Now to the story:

4 years later…
Juliet smiled as she walked down the hall of her home, 12 Grimmauld Place. It had been her 5th birthday! Maybe she'll be able to play with the muggles at what they call a 'playground'
"JULIET COME HERE THIS INSTANT!" Juliet's Grandmother Walburga shouted. It wasn't that Juliet disliked her Grandmother but Juliet didn't have the love that some children have for their parents or Grandparents.
"Yes, Grandmother?" Juliet asked in an innocent tone, her face as expressionless as she could make it. Juliet learned it was the best way to respond to her Grandmother whenever she was angry.
"Were you playing with those Mudblood kids this morning?" Her Grandmother asked in a dangerously soft.
Juliet stiffened slightly, knowing the dangers of associating with Muggles civilly. "Y-Yes Grandmother" Juliet answered her voice, trembling slightly.
"YOU DARE PLAY WITH MUDBLOODS WHEN YOUR BLOOD IS PURER THAN MOST!" Grandmother Walburga shouted her voice at the top of her lungs.
"P-Please Grandmother it's my Birthday-" Juliet pleaded but was cut off by her Grandmother.
"Crucio!" Her grandmother shouted. Juliet's body started to jerk with pain as her Grandmother's spell hit her. It was pain Juliet had never felt before.
After a full five minutes of the unexplainable pain, her Grandmother finally stopped.
"G-Grandmother…I'm s-sorry I p-p-played with Mug- Mudbloods I won't do it a-again, I-I was acting like a blood traitor" Juliet finally panted, for a five-year-old, she was smart and knew better than to try to argue again. A shiver went down her spine as she thought of the curse her Grandmother had just performed on her.
"Now that you know what you did wrong, don't repeat it." Grandmother said sternly as she looked at Juliet.
"Grandmother, how did you do that spell though? Can you teach me?" Juliet asked her eyes full of curiosity, the curiosity Regulus bore when he was younger.
"Of course," Grandmother said her voice softening.
