Tree HillUrgent Care Hospital
The waiting room was filled with parents. Family. And traumatized/worried teenagers who had survived an experience they shouldn't of ever had to imagine.
Lucas had sat down Sage and Alaska. Wanting to distract them from the chaos and strong emotion at every turn.
"Why don't you listen to one of you're audio books.? We don't know how long we'll be here." Lucas suggested.
"No i don't want to do anything until i know. Jack is going to be okay." Alaska replied.
Lucas didn't push any further. Instead he just put headphones on Sage and told her to play.
As he handed over the ipad.

Brooke watched as parents grabbed ahold of their children crying and clinging to them with relief.
While others got taken into a seperate room.
Once they left. She saw the heartbreak and consuming loss.
"I'm here for Jack Scott. He's a freshman. At the University of NC." Brooke then showed the most recent picture she had.
The woman typed into the computer and soon looked to Brooke.
"He's been admitted. Wait for more information from a doctor." She replied. Before going back to work.
Brooke didn't want to sit and wait. But she had no choice.
She sat down beside her kids. Avoiding Lucas's gaze.
Time just seemed to stop. When a doctor finally emerged from the double doors.
Asking for the family of Jack Scott.
Brooke and Lucas both jumped up.
"I'll stay with Sage." Alaska announced.
Brooke swallowed hard as the doctors lead them into a private room.
"Whatever the situation. Money is no object here."
"We want our son to get the best care possible." Lucas announced.
"We just want to see him. To make he knows we're here and that we aren't leaving him. Please just let us go see our son."
"We can hear details later." Brooke pleaded.
The doctor sighed deeply. "Jack helped bring other students and teachers to safety."
"He acted with strength and bravery."
"He knew the shooter. He is the reason. The shooter is in custody now."
"Once Jack had gotten a number of people out of the room. He was closed into. There was a exchange between Jack and the shooter."
"We have it on security footage." The doctor explained further.
"We have to see it." Brooke insisted.
"It was me! Who took care of you. Made sure you had everything you wanted or needed! And you turn me into the cops!" Xzavier yelled.
"Q was innocent. He was my friend. He deserved justice. I would do it again." Jack replied.
"You know this was always the plan. I would find you. And get revenge."
"You took my life. And now i take yours." Xzavier proclaimed.
