One Shot where the Doom Slayer appears at the end of the second season of Isekai Quartet.

English is not my language, so there will be misspellings.

A powerful flash had appeared in the middle of a wide and desolate highway, followed by a thunderous sound after manifesting an indigo-blue spiraling vortex with a boisterous rumble of storms, until an armored figure manifested.

It was huge, standing around two meters tall, and wearing dark green armor with heavy metal plates and a helmet with a visor that made it impossible to see its wearer fully armored and armed for war.

The Doom Slayer let out a stony groan as he watched the portal close after a matter of microseconds before disappearing.

With a sharp gaze, he scanned the surroundings with utmost caution, assessing his surroundings without letting his guard down in case he was sneakily attacked.

He was on the outskirts of a cosmopolitan city, in that he was able to observe the buildings, businesses, intersections, alleys and traffic routes in the distance.

Very strange... it was all very strange... quite strange to be an exact replica of Earth in the middle of the 21st century, before space flight and planetary colonization.

A perfect copy and without any imperfection... too suspicious.

The voice connection sounded when VEGA's presence was noticed, he made his appearance in the Praetor Suit after having activated it.

"It looks like an exact image of Earth. According to my parameters, it seems that we have been sent several years ago in time... although the lack of humans, and the high rates of abnormality permeate the surroundings"

The Slayer nodded at his traveling companion.

The entire city exuded a mysterious aura, a great source of abnormality and anomalousness enveloped the surroundings, emanating from it an unknown energy source... even if its component could be something from Hell, but that was disposable in the absence of that infernal energy and the lack of demon presence.

Where the hell had Hayden sent him?

"I understand the frustration you feel, but we have to concentrate on how to return to our universe" the AI spoke to him with a serene, mechanical, but patient and persevering voice... a kind and calm phase to represent that side that he previously had before being altered by Serafin in the machine.

Staying calm, and not letting yourself be carried away by resignation and frustration would not lead to anything if you did not find a way to fix the problem, that is what thinking and wise people do, and as a former Earth marine it was their duty to analyze the situation that he'd gotten in...or more, sent by that good-for-nothing cyborg metal sack of Samuel Hayden.

The first thing was to find a way to return to his dimension, whatever the cost.

"I detect an anomalous flow several kilometers away" VEGA's objective voice made him snap out of his thoughts. "About twelve miles there is an energy point after a field analysis. It is large, and measures the same diameter as the Imperatrix Arachnea, exuding from it an energy source of unknown origin, not connected with Argent Energy, but if similar to that of a power cell, as in the installations on Mars"

The Slayer nodded. He was first fighting a Dark Lord from Hell, and now he had to deal with yet another threat in a dimension, prison or whatever he was in. Killing was his calling, and a good fight would do him good to bring out everything he carries inside of him.

"I suggest going with great caution" advised VEGA. "We don't know what we're up against, but if it's a way for it to help us learn more about this world, then it will help us gather information."

The Slayer agreed, and being prepared, he set off for the unknown firm.

After running several kilometers from the big city, the Slayer had reached the site of the mysterious energy signature.

The location was a high school that was having a play, and in a physical training hood that was far away from the building, was a spider, the same size as the Spider Mastermind, but it was armored in a damn blue-black hue, seven ruby red eyes and eight metallic legs.

He was strong, in that he could feel how the energy emanated from that arachnid machine.

"The source of the anomalous energy radiates from that machine" VEGA told him. "It seems to be calm, but in full activity, as if it is waiting for some prey. Although I must also note that the base scan indicates that the spider machine is heavily armed; its defenses are armored based on its hard composition like a battleship, both its legs and its eyes represent a serious threat as a missile launcher, it is suggested to attack the weak parts and then find a guaranteed victory. I recommend you to remain cautious, Slayer. I will be aware of my analysis while fighting"

The Slayer nodded as he manifested the plasma rifle at hand. He headed towards the encounter with the enemy of his.

As expected, the machine roared, emitting an animalistic noise mixed with machinery.

The machine lunged at him, lunging wildly, to which the Slayer dodged, and a curtain of dust and dirt kicked up from the hard landing. The mechanical spider headed for its target, raising a pincer leg, but the Slayer fended it off by quickly moving away from its location. Several legs went to intercept him like a maelstrom barrage, and the Slayer was hard to catch, dodging at the speed of sound, like a rabbit waiting to flee from its hunter.

The mechanical spider roared with impatience, and numerous missiles erupted from its rear, each a different size, but with interiors devastating enough to obliterate half the city.

The explosions were blinding, destructive, and howling with powerful flashes and lights imploding with the impact of the earth's ground, without reaching their target, who moved in a zigzagging way or in confused and lightning runs, without being able to catch him.

The Slayer had grabbed a missile, and launched it towards the mechanical spider, whose impact was severe as it lurched from side to side, while an energy field appeared and disappeared in a few seconds. The violent impact had hurt him, even breaking three of his eyes.

"You managed to make a severe attack, but his defenses have gone up" explained VEGA. "Its repelling system activated with that energy hood, as it repels any attack thrown at it, even its surface is hard enough to take big hits, but the missile you launched may have generated an internal discordance. Keep targeting the weak flanks to make him fall"

The Slayer nodded, reloading his plasma rifle and fired.

The plasmids bellowing from the barrel of the weapon had an effect of being inflicted on how the barrier was rising and descending at a rapid rate, implying that the Argent energy could damage it, but the attack was light when the mechanical spider jumped, and from its legs came out huge missiles.

The Slayer jumped with a powerful movement, and grabbed both objects by their tails, and threw them towards the war machine, thereby creating a deafening and engulfing explosion, forming from that atomic impact a mushroom of smoke that managed to dissipate when a cloud rose. from the mechanical spider's legs, to which the Slayer stepped aside, and several legs protruded from the newly formed deep crater.

The machine was bruised; dents and tears were seen all over his body while the murderous intensity of his eyes glowed with a hellish ember. The energy field flickered like a lightbulb about to implode at any moment.

"The defenses are low and his whole body is weakened; you did a good job, Slayer" congratulated VEGA, "Now it's time to weaken him more to be able to finish; I suggest the use of stun bombs from the plasma rifle to reduce the defensive field and then counterattack with the Gauss Cannon; with that, the chances of winning are high if you manage to eliminate him before he can collect himself"

The Slayer was pleased, and did what he loves best: rip and tear.

The four incandescent eyes of the mechanical spider glowed as it raised its mouth, and a powerful beam of red light came out with a shooting power. The Slayer sidestepped, and an explosion echoed from behind, but he didn't turn around to know the impact was catastrophic. Now he was in hard mode, and seriousness and concentration helped a lot.

The exchange of fire reigned in the devastating campus where both enemies fought tirelessly in a bloody battle of which of the two will be the winner.

The mechanical spider continued to shoot beams from its mouth, while the Slayer dodged them and fired rounds of stun bombs from the plasma rifle, both at the bottom and top, where the barrages took effect when the protective barrier it was getting weaker and the machine's systems were failing. Short circuits began to appear in the newly made fissures; the sparks were causing more problems, and the bumps that the machine was trying to stay on its feet began to decline. The effects of the stun bombs paid off as the barrier weakened until it disappeared.

With the defenses down, the Slayer proceeded to manifest the Gauss Cannon, and the little arrows were fired.

One by one the frames and armor fell away; plates were shattered, fissures widened, and explosions throughout the body of the machine increased.

They were hurting him; the projectiles of the Gauss Cannon made action with each shot and with the dodge of the bolts launched from her mouth. The Slayer moved from side to side, from left to right, zigzagging, in dancing lines, and in throws when she managed to destroy the legs that supported her, weakening him, doing more and more damage.

It switched to siege mode, and the ionization of vacuum-sealed argon gas manifested, giving way to a powerful beam of plasma that slammed violently, piercing every shell and bulge inside until it was scorched and ashen until it was burned and incinerated by the secondary shot. She had one eye left alive and could barely stand on all fours; the metallic murmur was barely audible, like that of a dying animal that could do nothing to continue.

Observing the state of her opponent, the Slayer decided it was time to end the contest; he went to his opponent, grabbed him by the leg, spun them around like a hurricane, and blew him skyward with centrifugal force. With the manifested BFG in hand, she took aim at her target, and a powerful luminescent green shot fired from the cannon, to which the metal spider was later shattered in a violent explosion that eliminated it forever.

It was his victory, like the deep zone of Argent D'nur against the Spider Mastermind.

"Well done Slayer" congratulated VEGA. "With the threat neutralized it gives us free reign to explore the school and find any help we may need on our journey home."

In that he made him calm down.

By destroying the arachnid robot he made it a priority to find some way to Earth before it's too late. Priorities were necessary at all costs instead of staying and exploring all the surroundings of a city copied based on magic or thought of a multidimensional being, be it a demon or an unknown horror. He needed answers immediately, and maybe it could be that place to investigate…if there is someone inside him.

"I detect seven emotions of life approaching your position. Prepare yourself"

The Slayer turned his head, and from the area above, he glimpsed seven individuals approaching, six of which were female and one was some kind of wingless flying cat.

"Be careful" advised VEGA. "Their energy levels vary in appearance, which is plausible to be careful and do a field analysis"

The Slayer nodded and walked towards the stairs. Going up, he was able to see in more detail the new viewers of him.

Each of them had a different trait. The first was a voluptuous pale-skinned woman wearing an impeccable white suit girdling her figure with gilt detailing, horns on her temples and wings on her hips, not to mention sickly yellow eyes and pupils like those of a cat or a reptile, a common trait of demons. The second was a fine-featured elf with pointed ears, silver hair, and purple eyes wearing a long-sleeved dress with purple tinsel sleeves and a gray-white cat suspended above her head. The third was a girl with brown hair and big blue eyes who wore a dark green military outfit with harnesses that held a black metal box with a red background and the image of the Maltese Cross in the center, not to mention that she had a rifle of the XIX century, typical of the First World War; An Imperial German from the Second Reich? There was no doubt about that. The fourth was a girl with long light blue hair in a bun and a dark blue dress with a white skirt and a cane tipped in the shape of a closed flower.

And as for the other two, they were semi-human, in that they were noticeable where the first had ears like a raccoon's and the second was around twelve years old with long blonde hair, dressed like a baby cherub and white wings behind him.

There was no doubt that each of the girls carried a different ability, both in their auras and in the level of energy that they exuded, not to mention the woman with the appearance of a succubus, a typical image of the demons when seeing her dark light and diabolical feelings inside him; she a threat, in that she would not hesitate to end up frowning at her inside her helmet and letting her killer instinct be exposed to suffocating air, until she was perceived by the girls.

They moved into attack stances, each holding close together as they prepared to defend themselves.

She could see them tense, both in their expressions and in their positions, something that was not surprising for her presence to be imbued with the divine ability granted by the Seraph in the capital of Argent D'nur.

She was starting over, like always.

"Slayer, stop" VEGA stopped him from a private frequency. "It is suggested not to start a fight if we first go through a peaceful communication channel that does not merit violence. I know that they are strange and mysterious, but it would be better to start a conversation so that they can help us, since they are possibly the students of this school , and that would be good for both of us if they give us information about the place and how to get back home"

The Slayer hesitated, but nodded anyway.

It was preferable to collect information than to start a war. He had already dealt with the mechanical spider, and getting into another feud with a group of individuals exuding a different power was best left for later. First you had to assess the situation and analyze what the locals were like and then think of a contingency plan to defend yourself.

Tension hung in the air for several minutes until VEGA spoke up:

"Best regards, my name is VEGA, I am the Doom Slayer's tactical assistant as his voice. Would you kindly know where we are? We are from a different place and we have appeared here for reasons that are complicated to explain while we explored the surroundings until we ran into with a arachnid robot on our tour. Are you students from this town?"

The girls looked at each other, confused, hesitant and unsure of answering him due to the fear and caution they had towards his presence.

There was a long moment of silence, until the girl with the Russian dialect stepped forward very uncertainly as she spoke almost normally.

"Y-Yes" she said, hesitating. "We are students at this school. We came here to take care of a problem that is plaguing the School Festival: the spider you say, the Destroyer, is the cause of the destruction it made. We were sent to eliminate it."

"The Destroyer?" VEGA said. "Is that the name of the mechanical spider?"

She swallowed hard as she nodded with difficulty.

"Yes, that is the name of the mechanical being you speak of." She paused hesitantly. "D-D-Did you...?"

She couldn't finish the sentence when VEGA answered her easily:

"Yes, the mechanical spider was destroyed by the Slayer, the person you are being present with. He was the one who neutralized the threat, now it no longer exists so as not to generate any more damage"

That statement left the girls stunned, stunned and startled.

"! What...?" the elf girl commented.

"Impossible!" the blue-haired one exclaimed.

"No that can't be possible" argued the succubus.

"That metallic thing is damn strong during the last school test!" said the flying cat.

"Actually, it was complicated" VEGA told them. "But the threat of the Destoyer will be seen no more; all thanks to the Doom Slayer"

The Slayer grunted in approval as he nodded.

"He did it..?" the brown-haired military girl said, trying to recover from the shock with wide blue eyes.

"Exactly" stated VEGA. "He is a born fighter; he faced all kinds of adversity and deadly enemies during a long journey according to his combat history. He is a lethal weapon for anyone who gets in his way"

Hearing that, the miliary girl gulped deeply as sweat began to fall around hundreds of her.

"H-He's a c-kind of a soldier?" she tried to find her voice. "I-I mean b-because of his...armor"

"Affirmative" VEGA assured him. "The Slayer is a ferocious warrior who does not rest until he fulfills his goal as a hunter and a faithful combatant in the war effort. His skills are sagacious when it comes to fighting against any enemy, whether they are demons or any supernatural entity, in that It was seen during our last stay in our place of origin before arriving here"

"What?!" the elf girl cried. "Are you saying that you guys are from another world? So that means you're in the same situation as us!"

That drew quite a bit of attention to the AI and the armored warrior.

"How?" VEGA asked curiously. "Are you not of this world?"

"No, we're not" the military girl told him. "We were teleported to this world by a button along with the others"

That surprised VEGA and the Slayer. So they were taken out of their worlds and put into this one, what an eventuality. It was undoubtedly the work of an external force... or more, transcendental.

"Are there more of you?" wanted to know VEGA.

"Yes" the elf girl stated frankly in her warm voice soft and warm as snow. "Both me and my companions from each world were taken out in a mysterious way by the red button"

"Did you say red button?" questioningly argued the artificial intelligence of the UAC. "How is that?"

"It's complicated to explain" the silver-haired elf girl said with a sigh, "but it would be better if you came with us. Director Zettour may be able to help you"

"Director Zettour?" nominated VEGA. "Is he the principal of this school?"

"Something like that..." the military girl hesitated uncertainly. "He is a very good person; he will be able to explain the situation to you...since you guys did all the work of destroying Destroyer"

"What do you think?" VEGA asked him through a confidential way in the hull, and the Slayer could only growl in response, startling the girls.

The situation had already changed drastically: first he was sent to an exact copy of a city on Earth, then he fought mechanical spiders, and then he meets individuals who were taken from their respective worlds by a button they say, which it made it known that it was an external force who did it on purpose on a whim or for sick morbid fun.

He had faced the demons of Hell numerous times, even when it came to Greater Demons with supernatural abilities or by the Dark Lords of Hell themselves in their thirst to consume everything. There was no doubt that a Dark Lord was behind all this, and perhaps that director Zettour could help him, or, simply, was another Samuel Hayden under a facade too hidden to be seen.

Anyway, he was trapped, and the only thing he needed was to find a way home as fast as possible: wasting time was not investigating the surroundings, it would be for later.

The Slayer nodded, and VEGA spoke for him as his interlude:

"We agree. Please guide us to Director Zettour"

The succubus, the flying cat of the silver-haired elf and the girl with long blue hair felt tense and with altered and distant expressions, it being obvious that her presence caused them discomfort in the face of her aura and bloodthirsty and battle-hardened atmosphere for spending millennia in Hell fighting the demons, impregnating himself with the essence and the deaths he had caused during his eternal crusade where he continued and continued without turning back.

Well, he didn't blame them, but if they did one thing out of line, then let the battle begin.

"Thanks. This way, please" the military girl said with a smile, leading them into the school.

The school itself was common as it was a two-story high school, wide and spacious with its student areas and administrative locations.

Everything seemed normal, in that he could see as he walked down the corridor, creating deep footsteps that were deafening due to his steel shoes, but the Praetor Suit was like that, an armor of the superior caste of the Night Sentinels when it was put on him during his ascent. in the Divine Machine by the Seraphim in the capital. There was a quiet calm, and the only thing that could be heard was the birds from outside and the conversations of the students and teachers.

And speaking of students, they were pretty quirky...especially running into some weird-looking, weird-looking ones, not to mention that there were demons in the classrooms, and that pissed him off enough to bring out his killer instinct that he had to suppress to avoid it. annoy their guide, whose name was Viktorya Ivanovna Serebryakov, but she used her nickname of Visha as a gesture of trust towards her new guest.

After an hour of walking, Visha led the Slayer toward the headmaster's office, and his voice called from inside for him to come through.

"Director Zettour, I brought our guest, the Doom Slayer" she announced with a polite attitude.

Director Zettour was a man in his mid-middle age with well-groomed gray hair and attire that reminded him of a World War I German general.

"Thanks Visha, you can leave" the director kindly dismissed him, and Visha left the place with a loud slam of the door. "Well, how can I help... Hmm, soldier?"

"I will speak for him" announced VEGA's voice that surprised the director. "My sincere apologies for the surprise, but the Doom Slayer is a person who does not speak, so I will be the one who interacts in his place"

Zettour was stunned for a few seconds before returning to normal and clearing his throat.

"Ugh...I see, so you're some kind of talking computer?"

"Somewhat close, but no. I'm an artificial intelligence from one of the most advanced facilities that was transferred into the Slayer's armor for reasons that are difficult to explain"

That caught Zettour's attention as his eyes widened from curiosity and questions.

"Advanced installations? How's that?"

"It is difficult to explain, but it will be better for us to be formal while explaining how we got here"

And so VEGA explained everything to the director Hans von Zettour all his journey, who was stupefied without being able to gesticulate a word while he heard the story.

This ends here and I'll wait until the Isekai Quartet movie premiere to end it where the Slayer and VEGA will lend a helping hand to the cast in the final test.
