of pain and weariness. He knelt down while holding his chest, which caught the group's attention, and May was the first to run towards her savior.

Voyager shivered as he felt his vision blur and before he lost consciousness, the last thing he saw was a blurred image of a girl desperately screaming his name.

May looked desperately at the unconscious boy, seeing blood come out of his nose. Quickly Brock, Ash and Dawn approached while looking worriedly at their savior.

Brock took the initiative by doing a quick health check on the boy, and seeing that he had a pulse and was breathing, he was a little relieved.

"He's breathing, but we need to get him to the Pokémon Center as soon as possible, I don't know if he could have internal injuries, the priority now is to take care of him." Brock said with finality. Everyone agreed and Ash helped Brock hold off Voyager, with both of them slowly leading him towards Lake Valor's Pokémon Center, home of the Wallace Cup.

The walk was slow so as not to aggravate the golden-haired boy's injuries, and as Ash and Brock carried him, Dawn and May looked worriedly at the boy, who had stopped bleeding from his nose. May removed her green bandana and used it to remove excess blood from Voyager's face, leaving her hair, normally tied in two side strands, to fall free to her shoulders.

Not long after they arrived at the Pokémon center, Dawn rushed to the front desk to inform Nurse Joy what had happened. It didn't take long for the pink-haired nurse to arrive with a gurney pushed by her Chansey. Carefully she placed Voyager on the stretcher and her assistant Pokémon took him to the intensive care room.

May wanted to go in, but was stopped by the nurse. "I'm sorry, but I can't allow you or anyone else in. He needs immediate attention and I can't have any interference. You can stay in the waiting room or book a room if you want." She said trying to calm everyone down before entering the restricted room and starting the service.

Everyone looked worried and as Ash and Brock headed towards the cafeteria to get something to eat, May stood there looking at where they took Voyager. Dawn noticed and hugged her friend.

"Hey, he's in good hands now, let's get something to eat and then book a room, I'm sure they'll take good care of him and soon Voyager will be awake and fine." Said the blue haired girl as she gently took her friend's hand and led her to the cafeteria.

When everyone gathered, Ash was eating his monstrous amount of food without surprising any of his friends, but what shocked them was May, who barely touched her plate. It was common knowledge that May was the only person known to match Ash when it came to appetite, and here she was with no desire to eat. Everyone was worried, it was obvious that the girl was worried about Voyager, and no one could blame her, as they owed a lot to the boy with extraordinary powers. While they feared the worst, they didn't voice their thoughts so as not to worry the brown haired girl even more.

After eating, the group of friends left their Pokémon to be treated and reserved two rooms, one for Ash and Brock, and another for May and Dawn, and everyone went to get ready for bed, after all it was night and with the Wallace Cup canceled because of Team Galactic's attack, they needed to head to Dawn's next contest, and May had to travel back to Johto to try to win the last two contest ribbons she needed to enter the region's Grand Festival.

The girls went to shower to get ready for the night, and when they were done, May looked at her friend and said in a tired voice. "Dawn, you can sleep now, I'll stay in the waiting room for a while." Dawn looked at her worriedly, the girl needed to rest, but understood that she was 16 years old and old enough to decide things for herself.

"Okay, but if you need anything, don't hesitate to call me." Dawn hugged her friend and soon May left the room. She walked around in her Johto clothes without her bandana, which was stained with blood. As she made her way to the waiting room, today's events flashed through her mind. She was going to play in the Wallace Cup final against Dawn when Cyrus attacked, and quickly she and her friends were overpowered. When all was lost, Voyager appeared. She took her hands to her heart and smiled fondly, she would be eternally grateful to the boy for what he did and also found his innocent face mixed with his defined body cute. She blushed at the thought and shook her head in denial. This wasn't the time to think about things like that, she needed to be there for Voyager when he woke up and that was what mattered.

After a few minutes, she arrived at the reception and picked up her Pokémon. Her friends had already taken theirs and she was the last one to collect them. She thanked Chansey who attended to her and entered the hallway that was the waiting room. Sitting down in one of the chairs, she placed her hands on her knees and sighed in concern. May felt one of her Poké Balls tremble at her waist and her Glaceon came out. The ice Pokémon looked worriedly at its trainer and jumped into her lap, rubbing its muzzle on May's chest, drawing a slight smile from the girl.

She caressed her old mate and hugged her to her lap. Hours passed as May fought sleep, and soon she couldn't resist, falling asleep in her chair.

It was 2 am when Nurse Joy walked down the hall with the gurney containing Voyager. She saw May sleeping in the chair and that generated a slight smile on the nurse, the girl was very worried about this young man, he was lucky to have people like that next to her. Coming out of her reverie, she took her patient to one of the rest rooms down the hall and quickly positioned the gurney in place, taking a duvet and placing it gently on the young boy, careful not to withdraw the catheter in his right wrist.

Seeing that her work was done, Joy went to the young woman and gently woke her up. May looked sleepily at the nurse and then widened her eyes remembering Voyager. This made Joy laugh merrily and then tried to calm the girl down. "Relax, he's resting in his room now, if you want I can take you to him, but you can't wake him up, the boy needs to rest, and if everything is ok, he will be released in the morning. Do you know his name? I need to make a medical record, but I don't have the patient's name." May looked up and said the name was Voyager, Joy nodded and took the sleepy girl to the bedroom, gently placing a comfortable chair next to the gurney. May thanked her and sat down with Glaceon jumping on her lap again. She hugged her Pokémon and looked at Voyager who was sleeping.

She was eternally in his debt, and would do her best to help him recover. She had a lot of questions, but she could wait, her newest friend's recovery was the priority.

Sunlight burst through the bedroom curtains, waking Voyager awake. He looked at the room he was in and felt his wrist itch. Looking at her hand, he saw that it had a needle, he thought about taking it out, but he would wait, having an idea that he might be in some kind of hospital. He knew this type of facility, after all it was one of the greatest human inventions, a place where anyone could heal from injuries was an invention that greatly increased human life expectancy, and he was pleased to be in the care of such an important facility.

Looking to his right side, he saw the young woman who had caught his eye sleeping while her face rested on her gurney. He smiled slightly at the scene and poked the girl's cheeks trying to wake her up.

May reluctantly woke up to a feeling on her cheek. She thought it was Glaceon's doing, as her mate had this habit whenever she was hungry and May slept late.

The girl looked groggily at whoever woke her up, and instead of seeing her Pokémon, she found Voyager awake and smiling at her. May blushed at the situation, finding the boy's smile cute while she felt embarrassed at the way they both saw each other after what had happened the day before.

She nervously looked at her savior and replaced her shame with worry. "Good morning Voyager, we brought you to the Pokemon center. You passed out and blood started coming out of your nose, and I feared you were hurt. Do you feel any pain or something?" Asked the girl as she got up, waking up Glaceon who jumped to the ground in annoyance, and May went to Voyager's side and looked at him with concern. She saw his catheterized wrist and gently took his hand as she looked pityingly at the boy.

Voyager was confused by the girl's actions. He was no stranger to interacting with humans, but it had been so many thousands of years since he'd seen any of his kind, he just didn't know what to do, and strangely the girl's action made him uncomfortable and embarrassed. He passed out in front of the group he took the trouble to save, what kind of god faints when he uses his power? He brought his other hand to the back of his neck and started scratching his head as he closed his eyes and smiled in embarrassment.

It was with this scene that Nurse Joy with Ash, Brock and Dawn entered the room to check on Voyager. And when they saw the scene in front of her, Joy smiled, Brock and Ash gaped, Pikachu dropped off his trainer's shoulder in shock as Dawn grinned mischievously having found taunting material to use on her friend.

Glaceon looked worriedly at Pikachu that she had a greater affection than usual and ran to his side, licking the mouse Pokémon's cheek, making the poor guy feel embarrassed.

May watched everyone enter and when she looked at the nurse's smile, the open mouths of her two friends and Dawn smirking, she blushed furiously as she stuttered, not letting go of Voyager's hand.

Dawn came close to her friend, laughing maliciously, and nudged her shoulder. "So I go one night without being around you, just for my friend to get so bold with a boy she just met. He's cute, but that's not fair, you know? That way you wipe out the competition very quickly." As Dawn laughed at her comment, May blushed even more, letting go of Voyager's hand and talking hysterically to her friend.

"It's nothing like that Dawn! I was just seeing if he was cute...I mean, hurt, yeah, hurt hahahaha." Said a May laughing nervously as she scolded herself for the slip. Voyager looked doubtfully at the scene, he cocked his head to the side and asked curiously.

"May is okay? She is very red in the face, is she sick?" he asked innocently. This made Dawn laugh even more at her friend as May wanted to change into an ostrich to hide her head in a hole. Dawn didn't miss an opportunity to make a snide remark. "Yes Voyager, she is sick. The disease's name is love for..." Dawn couldn't finish the sentence as May blushed furiously and put her hand over her friend's mouth, laughing nervously she looked at the boy who was confused. "I'm fine Voyager, Dawn here just likes to tease me, but I'm sure she'll stop, isn't she Dawn?" May said with fury in her eyes as her friend backed away nervously, maybe she was exaggerating? Maybe, but it was worth teasing her friend.

"Of course, I'll stop, but then, will Voyager be released today or will he stay in the hospital for a few more days? Dawn asked the nurse trying to change the subject, Joy approached her patient and gently removed the catheter from Voyager's wrist, which made the boy feel a slight pain. The nurse put a bandage on the place where the catheter was and answered the blue haired girl.

"He will be released now, I just wanted to take one last look to see if he had any health issues, but apparently everything is fine." After the nurse said that, she helped Voyager to his feet, which the boy thanked with a smile, and soon the group of now 5 went to the cafeteria, with Pikachu climbing on Ash's shoulder and Glaceon doing the same to May. It was a custom she had picked up from the Pokémon she liked.

Everyone arrived at the cafeteria and Voyager looked in wonder at so many dishes he didn't know, and quickly grabbed a portion of everything he had available, arriving with as much food as May and Ash, much to the group's surprise. And the surprises didn't stop, as the golden haired boy ate it all at an incredible speed, finishing even before Ash and May. The brown-haired girl smiled at her new friend, enjoying the fact that someone else had a healthy appetite.

Finished eating, the group went to their rooms to get their belongings. Voyager followed them as he had nothing better to do. Ash and Brock entered their room while May and Day walked further towards their own room. He was curious about the creatures that were with May and Ash, and in her innocence, he held May's hand, making the poor girl blush in embarrassment as Dawn laughed at the scene, wondering whether or not she should make a provocative comment.

"May, what are these creatures that you and Ash have, I've never seen anything like that." This surprised the duo, as they never met anyone who didn't know what Pokémon was.

"Are you sure you don't know what Pokémon is, everyone knows what they are, they've been our companions for thousands of years." Dawn said confused. Voyager was just as confused as the girl, and lightly caressed Glaceon, much to the Pokémon's delight. "I've traveled to thousands of planets and I've never seen creatures like these Pokémon, and I found them fascinating, and you said they're plentiful on this planet? I want to meet each of them, it's an incredible opportunity." Said Voyager jumping for joy, which infected the girls. May smiled and without thinking spoke to her new friend.

"Hey Voyager, if you want, you can travel with me, I'm going to another region called Johto, and there are several Pokémon that are not found here in Sinnoh." The poor girl blushed at what she'd said and shyly looked at the boy, while Dawn smiled at the interaction. She thought it was cute the way her friend acted around the boy, and as much as she thought he was cute, she wasn't going to disturb her friend, after all, she already had her eyes on a certain trainer annoyingly dense with her Pikachu. Turning back to May, she swung her foot shyly as she looked at Voyager. "Of course, if you want to travel with me. I don't want to force you into anything and we just met, I don't think..." The girl was interrupted as Voyager hugged her excitedly as he lifted the poor girl by her waist and twirled happily around the room,

"Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love to travel, and discovering new places is amazing! We're going to have a lot of fun May, I'm counting on you to show me the wonders that exist in this Johto you talk so much about." Said Voyager excitedly as he released May, who even embarrassed, smiled sweetly at the boy and nodded positively with a smile.

The boy waited outside the girls' room, at Dawn's request that she didn't want a boy in her room while she packed her belongings. The boy asked May to leave Glaceon with him, which she readily accepted.

Voyager sat on the ground while playing with the ice fox, petting the strange creature while Glaceon adored the interaction, feeling a strong appreciation for the boy he had just met.

When May and Dawn left the room, they smiled at the sight of Glaceon on Voyager's shoulder as she licked the boy's face, drawing a happy laugh from the boy. Even without knowing Pokémon, the boy seemed natural when interacting with them. Approaching the boy and Pokémon duo, May gently picked up Glaceon in her lap, which left Voyager looking sad. The poor girl felt bad for the boy, and was thinking about returning her Pokémon to him when Voyager smiled and looked excitedly at May.

"Your Pokémon is very nice and beautiful, I want to see if there are more Pokémon like this in Johto, will you help me to know them?" he asked excitedly as he took the girl's hands and held them, making May blush again, while she shyly nodded. Dawn saw the interaction and decided to tease the duo.

"If the two lovebirds are done, we need to hurry to buy you two tickets to Johto, the boat leaves in two hours." Said the girl as she ran away in fear of May getting revenge.

As the brown haired girl almost fainted from embarrassment, Voyager released the girl's hands and confusedly spoke, even though Dawn was already very far away.

"But I'm not a pigeon, I'm Voyager..." Said the boy without understanding the connotation of the comment. This made May laugh as much of her embarrassment drained away. She knew she was starting to see the boy with a greater appreciation than simple friendship, but she wasn't going to rush things, he seemed to be extremely dense just like her friend Ash, so she knew it was going to be a monumental task to get something more out of her. Voyager. Smiling, she ran and turned to her friend, waving her hand for him to follow, and the two of them ran excitedly down the hall, with May in a hurry to buy two tickets back to Johto.

Soon it was time for May to leave for Johto with Voyager, and the group of five friends gathered at the entrance to the pier. It was a bittersweet feeling similar to when she parted ways with Ash in Kanto, but she had her own adventure and Ash had his adventure in Sinnoh with Dawn and Brock, and she was excited to no longer travel alone. May didn't tell anyone, but she hated traveling alone, she was very boring on the roads, and her only entertainment was shopping in cities, eating, and entering contests.

She approached Ash and hugged him affectionately. She had enormous appreciation and respect for the messy-haired boy. He was the one who made her learn to like Pokémon, he was the one who taught her to be a great coordinator, and thanks to him, she had the opportunity to live incredible experiences, adding to the fact that Ash saved her life more than once. . She at some point had a slight crush on the boy, but realized that he only had eyes for Pokémon, and that was the main motivation for her to go solo in Johto instead of coming with him to Sinnoh. She thought she liked Drew, but the boy turned out to be a big advantage, he had the audacity to say that her breast was big because she eats too much, this earned the green haired boy a beating, and she swore she would never but I would accept one of your roses,

Pulling away, she hugged Brock, someone she saw as her big brother. He taught her a lot about caring for Pokémon, and also took a lot of his time to teach her how to cook. May knew she wasn't an amazing cook, but now she knew her way around, and that was thanks to her dear friend. She admired the tan-skinned boy for his talent for taking care of Pokémon, and while she thought his flirting with any girl he saw was stressful, she knew the boy had a heart of gold, and if he ever found a girl who really liked him, the woman would be a lucky girl.

The last person May hugged was Dawn. She only met the girl a few days ago, but felt an incredible connection with the girl as soon as she met her. In it May saw a friend she could trust, and even though she was angry with the constant teasing about her interactions with Voyager, she still admired the girl, who even in such a short time being coordinator, made it to the Wallace Cup finals. May was disappointed that she couldn't compete against her friend in the finals, but it just fueled her motivation. She still had a long way to go in Johto, and this year the Ribbon Cup would be hers! And who knows, in the future she might find Dawn in the new region she decides to visit.

A loud horn from the ship was the signal that the time had come. May and Voyager were preparing to board the vessel, but before they did, May approached Ash and took half of the ribbon she had earned with the boy in Terracotta, on the last day they traveled together. Ash smiled and took his half of the ribbon, and they both joined them with their hands.

For May that tape had enormous meaning. It was something that would always remind her of the boy who had done so much for her, and it was also a form of closure about her feelings, as that contest was her last attempt to show Ash the love she felt for him. Though she moved on, Ash would always have a place in her heart, and she wished for the boy to succeed in his dreams.

Ash smiled at the interaction he had with his friend. May has always been his greatest pride as she was the first person he could call a disciple. He remembers like it was yesterday when he met this girl, who was afraid of Pokémon and just wanted to travel the world, and look where she got, being a renowned coordinator, the 'Princess of Hoenn' as she was called, was now a strong woman and independent, who had come out of his wings to face the world head-on. Ash admitted it was dense, but toward the end of his journey, he realized that the girl saw him as more than a friend. He's always been very fond of the girl, but he was afraid that their friendship would be destroyed if the relationship didn't work out, so he decided to let her move on.

He knew he was being a fool not to give an amazing girl like May a chance to be closer in his life, but he valued their friendship, and even though it was a bittersweet feeling to let her go, he knew it was for the best. . She deserved someone who would value her for the amazing girl she was, and Ash felt like he wasn't that guy, who knows, he might find a girl he liked. Smiling at the thought, he looked fondly at his friend.

"Take care May, I'll be cheering you on in Johto. Know that I am very proud of your achievements and I have no doubt that you will fulfill your dreams. And as long as we have the halves of this tape, we will always be close to each other." May was touched by her friend's words, and her eyes filled with tears, she ran and hugged her friend and former love, happy that he remained the caring person she so admired.

"You idiot, making a girl cry like that before she left." She said playfully as she released him and looked fondly at her friend, she wiped her eyes with her arm and spoke one last time to Ash. "You don't know how important it was for me to hear those words, I thank you for everything we've been through together, and know that I will also be rooting for you in the Johto league, and this is not goodbye, but a see you later. Let's see each other again in the future. Be careful, I'm not with you anymore to get you out of trouble." She said showing her tongue in a teasing tone, drawing laughter from Ash and his friends. May waved goodbye and walked over to Voyager, who was smiling at the scene with her friends.

May came to his side as she smiled at him. "So Voyager, ready to head to Johto?" she asked excitedly.

Voyager smiled and looked at the horizon. "I'm always ready to discover new places, let's do it together." he said happily. May smiled and took Voyager's hand, guiding him inside the ship. May's action drew malicious laughter from Dawn, which the girl ignored. She was flushed, but also excited.

A new chapter in her journey began, and now with the company of an amazing boy who came to her aid in her most desperate moment.

The world was a wonderful place, and it was always better for her to discover new things with a friend by her side.

And so they both boarded the ship, and the vessel soon set sail for Johto. The group of Ash, Brock and Dawn watched with a mixture of longing and joy seeing the ship with their friends disappear on the horizon. And when he could no longer be seen, Ash looked at Brock and Dawn and said excitedly.

"Well, now that they're gone, let's go to your next Dawn contest, this time you'll beat Ursula." Ash said excitedly, this generated a determined look from the girl, who raised her fist in the air. "You bet I will, that tape has my name on it, it's just waiting for me to go get it. Come on, we have no time to waste!" The excited girl took off running, with Ash and Brock following.

Friends might go their separate ways at some point in their lives, but the bond they shared was something that would withstand any hardship and distance. The friendship of these teenagers was strong and true, but they went their separate ways, each with their own adventure.

After all, what always mattered was never the goal, but the journey they shared with the people they held dear. And while Ash, May and Dawn continued their journey in Sinnoh, May, now with her friend and newfound love interest, Voyager, headed to Johto, to experience unique experiences while exploring this wonderful world.
