Chapter 5 is out and things are getting crazy here, let's see what our campers are up to today.
Someone had just woken up and headed right for the showers, she was washing her hair and making it shine and sparkle, the water felt good but she couldn't stop thinking about yesterday, after her shower she dried off and put on her clothes before heading outside to do a jog on the beach, she had put in her air pods to listen to some tunes while she was running and boy did she run fast, she was running at high speeds but stopped when she heard another voice.
"To be or not to be, weather tis nobler of the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune-"
"Hey again Nick." Jessica said looking up at the actor who was standing on a gaint rock.
"Good morning Jessica." The teenager with the mustache smiled at his taller teammate before hoping off the rocks landing in front of her.
"What brings you here?." The gymnast takes out her AirPods before responding to the question looking into Nick's hazel eyes.
"I'm just doing my morning jog," The blonde newbie grins "got to stay in shape all the time especially on this show." Nick nods as he understands the response.
"Indeed, who knows what Chris could throw at us for his amusement and our suffering in order to gain a boost in the world of money grabs and ratings." Nick says in a charming British accent making the gymnast chuckle.
"That's a good accent, but you are right, Chris could throw anything at us like a pit full of snakes or a swarm of robots-"
"Or a horde of zombies ready to eat our brains." A voice says from in the sky, both Nick and Jessica look around and see Shawn drop down from a nearby tree.
"Good morning Shawn." Nick gives the zombie expert a wave and Shawn nods while holding a bag of something in his hand. "What's in the bag?."
"Oh this?." Shawn holds up the bag revealing a bunch of fruit. "Just some fruit for Jasmine and I, we don't eat at the tiki shack, we like to forage for our food in case of a zombie outbreak."
"Sorry you two aren't on the same team, it must be really hard to deal with." Jessica says putting an arm on Shawn's shoulder who scoffs.
"Not really, we always go towards the woods to meet up, she sleeps in the cabins and I sleep in the trees, she's supposed to be here by now-"
"Gooday Shawn." Jasmine gives her boyfriend a kiss on the cheek making both of them smile. "You making friends with the new fish I see." The giant looks over at the gymnast and the gamer and nods.
"Aww, you guys are so cute." Jessica grins seeing the two of them together. "I wish I had a boyfriend that would've treated me like that, my ex boyfriend was a jock who used me like a toy then cheated on me with my rival on the cheer team."
"That's terrible." Nick was shocked by what had happened to her teammate who smiled. "Oh don't worry Nicky, I got my revenge on him, and that two timing bit-"
"So what did you do to get payback on him?." Jasmine asks putting an arm around Shawn who also looked curious, wanting to see what the blonde would say, Jessica sat on a rock and stretched before looking at the others.
Meanwhile down by the beach lighting had been doing his workout but instead of jogging like Jessica, he was lifting a heavy log with ease.
"Oh yeah lightings on fire." Lighting was flexing his muscle while lifting the log up high with one hand.
"Yes indeed you are very strong." A guy steps behind lighting who turns around. "Which is why you are the perfect person to talk to." Alejandro gives the male jock a big smile and lighting looks confused.
"Oh hey Al, I know why you wanted to talk." Lighting smiles and Alejandro raises an eyebrow while giving a slight smile "Really, well please continue." Lightning nods very confidently and flexes his arms. "You want to know how to look like me, and get arms like these babies." Lighting kisses one of his arms before flexing again and Alejandro's smile turns into a frown and he face palms as Lightning continues to kiss his muscles.
Confessional: Alejandro.
Alejandro was rubbing his chin with his hand thinking while looking at the camera.
"I have already conducted a strategy that will take me to the merge." Alejandro looks at the camera with a smile before he speaks again "Only problem is that Duncan doesn't want to form an alliance, so I fix that with a simple solution, find a replacement and Lighting is exactly the perfect Oveja. (1)"
"Yes, that's it." Alejandro grits his teeth. "Surely one such as I could learn how to get a body like yours." Lightning laughs. "Sorry Al, but no dice, the only one who can know how to look this good is me, sha-bam!." Lightning strikes a pose and Alejandro rolls his eyes but then smiles. "Alright amigo I understand, but what if we formed a little friendship."
Lightning scoffs and looks away from the Spaniard. "Please Al, the Lightning doesn't need any alliance, the Lightning can carry on his own." The jock goes back to lifting a log and Alejandro turns away. "Yes but that could make you a threat when the merge comes and your team will notice the same as I do and then you'll be voted off." Lightning stops lifting the log and thinks back to all-stars when he was eliminated second, the jock looks back at Alejandro who was no walking away.
"Wait Al!." Lightning runs after the Latin and get in front of him. "You are right, the Lightning is too strong and those sha-losers could vote me off." Alejandro smiles and holds out his hand. "Does this mean we have a deal?." Lighting shooked the spaniard's hand and nodded. "Oh yeah we have a sha-deal!." Alejandro gets a wide grin on his face. "Excellent, see you at the challenge amigo, this was a great plan that you won't regret." Lightning goes back to lifting the log and Alejandro walks back to the cabins with a devilish smile.
Brick was doing his morning jog at the same time as Joe, both were sprinting into the woods and coming back since they couldn't go into the forrest they had to race eachother around the rest of the island until one of them reached the docks, the first one there this time was Joe who beat Brick by a millisecond.
"Well well G.I.Joke, you are faster than I expected." Joe pants taking a drink from her water bottle as Brick did the same also panting.
"You raced well mam, it was an honor coming in second place." Brick salutes his rival who rolls her eyes just then a crash was heard from the cabins and Arthur, Scott, Johnny and Jacques all were outside of the girls cabin for the rivers.
"What's going on?." Brick looks at his fellow teammates who also hearing the sounds.
"Sounds like fighting to me." Jacques looks at the cadet while putting on his puffy vest.
"Girls stop fighting!." Sky shouts as she comes out of the cabins as Samey and Amy were fighting over a bag.
"Let go Amy!." Samey grunts as she has one strap of the bag in one hand.
"No it's mine Sparmey, you are just trying to cause a scene!." Amy was holding onto the other strap trying to rip the bag from her sisters hands.
"Stop it!." Joe blows into a whistle making everyone besides the twins cover their ears, but it wasn't working as the twins were still fighting, slapping, pulling each other's hair and pulling the straps of the bag.
"It's gonna rip." Kitty points at the bag that the twins were both pulling on.
Just as Kitty had said it, the bag ripped apart and everything fell out of the bottom of it, nail polish spilling into the grass in a mixture of different colors.
"No!." Both twins push eachother way and try to get the nail polish back into the cases they came in.
"Hmm." Johnny takes a look at the bag the twins were fighting over, seeing a name written on it.
"This bag belongs to Sammy, if found please return it to its owner."
"That's bullshit John, read the name again!." Amy demands and the wrestler holds up the bag very clearly showing Sammy's name on it.
"I don't need to, this bag is Same-sorry, this bag is Sammy's and so you shouldn't have fought over it to begin with." Samey smiles and Amy grows before scooping up nail polish and throwing it in Johnny's face before storming away.
"She really needs to read before she thinks everything is hers." Kitty puts her hands on her hips before Samey smiles and hugs Johnny who seems surprised as everyone else.
"Thank you John." Samey smiles at the wrestler who wipes the nail polish off his face with his hand.
"No problem Sammy."
Unnoticed to the team however, Heather had watched everything go down and she had the perfect plan.
Confessional: Heather.
"So the sisters are out for each other's throats which is common in families including mine but also, why side for one over the other when you can side with both of them at the same time." Heather winks to the camera in the confessional.
Gwen was sitting by the docks drawing something in her journal when someone sat next to her.
"Hey Gwen, how's it going?." Cody smiles at the former goth who looks up at him and smiles.
"Hey Cody, sit please." Cody sits down next to Gwen who was continuing to sketch something in her journal.
"I never really got to thank you for helping me out, I hope I can repay you sometime." Gwen looks to the brunette who smiles.
"Gwen, you know I'd do anything to help you, no matter the reason." Cody makes finger guns at the former goth who smiles. "That's sweet." Gwen giggles before Cody looks at Gwen. "Not as sweet as you." Cody quickly stops and puts a hand over his mouth. "Sorry, I didn't mean it like that." Cody's face turned red and he looked down but what he didn't see was Gwen bringing her journal closer to her face to hide a small blush.
"Wow, so that's what happened?." Nick asked with wide eyes to which Jessica nodded.
"Yup, they both smelled like mustard and garbage for three weeks."
"Remind me to not get on your bad side." Shawn comments while eating some berries from the bat of food he gathered for him and Jasmine who was also eating some of the berries.
"I wish I could've seen it in person." Nick looked at the gymnast who smiled. "You probably would've liked it Nicky."
"Nicky?." Nick raised an eyebrow at the blonde who blushed a bit and Nick gave her a smile before anyone could speak the loudspeakers came on and everyone knew what that meant.
"Good morning hunters, meet in by the campfire pit and please put on your hunting outfits and be very very quiet, we're hunting animals, hehehe." Chris sounded and laughed like a cartoon villain (2) as the loudspeakers went off
A lot of groans were heard as everyone started walking to the campfire pit where Chris was standing.
"Hello campers, welcome to Open Season, todays challenge is simple, you must capture three of your assigned animal and bring it back here to me...unharmed." Chris looks at the campers who would harm the animals mainly Duncan and Scott.
"And what animals are we supposed to catch?." Alejandro asks the host who smiles.
"Good question Alejandro, for the rivers because they won the last challenge their animal is a dear."
The fans start to cheer as capturing a dear would be a breeze.
"And our animal?." Courtney folds her arms at the host.
"Remember when I said there's a punishment for the losing team after each challenge, well favorites, your punishment is the capture three wolves, the animal that the Sewati tribe would use for fur coats in the winter."
The totems complain to Chris who smiles and puts up his hands. "And the rivers get a ten second head start."
The totems complain even more while the rivers smile and nod, this would be the easiest challenge ever for them. There's no way they could possibly lose.
"You can either stay as a group or split up into packs to try and capture the animals faster, it's up to you, but the losing team will be sending someone home tonight." Said Chris as two interns one skinny and the other one chubby out down two bags with holes in them.
"You'll also get this rope to help you gently tie the animals feet together." Chris hands a rope to Heather, Courtney and Alejandro for the totems and Joe, Brick and Arthur for the rivers.
"Alright, get ready, set, go!." Chris smiles as the chubby intern opens the bag, three adorable deers exit the bag.
"Alright team let's do this!." Brick pumps his fist in the air but before they can get the deers they all take off running in different directions.
"Nice job sir dampy pants." Joe says before pushing Brick aside. "Attention rivers," Joe speaks in high authority voice. "We'll split up into groups and chase after the deers, everyone get into a group and go!." Joe says before grabbing a few of her teammates. "Jockstrap, Vanilla Ice, and Dirt Boy, your with me." Joe quickly runs to the ride with Lighting, Jacques and Scott following her.
"But wait we have to stay together!-" Brick shouts but the four were already too far away.
"We'll get the other deer partner." Arthur looks at the other newbies and nods. "Ride with me!." Arthur, Johnny, Jessica and Nick head after the middle deer going further into the island and Brick hangs his head down but someone puts a hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry Brick, we'll help." Zoey smiles at the Cadet who gets back up and looks at Zoey, Mike and Sky who follow Brick to the right side.
"Guess that leaves us." Kitty says to Jasmine and the twins who nod who run in the direction Brick's group went.
"Okay totems, your turn." Chris smiles as the intern runs away from the bag and the wolves run in different directions.
"Should we do what they did?." Bridgette asks as Heather quickly grabs her shoulder.
"That's a good idea Bridgette, and we'll do much better than those losers." Heather glances over at the other team and Arthur who really doesn't care was giving Heather the finger.
"Who's going with who?." Gwen asks looking at the three wolves that were still running.
"Just pick a group and go with it!." Heather says as her and Bridgette run down to the beach after their wolf following them was Gwen and Cody, the next group was led by Courtney.
"Who's going with me?." The Latin girl turns around and Duncan immediately raises his hand "I'll go with you princess." Duncan gives a wink to Courtney who rolls her eyes. "Anyone else?." Lindsay raises her hand. "I'll go." Tyler also raises his hand. "If my linds is going with you then so am I." Tyler puts his arm around Lindsay who smiles at her boyfriend then someone else raises a hand. "I'll also go." Dawn says and Courtney nods.
"Fine, the rest of you go get the other one!." Courtney runs in the middle direction along with Duncan, Lindsay, Dawn and Tyler.
"On me amigos!." Alejandro runs in the right direction then Eva followed by Topher and Shawn.
"This challenge was a good idea." Chris pats himself on the back and Chef shakes his head.
A deer was walking around the beach, minding its own business little did it know it's been followed.
"Okay...three...two...one." Joe counts down and signals for an ambush "NOW!." Joe screams as Scott tries to grab the dear who gets out of the way, Lighting tries to tackle it but the dear moves and the joke collides with the farmer and the both lay in the sand and Joe facepalms, but surprisingly Jacques was moving to fast for the deer to dodge him and his reflexes Jacques countered the deer's dodge with a spinning hold keeping the deer in place while Joe used her rope to tie the deer's legs gently together, along with Scott and Lightning they all started carrying the deer.
"This is easy." Scott grinned at the deer. "Like bagging a doe." Joe chuckled. "I wouldn't be surprised if the others have theirs already."
Meanwhile another dear was by the tiki shack, eyeing a piece of lettuce.
"Ah finally I get enjoy a break with a juicy burger cooked to perfection." Chef Hatchet sat down at a table with his burger in his hand and a drink besides him, just as he was about to sink his teeth into the burger he worked so hard to prepare, the deer came up to him.
"Go away you, I'm trying to eat!." Chef yelled at the deer who bit Chef's finger causing Chef to scream and dropped his burger on the sand "You little-oof!." Chef was tackled out of nowhere by Johnny who missed the dear, who picked up the lettuce from the burger and ran off.
"Damnit, oh sorry Chef." Johnny quickly got off the cook who groaned.
"Come on, after it!." Arthur ran past Johnny who followed the rest of his group after the deer."
"I got it!." Nick said grabbing the rope and roping the deers neck by accident.
"Let it go Nick!." Jessica shrieks as the deer tries to run.
"No don't, it'll be fine just yank it towards you!." Arthur argues but the deer tries to get the rope off its neck. Arthur tries to take the rope but kicks it over Nick's foot but Johnny stops Arthur from taking the rope while the rope begins to wrap around Nick's leg "Chris said to bring it back unharmed Arthur." Johnny looks at Arthur but then the deer runs with the rope around its neck somehow, the rope gets wrapped around Nick's ankle and pulls him along.
"HELP!." Nick screams as he's being pulled along the sand and his teammates running after them.
"Hold on Nick!." Johnny yells as he tries to grab the rope but misses, Jessica gets a hold of it but now gets pulled along as the deer shrieks and runs faster trying to get the rope off its neck anyway it can.
"Hang on lovebirds, I got this." Arthur says while pulling something out of his jacket making Johnny eyes widen.
"Where did you get that!?." Johnny steps back as Arthur ignores the question, what was in his hand was a revolver with the engraving of his name on the barrel of it.
Arthur aims the revolver at the deers skull "Goodnight Bambi." Arthur says coldly but before the cowboy could fire it Johnny tackles him to the sand.
"What is your problem!." Arthur yells at Johnny who runs after the deer and Arthur puts the revolver back into his jacket and follows Johnny.
"Nick, are you okay!?." Jessica looks at the gamer who was trying to untie the rope "Yeah, hang on sweetheart, I'll get us out of this." Jessica smiles at the name but her eyes widen as the deer was coming up on a sign that read in huge letters "Coconut Forrest." She sees the carvings of the bison and her eyes say her reaction as the deer pulls her and Nick into the forrest, Arthur and Johnny both stop at the entrance to the forrest.
"...They went into the forest." Arthur mutters. "We can't go after them, remember what Chris said." Johnny slowly nods. "Yeah, if we go into the forest and get caught, we'll be punished..." Johnny looks down at the sight of deer tracks and Arthur can't shoot the deer as it's too far into the forest.
"What are we doing?..." Arthur looks at the wrestler who looks at his necklace and looks at the forest and then back to Arthur "Get ready deadeye...it's hunting season." Johnny quickly sprints into the forrest and Arthur looks at the bison carvings and puts them into his jacket before also running into the forrest, taking out his revolver in the process.
A wolf was strolling around when he smells something and turns around.
"What do we do?." Cody asks looking frightened.
"It looks really angry...and hungry." Bridgette backs up a bit.
The wolf growls and runs at them causing all of them to scream and run away with the wolf chasing them.
"What are we going to do!." Heather looks around for options.
"Don't worry Gwen, I'll protect you!." Cody gets in front of the former goth acting like a shield.
"Look the trees!." Bridgette runs and quickly climbs up it and the others to the same and the wolf says at the bottom of the tree waiting for them to come down.
"Well great, now what!." Gwen asks as she hugs a tree branch.
"You guys ever hunt a wolf before?." Lindsay asks her group "No, but I'll protect you Lindsay, no matter what." Tyler smiles and Lindsay kisses her boyfriend while Duncan and Courtney continue looking for the wolf. "You sure you know what your doing, princess?." Duncan asks.
Courtney folds her arms and looks at the delinquent "No Duncan, I don't know and you wanna know why?." Duncan smiles at her "Because you never hunted a wolf before." Courtney nods "Chris better not send anyone of us home, there's no way we are winning this challenge, it's unfair!."
"Don't worry if a wolf comes, I'll protect you, I'm not afraid of it." Duncan puts an arm around Courtney's shoulder and the C.I.T smiles for a brief moment but quickly stops and tackles Duncan out of the way.
"Look out!." Courtney tackled Duncan out of the way just in time as the wolf leaped in front of them and growled scaring Lindsay.
"You want Lindsay, you'll have to go through me wolf, come on!." Tyler gets in front of Lindsay and the wolf growls again showing its very pointy teeth. It doesn't go for Tyler but instead goes for Courtney who Duncan gets in front of and the wolf bites his arm making him scream.
"Get off him!." Courtney screams and pulls a large branch of a tree and goes to hit the wolf before it stops and walks over to Dawn.
"Please friend, we don't mean any harm, we are good people and we just want to take you for a walk, is that okay with you?." Dawn starts petting the wolf who smiles and begins to walk with the aura reader making the rest of her team blanch.
"Okay...that's more or just as weird as Izzy." Duncan says and everyone nods in agreement.
Nick and Jessica were still being dragged by the deer and Nick eventually unties the rope and both teens are free from the deer who runs off but the rope was still around its neck.
"Nick are you okay!?." Jessica looks around trying to find her teammate "Down here." Nick replies and Jessica looks and saw that Nick was underneath her, they both get up and look around the forrest.
"Oh god, oh man, oh god, oh man, we are so dead, Chris is going to find out and then we are so freaking dead-OH WE ARE SO DEAD-" Nick was freaking out and losing his mind "Nick, calm down!." Jessica grabs the gamer by the shoulders and the two of them lock eyes before they both smile, Jessica bends down a bit so she and Nick are face to face and they stare into each other's eyes before Jessica takes Nick behind a tree and kissing sounds were heard.
"Guys!." Johnny called out "Nick, Jessica, can you hear us!." Arthur was looking for them but couldn't see either of them anywhere "Where could they be?."The two continue searching but still aren't getting any response "We have to find them and get the hell out of here, if Chris finds out about this then we are all riding that slingshot out of here." Johnny looks around and sees both Nick and Jessica limping, he quickly runs over to the two of them and Arthur slowly walks over "Thank god you both are okay, now we gotta get out of here!." Johnny quickly says but before the other could even react a bunch of spears landed around them in circular formation blocking them in "What the hell is going on?." Arthur says looking around, the four new contestants all looked up and saw a bunch of figures in the distance, wearing face paint and necklaces made from what looks like shark or bison teeth "Well we're boned." Nick hugs Jessica as the figures slowly approach them.
"Come here you stupid deer!." Eva says as she tries to capture the deer but it jumps over her and Eva gets a little angry.
"YOU BETTER RUN BAMBI!." Eva yells scaring the deer off.
"Control yourself señorita." Alejandro holds Eva back who was ready to start punching the deer.
"We'll get the deer." Topher says making finger guns at Alejandro before him and Shawn run into the woods after the deer.
Chris was sitting in an editing room with a bunch of fans on him.
"Hmm, everyone's on my screens besides for the new guys, maybe they are all dead...nah, there's no way they're already dead." Chris puts his feet up as Chef comes into the room.
"Hey Chef, woah what happened to you?." Chris jumps back in his chair seeing Chef's marks.
"Damn deer ate my lettuce of my damn burger then I got tackled by the wrestler, at least he apologized but I still may put something in his food." Chef mutters to the host who was confused with the tv.
"Chef, do you know where the new kids went?. Can't find them on my screen." Chris was flipping through cameras around the island and Chef leans on his chair.
"The last I saw them they headed into the woods." Chef and Chris both saw the entrance to the Coconut Forrest and looked at each-other.
"You don't think they..." Chris started to say before they both began bursting out laughing.
"You are funny sometimes you know that." Chef chuckles as Chris wipes a tear from his eye.
"I know, but let's check to make sure those crazy kids..." Chris hits the rewind button and sees Nick and Jessica getting dragged through the gate by the deer and then Johnny and Arthur running after them.
"Oh we'll guess we'll need some new contestants..." Chef said looking at the screen before Chris got off the chair and sprinted out the door. "WE HAVE AN EMERGENCY!."
