Chapter 2

Ash P.O.V

I helped him get his groceries and saw he had money this time and smiled at the thought he was now paying for his stuff. Usually Brock or I tried to pay for it to keep him from falling into a bigger life of crime. Brock saw him as one of his siblings after awhile.

Pikachu came as asked and came running to see Meowth but I knew my buddy had a thing for him and apparently the feelings were the same.

"Thank you" Jessie said. I nodded. "I have to wait for Pikachu and stuff." I said. She smiled. "We don't hate you. You're like an annoying kid brother to me and I trust you." she said.

"Thanks I think and I know you're a good person. If you guys need anything the Joy in the next town is more relaxed around ex-cons." I said.

"Thanks. We'll think about it." she said smileing. I knew Jessie worked as a nurse at the pokemon center and from the sound of it was good at her job. Maybe this Joy heard.

-With Pikachu and Meowth-

Meowth P.O.V

We were watching the clouds. "You know I care about you right? Despite everything that happens and stuff." I said. "I know and I heard some of Ash's ranting. Why didn't you tell me about the abusive human." Pikachu asked.

"A lot of pokemon he got end up dead. Its why I made sure my machines I invented to capture you failed on purpose. I won't ever let Giovanni near you." I said. Pikachu smiled and kissed my lips softly. "Yet its ok if he hurts you? Not to me Meowth. You forget to a mad man like him you're just something to disect because you can talk. Don't go back to him again please...for me." Pikachu said holding me. I smiled laying his arms.

"Don't plan on it. Jessie and James are my pals first as humans. Then your twerps." I said. "They have a kindness to pokemon to them that I like."

"Why I drew attached to them. I used to be a wild pokemon like you. Still hate being in my ball." Pikachu said. So that was why.

"What happened to James?" Pikachu asked. "Co-workers sexually assualted him or more like ex-coworkers since we ran away from our job. Jimmy was hurt badly for being gay and likeing to dress as Fay." I said.

I remembered too.

-Flashback-

He was in his favorite balanrina dress and a wig and Jessie and I usually used the excuse at Rocket headquarters that it was a disguise when a higher level one asked "Why always a girl and why name them when it doesn't matter?" they asked smirking.

"Unless you like it whearing this stuff" Butch said feeling him up. "Lemme go you ass!" cried Jimmy. "Hmmm no! Seeing as I am your superior and what I say go and at the moment I think you are whearing too much so come on Jamesy-boy or is it girl!" Butch said laughing as others laughed as held him down and they started on him. I tried to get to him but the boss grabbed me saying there was a difference between right and wrong and I was to go to the disection room.

"I had pretended to go and skipped and we packed up and fled that day." I told Pikachu who was now holding me close. "I'll murder him...the human for..." growled Pikachu. "Don't Pika. Please...I love how sweet and careing you are and killing another person..." I began.

Pikachu P.O.V

I looked at his hurt eyes and sighed. "Fine but I am only doing it for you." I said.
