The move Protect from Pachirishu this move never fails in the game to defend a move like no matter how strong the moves is no matter if it's a Spirit Bomb or One of The Emperors attacks this move will always be successful at blocking the attack. There are other ways it could fail like Pachirishu being burned, Freeze, asleep or paralyzed. That is where the move could have chances of failing if the Pokemon were from the anime than these rules wouldn't apply.

Chapter 4: Loguetown Brawl

Two things happened after the lightning bolt strike; one Luffy survived the lightning bolt and two Buggy got hit.

'He survived.' came the thought from the shell shocked Smoker. Who then turns around to his crew.

"Well, what are you waiting for. GET THEM!" Smoker shouts out making the Marines charge into action.

"GRAB THEM" Alvida shouts out making Buggy's pirates charge into action, Zoro crosses swords with Cabaji, Ussop dodges gunfire from an unnamed member of Buggy's crew, Nami follows after getting attacked by someone a whole lot stronger than her. Sanji blocks attacks with his legs and Ben looks on with his legs.

"Well its seems to me like Buggy's pirates doesn't know am part of the crew.' I thought as I back off from the fighting. Now that I started to think why I wasn't attack by one of them I doesn't make any sense. Didn't Luffy announce the everyone here that I join the crew. Well I was sure Marines saw that.

"Hey you where do you think you going." The same marine that I guild tripe was the one to ask me pointing I sword towards me for the second time.

"Oh look it's you aren't you supposed to fight of the pirates. " I ask nervously.

"Act is up everyone knows your a pirate." He said with other 4 Marines behind him.

"And I thought were friends."

"Pachirishu Spark!" I ordered as Pachirishu was covered in Spark as he jumps of my shoulder and attack the marine in front of his chest. The second marine slip passed Pachirishu and tried to cut my head of.

"Pachirishu Spark." Pachirishu saw the marine going for the kill as he intercept the marine and attacked him I jumped back to separate me from the battle a bit.

"You almost killed me. Shit I need to finish this." I said as my heart race rapidly. I thought about throwing out a second Pokemon but that just be overkill right?

"Pachirishu lets finish Spike Cannon 3 times." I yelled as Pachirishu start spinning in the air the middle on his of 3 spikes turned into steel as he released it into the marine who stands in the middle. Pachirishu successfully attacked then the left one and then the right one.

"Yeah we defeated them!" I screamed as I high fived Pachirishu while he descended onto my shoulder.

"Woo! Victory is ours"

"You know and I thought we could've been friends" I wiped of my fake tears.

Rain started to fall from the sky onto the cobblestone path of Loguetown as the Straw Hats crew battled against Buggy's crew and the Navy. Kirito was the only one of the Straw Hats who was battling against the navy while the other were fighting against Buggy's crew.

"Watch out Kirito" Luffy says as he punch a navy who were about slace kirito head off.

"Shit I got distracted" Kirito said with him looking around him. 'Everyone is fighting all around me' All around kirito battles were happening Zoro and un-named swordswomen were locked into battle as Sanji shouts at Zoro. Ussop was dodging Bullets followed by Nami who was screaming at Luffy.

"We need to get to the ship" Nami screams dodging a sword swing from a Navy officer. Zoro then runs towards the ship followed by Nami and Sanji. Ussop trails behind dodging bullets.

"Kid why are you a Pirate" I turned my back and saw the marine who I ask to look from my bracelet blocking me and Luffy's path to the ship.

"Basically he asked me too" I point at Luffy huge smiles appears on his face.

"Did he force you too" He asked

"No" I answered.

"Well than I'm going to take you all in" He said to us.

"Hey Luffy you go to the ship I be behind you" I said.

"What I can't leave you here your apart of the crew" He told.

"Luffy trust me I can handle him and when I'm done I be at the ship." I look at him seriously. "Trust me Luffy" He saw the seriousness and gave me a nod. Smile appears on my face.

"I mean his just a marine what can he do." I turned attention back to him but there is something that tells my that I should be wary off him.

"I will not let both of you get away." He said pulling out the cigar from his mouth.

"Pachirishu Spark" Pachirishu body covered in a spark jumped of my body and attack Smoker making him crash into a shop.

"Now luffy run."

"Cool" Luffy eyes sparkles.

"Luffy!" I yelled.

"Okay" Luffy said as he run towards the ship.

I look towards the crashed marine. He stood up and dusted himself off.

"Watch your name kidd" He asked me.

"Kirito" I answer

"Well kirito you and your pet just made a big mistake."

"Not my pet."

Both of us stood across each other. Crowds surrounding us not only civilians but Marines and Buggy who finally recover from the Thunder. He was help up by one of his mates as both he, his some of his crewmates who stayed behind not to chase the rest of the Straw Hats and Alvida. All of them is behind me.

"What's going on." Buggy asked with most of his closed burned off.

"That boy is about to face off against Smoker." Alvida answered for him.

"Why?"

"He is one of the straw hats pirates who stayed behind to fight Smoker."

"Is he stupid!" Buggy yelled.

" Does he got a death wish"

"He could also be the reason why you were struck by a lightning bolt captain" One of Buggy's pirates said.

"Huh? does he have a devil fruit." Buggy asked.

"No captain that animal has the power to control lightning."

"That squirrel is the reason why I couldn't kill that bastard and the reason why I fall of the platform!" Buggy screamed in anger.

"Yes Captain"

"Are you sure"

"Yes captain"

"Than I will kill him now" Buggy said taking out his sword only to be stopped by Alvida.

"Don't you can just charge in like that we need to run and get to our ship before reinforcement comes" Alvida said.

"We need to go now before all of their attention is directed towards us"

"No I like to see how all of this playes out."

"When this pirate lose we can than kill him and that bastard would be sad to see I killed one of his crewmates."

Battles

We stare into each other's eyes waiting for the one who will make the first move. whispers could be heard in the crowd but ignored them. Most of it is 'How could a kid this young be a pirate' and 'this kid will loose'.

"Kid you rely on that animal to fight your battles for you am I right." He said.

"Yes." I said.

"Do you really think you will survive the seas like that."

"Yeah"

"Confident now are we lets just see about that." He said.

"LETS BATTLE" I yelled.

Than the battled begins with the marine charging towards me. I predicted that he would use his sword so I command Pachirishu to use this move.

"Pachirishu Protect" a blue dome appears around us and protected us from smoker's sword.

'A force field so that animal can not only use lighting but can do this and he only follows his commands.' He thought.

'That squirrel can do this too' Buggy thought.

"Lets see how strong this force field is"

"White blow" Smoker covered his fist in smoke and attacked the force field but still unsuccessful off destroying it. Kirito smirks.

"Pach" Pachirishu grins.

"It didn't work" Smoker said.

"White White Bullets" Smoker unleased a fury off punches at the force field. The problem is this no matter how hard smoker tries he can never destroy it but Pachirishu cannot use this move any longer since it will tire him out and Kirito knows it. He looks at Pachirishu who is beginning to get tired of using this move any longer. Pachirishu looks back at his training wanting answers on what to do next.

Kirito nods understanding what his going throw. Kirito side stepped a bit to the left so if Pachirishu stop using this move and dodges that he didn't can't hit by smoker attack. Smoker saw his movement and stopped. Pachirishu stopped using the move after that.

"Pachirishu Spark second time" Kirito yelled.

"Not again." Smokee said as he dodges Pachirishu attack.

"Whitw blow" Smoker shoots a cloud of dense smoke from his arms directly hitting Kirito chest knocking him into the ground.

"Pachirishu!" Pachirishu yelled in concern. Kirito heard it and yelled.

"Pachirishu Spike Cannon 3 times" Kirito orderd laying on the ground looking up towards the sky holding his chest in pain.

Smoker turned his back not knowing what to expect seeing the squirrel spinning in the air but what got his eye is the squirrel spikes on his tail started to turn silver. His eye widened. When one spike came fast towards him hitting his chest making a explosion when making impact. Smoker stumbled back when he looked again two came and hit him making another two explosions knocking him down into the ground laying next to kirito.

Kirito stood up and Pachirishu rushing towards him. The two hugged.

"Come Pachirishu lets go towards the ship" Kirito said still holding his chest in pain.

"Pach?" Pachirishu looks towards him concern.

"I'm okay lets go." The two start walking and crowd were blocking them but opened up so that he could go throw.

Kirito heard murmurs from everyone.

"What! this is not how I expected this would go out." Buggy said.

"Can Captain Smoker defeat this guy and his pet."

"That kid won"

"Mommy that pet looks cute can I have one."

"No!"

I made it throw the crowd but than I stopped when i heard cheers and people clapping hands. The thing is it was not for kirito since he heard marines shouting and cheering to he started to get a bad feeling about this. Kirito was to afraid to turn around.

"White out" Smoker said as Kirito turn around and his eys widened when he saw Smoker sends out a could of smoke from his arms and engulfed Kirito in the smoke trapping him and Pachirishu.

'Shit I'm trapped" Kirito said in panicked.

"Its all over for that kidd"

"Yeah thats what you get for for being a pirate." He heard that from the same marine he took as a fool minutes ago.

'I need to end this quick so I need to smoke to enter his lungs.' Smoke entered Kirito lungs throw his nose and mouth trying to get him unconscious. Try as he may Kirito struggles to get free he can move his arms a little but it doesn't matter he cannot free himself.

'I need to think quick before its all over.' Kirito thought.

'I don't want to die' tears came out of his eyes as he thinks for a way to get out of here.

'I don't wanna die.'

Straw Hat ship

The Straw Hats made it onto the ship. With Nami getting it ready to sail.

"We need to go now" Nami said.

"Sanji and Ussop untie the rope to the docks." Nami commands

"Alright Nami-Swan"

"What we can't leave." Luffy said making Sanji and Ussop stop

"Why not?" Nami ask

"We still need to wait for Kirito."

"What where is he than" Nami asks

"Your talking about thay boy and his squirrel."

"Yeah its actually his friend" Luffy said.

"Where is he" Ussop ask

"His fighting a strong looking marine that probably haves a devil fruit." Luffy said holding his chin.

"What!" Nami,Sanji and Ussop screamed Zoro only looked surprise.

"How does this Marine looks like" Zoro ask.

"He has white hair looks old and has smokes"

"Never heard of him" Ussop said.

"Me too" Sanj said.

"We can't wait this long what if he get captured."

"He promised he will come" Luffy said determined.

"I will give him some 7 to 10 minutes if his not here than we leave" Nami said as she went into the ship cabin.

"How strong is he Luffy" Zoro ask with Sanji and Ussop followed behind him. All of them looking at he port entrance.

"Don't know" Luffy said seriously but knowing why they ask him that.

"He promised he comes and thats enough for me." No one said nothing as they wait.

Chapter closed.

Can Kirito escape from Smoker smoke. Will he prevail or trump under smoker clutches. Will we see a new pokemon or not. Are the reviews right or wrong that Kirito cannot survive the One Piece world relaying on only his Pokemon. Only time will tell so find out next time on.
