Days Later
"Enjoy you're time away. We have everything covered here." Keith Scott stated matter of fact.
"I love you both." Karen proclaimed. Hugging them tightly before ushering her grandchildren into the home she shared with her husband.
With their bags packed for this adults only trip with their friends.
Brooke couldn't help but notice how her husband was more reserved them normal. And she couldn't stand the quiet any longer.
"Just tell me what you're hiding." Brooke insisted.
Lucas took a deep breath. And looked over to her from the driver's seat.
"Taylor wants contact with Alaska. Not just contact but the chance to have a relationship." Lucas admitted.
Brooke's eyes went wide. She took a breath. Trying to process what he had just told her.
"That isn't happening. We already made that clear why is she bothering you.?" Brooke replied.
"She's made me aware of her intentions for some time now." Lucas replied.
Brooke glared at her husband. "You've been in contact with her all this time! What the hell Lucas!" She exclaimed.
"Dan never fought for me. She's been keeping her distance. Working on herself to become a better person. I think her having contact with him is worth us talking about." Lucas admitted.
"Since you're opening up about this. Tell me everything."
"Why you've been pulling away.?" Brooke pushed.
Lucas couldn't look at her as he answered this question.
"Sage and the problems she has. I blame you. Alot more then i realized." Lucas confessed.
"You're here! Finally."
"Come on. Let's get the two of you settled in." Haley proclaimed with a smile.
