Saitama was having a normal day, well a relatively normal day. He bought his groceries like normal, for 16% off by the way. Saitama figured it could be nice to stay home and relax for once, maybe even a nice bubble bath. He hadn't had one of those in a while. Besides it's not like he had plans with Genos or anything anyway.

Laying his head back against the cool metal rim of the bathtub, Saitama let out a groan. There was nothing to challenge him anymore, nobody interesting to fight. He already knew he could beat anyone in the world, so why fight anymore if you always know your gonna win? It takes all the fun, the suspense away from it.

Just then his phone started buzzing, reaching over he saw it was from the hero association. It was a threat level demon, apparently some guy was making people disappear in the middle of the city.

Saitama sighed before climbing out of his relaxing bath and getting dressed. He didn't have to bother brushing his hair anymore, sometimes it was a huge time saver. But times like these it reminded him of what he had lost by gaining this incomprehensible strength. He'd lost his hair, but more importantly he lost the thrill. The thrill of fighting, the thrill of losing, the thrill of not knowing what's going to happen next! All of it was gone now, he already knew how every one of his battles would end. Even if an enemy could survive a regular punch, the second he started to get the slightest bit serious they were obliterated. Nothing was a challenge anymore, it was all just easy.

Standing at the doorstep of his apartment, he started running in a lazy jog, arriving to the city in a matter of seconds.

Saitama looked at the apparent threat, he wasn't mutated like most monsters, in fact the only thing differentiating him from a human would be the giant mirror on his forehead. He took a few steps forward, walking past the other heroes.

"Master!" He heard Genos monotone voice call out.

"Oh hey Genos, what's up? I'm surprised you haven't beat this guy by now." Saitama said flatley.

"You must be careful master, he was capable of redirecting even my strongest attacks. It appears he uses multidimensional portals to redirect and deflect anything we try to hit him with." Genos informed him.

"Has anyone just tried actually hitting him?"

"Master wait-"

Before Genos could finish, Saitama had already leapt at the man, drawing his fist back. Genos could've swore he saw the madman smile as his Master drew near. Just then there was a huge flash of light, sending everyone flying backwards.

Where Saitama and the strange man were moments ago was replaced by a pile of smoldering concrete. Neither of them able to be found.

"Master!"
