All four angels sat in their chairs, their clothes tattered, some cuts and bruises and even soot around their bodies.

"Indeed…" Tsukuyomi nodded.
"Yeah…" Natsumi said, chuckling.
"...why do I hang out with you guys again?" Yua asked.
"I could remind you right now if you want." Tsukuyomi offered, grinning.
"No." Yua told her flatly, Tsukuyomi pouting. The cheetah cleared her throat. "No thank you, I mean." She looked towards the other angels. "Good thing we moved things outside, right?"
"Yeah, Lesla's understanding, but I don't think she'd be that understanding if we trashed her place, basement or not." Rinko chuckled, embarrassed.
"Indeed…so, what're we doing about Nadeshiko?" Yua asked.
"...give the offer to see if she's willing and able, then discuss it after that?" Rinko suggested.
Everyone thought about that before nodding.
"Good. So, uh…OOO doesn't really have any female riders."
"Well…" Tsukuyomi and Natsumi said.
"...what? Are you serious?" Rinko asked, surprised.
"Kinda…sorta?" Natsumi answered.
"It's more just an AR world where Hina became OOO and Chiyoko Birth. It was uh…basically a harem live action anime with Hina as the protagonist." Tsukuyomi explained.
"...is that an exaggeration or is that literal?" Yua asked, blinking.
"Yes."
Yua facepalmed. "Oy ve…"
"So…yeah, no female OOO riders in this world…" Rinko stated, looking to the two time and dimension travelers for confirmation.

Before Tsukuyomi shivered.
"Something wrong?" Natsumi asked.
"...I just felt…weird for a second." Tsukuyomi answered, rubbing her arms. "Probably nothing, though."
"Happy birthday to you…." A middle aged man in an orange business suit sang to some music as he watched alchemists, engineers, and scientists touch up a belt-like device.
"Happy birthday to you…"
The device was triangular shaped, black and turquoise colored with 3 circular slots and gold edging on the contraption.
"Happy birthday, happy birthday…" The man sang as the engineers finished it up.
"Happy birthday tooooo youuuuuuuuu!" He finished just as the workers put the contraption fully together.
Suddenly a noise was heard and a voice from one of the scientists came through. "The device is ready, Mr. Kougami."
"SUBARASHI!" Kougami yelled out. "Good job, Ms. Vinyl!"

Just a little bit later, he had gone in to view his company's latest creation.
He grinned as he saw it in person.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" He yelled out suddenly, startling some of the newer workers, while the older ones just patted their backs, evidently used to this behavior from their boss. "OHI DRIVER!"
"Anyways, uh…we ruled out Akiko…there truly no female Riders with W?" Rinko asked.
"Closest we got was the Heat Dopant, and, well, she's dead." Tsukuyomi answered. "Although…" She put her hand to her own chin, rubbing it in thought.
"What?'
"...I…suppose…nah, that's farfetched."
"What?"
"I was gonna say Tokime, Shotaro's girlfriend-"
"HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND!?" The other three women shouted in surprise.
Tsukuyomi rubbed her ears. "Uh…yeah. Tokime. They met sometime after the big team up with OOO and Fourze. They had a mutual attraction and eventually got together."
"...you're making that up." Rinko claimed.
"Nope!" Tsukuyomi grinned. "Met her myself. She's actually rather cute. She's a good one."
"Well, glad Shotaro finally has someone. Poor guy's had horrible luck." Rinko commented.
"Yeah. I…get the feeling…probably nothing."
"...let's keep an eye on her, then." Rinko suggested, everyone nodding. "Not in a creepy way, of course."
"Of course." Yua answered, rolling her eyes.
"...Hmm…" Rinko thought.
"What?" Natsumi asked.
"Would you count as a female Decade Rider, or a Kiva Rider?"
"...yes."
"...seriously?"
Natsumi shrugged. "I dunno! If you wanna only count riders using the Ride Card system, then no, if you want ones originating from Tsukasa's series…of adventures, then yes. Though I only debuted in the team up with W."
"Ah. Didn't Tsukasa have a sister? Is she a rider?'
"...no, last I checked...wait, are you lookin to replace me!?"
"No no no, my little Fang, it's just-"
Natsumi scoffed, turning away, crossing her arms. "Well, I never!"
"Natsumiiiiii-"
"...anyways…" Tsukuyomi cleared her throat. "Any Kiva riders -that we know are Kiva riders- we can include?"
"...there's Megumi, I think she became Ixa -oh I'm sorry, Ixa NIGO- in one little adventure. She's currently busy raising her daughter, so I don't think she'd have time for us." Natsumi answered. "Other than that…I don't think so."
"Shame." Rinko responded. "What about Den-O?"
"...there's Pretty Den-O." Tsukuyomi shrugged.
"...who?"
"Exactly." Tsukuyomi said flatly.
"...what about that one in the skirt? Hana? Not Sakura's girlfriend, I mean…the one that travels with Team DenLiner."
"Nope." Tsukuyomi answered.
"For shame…she'd make an excellent one.."
"Indeed. For Kabuto, there's…Kamen Rider Lady."

Everyone blanked.
"Who?"
Tsukuyomi sighed. "Yeah…nobody knows her deal. Her name is Kouka Tendoin. Some say she's Kabuto's sister, some say she's his daughter or granddaughter from the future. Nobody really knows for sure."
"Oooh, mysterious!" Rinko grinned.
"Lady…any relation to Tackle?" Natsumi asked.
"She does have a ladybug motif, and her system might've been inspired by Tackle, but…again, nobody knows." Tsukuyomi shrugged. "I'm all up for including her if she's up for it."
"Oooh, same." Rinko agreed.
"Agreed." Natsumi nodded.
"Why not?" Yua shrugged. "Though, Rinko, you seemed oddly quick to jump onto that-"
"Anyways!" Rinko went to the next screen, Yua rolling her eyes. "Skipping over Hibiki because I have no idea if any female riders are active there, and the most well known one, Shuki, is dead. So aside from that, no idea…"
Somewhere out there, a black and white Hibiki rider with white gloves and a red reflective face and head plate sneezed.
"Next up…well, Blade also doesn't have any…"
"Well…there is the Kamen Rider Larc from Daiki's world." Natsumi brought up.
"Is she a Blade rider, though, or a Decade one?" Rinko asked.
"Depends on how you define it." Natsumi answered. "Anyways, after her world was freed and Kaito's brother was prevented from becoming the new 14, she's been mostly at peace, but has been itching to get back out there. I think she'd be a wonderful addition."
"Hmm. Alright, then. You all good with that?" Rinko asked.
Tsukuyomi and Yua gave a thumbs up and shrugged respectively.
"Alright!"
Rinko brought up a screen showing…a black and white Ryuki rider with a vague butterfly motif.
"...who is this?" Yua asked, tilting her head.
"Kamen Rider Papillon." Rinko answered. "This required SERIOUS digging. During that whole adventure where the Ryuki riders got their memories and powers back, there was also another woman who, in one timeline, was also a rider, who also got her memories back here. She's not one of the more well known ones. I barely managed to track her down. Thankfully, though, I have superior detective skills."
Tsukuyomi snorted, Rinko glaring at her.
"Anyways…" Rinko focused. "I'm thinking we recruit her. She was a hero, and I think she'd make a wonderful addition to the team."
"Is that because she's a butterfly?" Yua deadpanned.
"What?"
"You have a thing for butterflies." Natsumi smirked.
"I do not!"
"Rinko, you had to be physically restrained so you didn't try to seduce Izu when we met up the last few times."
"This…would make sense why you're also willing to let in Reika." Tsukuyomi added.
"She's getting better!" Natsumi argued.
"I know, but still."
Natsumi conceded.
"..." Rinko blinked, as if having a realization. "...I think I have a problem.."
"No shit." All three women told her, the wife of Wizard pouting.
"Well if she's willing." Yua shrugged. "Would be nice to have another flying member as well, assuming…?"
Rinko shrugged. "I dunno if she flies. So, Tsukuyomi and Natsumi?"
"I'm in." Tsukuyomi smiled, Natsumi nodding.
Rinko smiled, pressing the approve button. "Next up…uh..heheh…I think all that's left is this one." An image of a woman in her 30s came up along with a…purple female rider form reminiscent of Kuuga, but themed after a kabuto beetle.
"...I could've sworn I've seen this woman before…" Yua commented.
"She another hallucination?" Natsumi joked.
"I GOT BETTER!"
"ANYWAYS!" Rinko cut in. "Her name is Mika Natsume."
Natsumi narrowed her eyes.
"Natsume, not Natsumi."
Natsumi relaxed.
"She was a friend of Kuuga's who, 10 years after the defeat of N Daguva Zeba, found another belt, but this one was without an Amadam. She went crazy a bit, but Yusuke Godai managed to help her. In recent years, she got a proper belt and stone, and is basically Kuuga's secondary rider now. Kamen Rider Chotoma."
Tsukuyomi wolf whistled along with Natsumi.
"She helps out people in need, and even happens to work here."
"...A rider works here?" Yua asked.
"Part time job to help pay so a friend of hers can get off the streets." Rinko told her.
"Well I'm game with this." Natsumi grinned.
"As am I." Tsukuyomi nodded. "I will need to get…a lot of blank Ridewatches, though, since I think this is it. Unless…?"
Rinko swiped through various images of other candidates. "Dead. Dead. Dead. Missing. Dead. Dead. Dead. Missing. Not a Rider. Dead. Dead and evil. Evil and dead."
"..."
Everyone stared in surprise.
"...So, uh…" Yua clasped her hands together to get off the morbid subject. "I think that's it. Unless Tackle…?"
Rinko shrugged. "Still dunno if she should count or not."
Yua sighed. "Yeah, thought so…"
"Well, we're done, at least." Rinko grinned.
"Yes!" Yua sighed in relief, stretching her back.
"Good. I'm leaving now." Tsukuyomi got up, walking off. "So many Ridewatches…"
Natsumi silently got up and made her way to the door, Rinko grabbing her hand. "Little Fang, please-"
Natsumi turned around to Rinko. "Rinko."
Rinko looked at her with pleading eyes.
…to which Natsumi gave a fanged grin. "I was just teasing."
"Oh thank Mai!" Rinko sighed in relief, Natsumi pecking her cheek.
"See ya!" She walked off.
Yua sighed, getting up.
"Going somewhere?" Rinko asked.
"Yeah. To paperwork." Yua began walking off, Rinko pulling her in for a hug.
"Hey, why don't you stay here a bit longer?"
"Rinko, as much as I love you three, I do have a life and a job to get back to."
"I still haven't gotten you your coffee yet."
"...don't take too long."
Rinko grinned, sitting Yua down and skipping off.
Yua rolled her eyes. "Fucking idiots…" She smiled. "But…they're my idiots…"
Meanwhile, all three of the other women sneezed hard.
Meanwhile, elsewhere.
In a fog filled area, rain pouring down hard, there was a ninja. A metallic red and black ninja in armor with a ladybug motif.
She stood still, feeling...

The sudden shift in the winds, the disruption of the rainfall nearby, a very slight disturbance in aura.
She pressed three buttons in succession on the metallic red ladybug looking device on her belt.

"Rider...kick."
Energy traveled all throughout her body before moving towards her right leg.
Wait...
Wait...

Now.
Her foot glowing, she awaited as three monstrous, deformed, mindless Worm tackled her...
And the next second, explosions occurred around her.
She took out a silver device with a blank screen and lining, energy orbs coming from the explosion and coming into the device, charging it up.
"...not enough..." She put the device away. "...I need to do this..."
She looked upwards to the raining sky.
"I made a promise..."
