"Why am i spending the day with aunt Peyton.?" Sage questioned. Looking to her mother.
Once Brooke had parked her car in Peyton/Jake's driveway.
"She volunteered to watch you. While you're dad and I spend time with Alaska. We just need a minute to really focus in on him and what's going on."
"I'll explain it more to you when you're older. For today. Have fun with aunt Peyton." Brooke explained.

"So who's coming to see me today.?" Alaska asked.
Before Lucas could begin explaining. Brooke walked through the door.
"Remember that woman you met in the hospital waiting room.?" Brooke asked.
Alaska nodded his head agreement.
"We told you a few years ago about being adopted."
"She's you're biological mother." Brooke explained.
"Her name is Rachel. She's been looking forward to meeting with you for a long time now." Lucas added in.
Having Rachel in the home she shared with her husband and family. Was an uncomfortable experience.
To put it mildly.
"I just really want to apologize to you personally Brooke."
"For how i acted at the hospital. That outburst was unfair and wrong in every way. I appreciate you for not shutting down the attempt at me reconnecting with my son." Rachel proclaimed.
"Lucas has shown strong support for you. And if having access to you. Helps Alaska in the long run then i want that for him." Brooke watched as Rachel.
Went into the living room and met with Alaska.
"You got what you wanted. Their meeting. I don't want to talk about her anymore." Brooke stated matter of fact.
"We have our own marriage and problems to figure out."
"That should be the main focus besides the kids."
"You leaving would only make things more complicated and confusing. Please tell me you've reconsidered.?" Lucas asked.
"Depends do you still blame me for Sage's problems.?" Brooke replied.
Lucas was caught off guard by the questioning and said nothing.
"Yeah i thought so. I need space Lucas. Time away from you."
"Our kids are my first priority. Nothing changes there."
"But as for our marriage. I don't know what the future holds." Brooke stated matter of fact.
