I do not own Naruto or Sonic the hedgehog, this is my first what if ever made.
Naruto is still good and NaruHina Strictly, and yes there is SasuSaku bashing, Kakashi bashing, and council (civilian and Elders)
This chapter will explain Naruto's new looks, powers, flaws, and what is going to happen next since Nothing will change until the Chunin exams, specifically when Naruto 'learns' to summon the toads.
Appearance and personality:
Naruto is now part organic and mainly robotic; he still has his emotions and prankster habits but is less forgiving to those who don't deserve kindness or mercy, he can still reproduce though he is not very fertile, and looks a little like Metal Sonic in his base form, in base, Naruto's hair is still sun-kissed blonde, his eyes have black sclera but still has his blue sapphire irises, are permanently down like he is angry but has a motionable mouth that he keeps in a wicked foxlike grin to look menacing, and he still has his whisker marks.
He has his orange jumpsuit but its dark orange and black which was modified to have the same center as Metal and has a similar jet engine-based propulsion system, his pants are longer, other than that, they are normal and removable, his skin is still fleshy but is now grey and harder to damage, his fingers can become claws exactly like Metal's claws, his shinobi sandals are closed and are removable, Naruto is still capable of tasting and consuming food and drinks and still love ramen, sleeping, resting, or eating helps him recover his energy and chakra. His original height was 3'10" at 4, now he is 4'6 at 7-8, and when he becomes a genin at 12 like in canon story, he'll be 5'2" but still look like he is 4'10.
Powers and (passive) abilities:
Naruto can still use ninjutsu and hand signs, though most of the abilities he gained don't require them or chakra, he can only use one chaos technique, has two transformations, and still has the Kyuubi no Yoko sealed inside him, with two other unknown entities (if you didn't read the manga or watch the anime if you don't know who they are).
Since Naruto is still organic, he still has his skin and blood, vital organs, some of his organ systems, and muscle tissues, so he can still get stronger through physical training and his chakra pathways were fixed thanks to absorbing Mecha's remaining chaos energy.
Naruto has an impressive IQ and is a faster learner, capable of understanding any fighting style, ninjutsu, or seal and its function and weaknesses in a few seconds.
Naruto has a disguise function that he uses to hide his (true) metallic appearance, this is the only undetectable genjustu he can use, and genjutsu doesn't affect him, Sharingan, instrument or not.
Naruto's speed can match up to Metal Sonic's, jet (Mach 5) or on foot (Mach 4) but would lose in a race a few times since his overload mode, unlike Metal Sonic's, doesn't give him a boost in speed, still, he is faster than most ANBU or Kage with great precision and astounding reaction time.
He can perform the spin attack, spin dash, and homing attack.
He can use Chaos control to teleport people to him or teleport to a place he knows, but it is very taxing since he doesn't have a chaos emerald, the further the chaos controls, the more energy it takes.
Unlike Metal Sonic who needs an energy field to protect him from substances, Naruto is waterproof and fireproof, though the fire can damage him if he stays in it for too long, he also has an impenetrable force field like Metal's but orange and requires the tiger hand sign to activate.
Naruto's overload mode is a strength-orientated boost, he can use it to power up his techniques, jutsu, or abilities, but like Metal Sonic, if he stays in overload mode for too long or goes overboard into maximum overload, he'll either damage himself or die.
The ends of his fingers can open up to reveal senbon launchers or transform into claws, but when his fingers are either one, he can't use ninjutsu.
Transformations:
Disguised form: basically, Naruto uses this form to look like how he would if Eggman never came which is the canon look, malnourished, short, dumb, human, and in bright neo-orange, not even sharingan users or genjutsu specialists would see it since it requires no chakra.
Speed form: His base form is theoretically a transformation, his base form is called his speed form since he is close to matching Sonic and Metal in speed, is somewhat weightless, and is hard to spot even with the orange.
Power form: In his base form, Naruto isn't as strong as most would think, even so, if he punches you, Kage or an S class nin, you're going to feel it but probably not see it, so to get past stronger things like barriers, Naruto can shape-shift like Metal can into a stronger, yet slower form, in this form, his appearance nearly resembles Mecha Sonic, from the basic knowledge I know of Mecha Sonic, he is more power and battle orientated, meant for combat, and is bulkier than Metal Sonic, but since he is still a robot copy of Sonic, he is still fast, has a lot of firepower, and can obtain a super form from the Master Emerald.
Naruto will have shifted his body to have more muscle and armor, his strength is doubled, and certain abilities are changed to more powerful ones, his senbon launchers will become missile launchers, his spin attack and jet can be used together to drill into most defenses, and he has SMBZ Mecha Sonic's railgun and rocket launcher arms, his chakra is also easier to channel and can handle the Kyuubi's chakra with no stress, he is cockier in this form, but not too bad.
He can use the emeralds or Master emerald to gain a super form, but won't get one, ever.
Flaws:
Naruto can't copy abilities; he is weak to earth jutsu in base form and weak to fire in power form, if he is in comical situations where he gets hit on the head too hard, he receives a dent and malfunctions a bit,
his attitude can get a bit annoying for some people (changes when he is talking to the few people he cares for, minus Jiraiya), Kyuubi chakra can break his mind in base form (not on a mental scale), his jumpsuit jacket can't be taken off, and his chakra is too fast and vast to control in base.
What's going to happen next:
Naruto is going to return to Konoha in 3 years, Hiruzen is going to ask Naruto what happened after Naruto was 'taken' by the 'two robot animals and strange man' and Naruto will say that somehow the strange man fixed his chakra tenketsu and ask to be a shinobi, Hiruzen is okay with this, even though he can tell Naruto was keep some things out of the story, he is glad that Naruto is safe and signs Naruto up for the Shinobi Academy.
What Hiruzen doesn't know is that Naruto was in his disguised form and given 'orders' by Eggman to learn and became a shinobi, every 6 months or so, Naruto will use the special portal ring to appear in Stardust Speedway, Metallic Madness, or the Death Egg to get repaired or upgraded, Eggman is still evil and wants to build the Eggman Empire but has grown a soft spot and bond with Naruto, Metal Sonic is somewhat like a brother to Naruto even though Metal is somewhat emotionless.
The Civilians and Elders wanted him dead since they thought 'The Demon died' while Danzo thinks something else happened to Naruto after he got 'taken' and wants to use it for himself once he figures out what this something else is, fortunately, Hiruzen and the Ninja Council, minus Fugaku Uchiha, stopped this banter with some laws and lots of killing intent.
Uchiha Massacre still happened, "sorry Itachi".
Going through the Academy, Naruto makes his bonds with Shikamaru, Choji, Kiba, Shino, and Iruka.
He realizes that Hinata is shy because she has a massive (perverted) crush on him and decides to bond with her a little but chose to use Sakura as a way to act like an idiot, and picks fights with Sasuke to play around with the egotistical bastard and his herd of harpies and monkeys, all the Sasuke fangirls except, surprisingly Ino, hates him and the other students think low of him.
He failed the graduation three times as usual because regardless of how you change Naruto's powers, age, control, person, life, or race, the clone jutsu is still a problem because it's that bad, basically, there are few changes.
When the Mizuki thing happens, nothing changes except for the fact that Naruto already knows about the fox, and Mizuki was one nut punch away from death by 1000 Naruto's hidden metallic fists, Naruto also knows how the Kage bunshin no justu works.
The thing with Konohamaru and Ebisu still happens except Naruto and Konohamaru are not rivals for Hokage, but best friends with a student-teacher relationship.
Naruto isn't dumb and will never forgive the civilians and becoming Hokage? Why rule a corrupted village where the leader becomes a figurehead?
Team 7 is still the same, meet up with Kakashi is the same, but Kakashi only cares about Sasuke, and yes, he even knows Naruto is his sensei's son. likes, dislikes, dreams, hobbies, all the same, but Naruto's are not true, well not all of it was a lie... ramen.
The bell test is the same, 2 bells, 67% chance of failure, don't eat or puke, and one gets sent back to the Academy, Naruto never wasted his energy once and doesn't necessarily have to eat, he just likes the taste of food, he can get the bells in an instant but that would require a lot of questioning since how can 'The Class Dobe' be faster than anyone? The only problem was Sasuke's ego, Sakura's stupidity, weakness, and fangirl-ism, and Kakashi's bullshit, 'why did I have to pretend to be a dead last' " because the clone jutsu and you playing around to not worry about the council being on your ass 24/7" "oh... right."
Team 7 passes like normal, the D-rank missions are the same, apparently, Tora has titanium claws because even Naruto has scratch marks on his face, though Naruto isn't mad or phased by it, he is still shocked a cat could do that.
Naruto asks for a C-rank mission, gets reprimanded, and all get insulted by Tazuna, they head out to wave after Kakashi gets there 3hrs later, the Demon Brothers, Gozu and Mizu attack, and Kakashi pretends to get taken out to find out what they want, no other changes except Naruto never got poisoned since the poison claw just broke on contact, no one but Gozu saw it. Info on Gato is the same
Kakashi vs Zabuza is the same
Tree climbing is slightly different because both Naruto and Sasuke get blasted off the tree, and Naruto can't puke or feel nausea, Haku meeting Naruto is the same, but Haku is a girl in this, and Naruto knows Haku was the 'hunter nin' that took away Zabuza.
Naruto's Save Tsunami and Inari, and Inari gathers the civilians of Wave to fight against Gato, Kakashi and Sasuke vs Zabuza and Haku is the same until Naruto has to fight Haku as well
Haku throws senbon at Naruto and Sasuke from all sides, Naruto could see her moving, she's fast but to Naruto, she might as well have on a 1-ton weighted vest, all the senbon came in contact with Naruto's skin but they all either broke or bounced off of him, Haku thought Naruto had a bloodline like her and Uchiha because not one senbon stuck itself in Naruto and thankfully Sasuke was too engulfed in his thoughts because now he had his sharingan and didn't see Naruto get poked by senbon or the one aimed to knock him out... wait, what, Sasuke got knocked out cold during his inner monologuing by one senbon, and Naruto could give a rat's ass about it, Naruto beats Haku like in canon, but before Haku could sacrifice herself, Naruto appeared and knocked both Zabuza and Haku out of the way of Kakashi's Chidori, though Zabuza still dies to Gato's thug's weapons, not without killing the little bastard and most of the thugs.
Wave is saved and Haku watches over Tazuna and his family, Team 7 heads back and learns about the chunin exams, after meeting the Sand Siblings and their deranged little brother, Sabaku no Gaara, jinchuriki of the Shukaku, Naruto wanted to kill Sasuke for revealing the genjutsu on 'room 300', 'more weaklings and idiots', Rock Lee still beat Sasuke's ass.
Test one (written test) is the same, Naruto acted stupid and felt closer to Hinata for her sweet and kind nature, test two (Forest of Death) is the same until Orochimaru was about to seal off the Kyuubi's chakra and mess with Naruto's, not wanting to probably die since the seal could cause him to overload or malfunction, Naruto used his Force field, burning Orochimaru's tongue and hand and fell asleep since he didn't realize he was that low on energy.
Sakura, Rock Lee, and Team 10 'vs' Team Sound are the same, all the matches in the preliminaries are the same except Kiba broke his hands and Akamaru damaged his jaw when they used Tsuuga (fang over fang) on Naruto, and Hinata was more confident, Naruto almost jumped down to claw out Neji's eyes, but restrained himself, though barely, matches for the finals are still the same.
Kakashi waves off Naruto saying he had to train Sasuke to fight Gaara, and passes him over to Ebisu, who was going to hinder Naruto's progress, Naruto, enraged at Kakashi for being a crappy sensei, leaves, not without saying, his true eyes and smile glaring back at them, "You're all useless, and once I come back in a month, you'll regret this." Ebisu fainted because of Naruto's Killing intent and face change remind him of the Kyuubi, (how has he become a jonin again?), and Kakashi was actually kind of freaked out by Naruto's claim, and the glare, reminded him so much of his sensei's.
Naruto meets Jiraiya at the Hot Springs, Naruto may have a high pain tolerance and is mostly made of metal, but he is waterproof and can still feel things like a human since he still has a nervous system, after bribing Jiraiya with his Sexy no jutsu (never seeing that get again), Jiraiya helps Naruto with water walking and introduces Naruto to summoning, which Naruto gets down pretty easy, But Jiraiya wanted Naruto to use a different source.
This is the end of chapter 2, though nothing exciting, I made some 'changes' in the canon story, and I'm really excited to continue to chapter 3: Robotic Beatdown.
