(We see Principal Rhoam sitting in a metal chair. The room is otherwise dark, and there is a spotlight on him. It appears to be an interrogation)

FBI Agent: Please state your name and occupation.

Principal Rhoam: Hector B. Rhoam, and I'm a Principal at Hyro High School

(McFarland Studios Presents)

FBI Agent: How did the situation start?

(In collaboration with Nintendo)

Principal Rhoam: Well, it all started with a gang of kids, including my daughter, who had gotten in detention.

(2 months earlier)

(Shows six kids sitting across from Principal Rhoam in his office. There are 3 girls and 3 boys. One boy is Chinese, another is Indian, and the last is Latin-American. One girl is European, another is Middle-Eastern, and the last is African-American.)

Principal Rhoam: You kids know the drill; When I call your names, please acknowledge yourselves. Lin Nightshade?

(Lin the Chinese boy raises his hand)

Principal Rhoam: Hayley?

(Hayley is the European girl)

Hayley: Yes, dad? (sarcastically)

Principal Rhoam: Gerdi Urbosan?

(Gerdi is the Middle-Eastern girl)

Gerdi: Present!

Principal Rhoam: Rico Revalo?

(Rico is the Latin-American boy)

Rico: Presently located in my seat, sir. (says with an eye roll)

Principal Rhoam: Gordon Daruko?

(Gordon is the Indian boy)

Gordon: Here

Principal Rhoam: Zori Miphan?

(Zori is the African-American girl)

Zori: I'm here (shyly)

Principal Rhoam: You all know why you're here. Today's detention will be a little different though. Today you will be helping our theatre department out by sorting through costumes. Your parents will arrive in 3 hours.

(Students are led to the Costume/Prop shop and Principal Rhoam leaves)

Gerdi: So, what are we actually doing?

Hayley: I'm not sure, any ideas?

Rico: The doors locked, so we aren't getting out of here.

Gerdi: Not if I find a hairpin!

Zori: Wait guys, we have to actually do something. We've already made it out of detention by picking locks before, they'll be expecting that.

Gordon: Zori is right, maybe we could just mess around with these costumes and props.

Gerdi: You mean play dress-up, what are we five?

Gordon: I'm serious

Hayley: It's better than sorting through all this junk.

(everyone spreads out and finds themselves costumes and props)

(1 hour later)

(Zori is dressed as a mermaid, Gordon is dressed as a miner, Gerdi is dressed as an Arabian dancer, Rico is dressed as a bird, Lin is dressed as a knight, and Hayley is dressed as a princess)

Hayley: What an odd group of costumes we choose, but they sure fit our personalities. Now for props.

(Gerdi dumps a bunch on the ground)

(Lin grabs a sword and shield and disappears)

Zori: Lin!

(Zori screams as she disappears with her trident)

(The same thing happens as Gerdi grabs a dagger, Gordon grabs a pickaxe, and Rico grabs a bow)

Hayley: Where did everyone go?!

(Hayley bangs on the door and screams, but disappears before anyone comes in)

(Cut to The Legend of Zelda movie)

(Shows them falling onto the Great Plateau)

(Lin is now Link, Hayley is now Zelda, Zori is now Mipha, Gordon is now Daruk, Gerdi is now Urbosa, and Rico is now Revali)

(Lin, Hayley, and Gerdi get up the easiest because they are still humanoid and scream as they look at themselves and each other)

Hayley: Oh my God! What Just happened?!

(Gordon, Zori, and Rico manage to get up, and then everyone screams)

(Gerdi starts laughing hysterically)

Gordon: This is nothing to laugh at Gerdi!

Gerdi: No, it's just Rico is a bird, and you look like a rock!

(continues laughing)

Hayley: Lin, you know the drill (sighing)

(Lin nods and slaps Gerdi to her senses)

Gerdi: Sorry, I was getting a little hysterical there, heh heh..

Rico: You all need to slow down and think about the situation. Let's go over what happened.

Hayley: Hey, who put you in charge, Rico?!

Gerdi: Hayley, just shut up and listen

(Hayley glares at Gerdi and gives her an eye roll, but shuts up)

Rico: Thank you, so we were in detention..

Gerdi: And we tried on those costumes..

Gordon: Then when we touched the props we disappeared..

Zori: And we fell here, but what does this all mean?

(Suddenly Hayley faints)

(Gerdi rushes over to her aid, but Hayley gets up on her own)

Zelda: Oh my, did I faint? Thanks for the help Urbosa, but I won't be needing it. Anyway, we need to find Impa, I'm sure she is around here somewhere..

Gordon: Hayley, what's wrong with you are you ok?

Zelda: Yes I'm fine Daruk, but please try to remember that my name is Zelda, or you can call me Princess, not Hayley.

Zori: Hayley, what has gotten into you, what's with the British accent?

Zelda: Oh, I get it now, it's a joke. Ha ha very funny. Who came up with this?

(Everyone looks at her with serious concern)

Zelda: You weren't joking, were you. Well ok then, act like I'm crazy! I don't care, and I'll look for Impa by myself! Link, don't you dare follow me, I don't need an escort!

(she starts walking away, but collapses)

Zelda: I'm just fine!

(she gets up and leaves)

Rico: Wait, uh Princess Zelda. I wish to come with you, I..I wasn't in on this joke.

Gerdi: What are you doing? (whispering)

Rico: Playing along (also whispering)

Zelda: Just as I expected Revali, I always knew that you weren't a prankster, but Mipha... I just don't understand why she would do such a thing.

Zori: I didn't want to but..

(Her voice trailed off as she too fainted)

(Zelda runs over to her and kneels next to her with a concerned expression)

Zelda: Mipha! Are you alright?! Do you need water?! Somebody get water!

Mipha: I'm alright Princess, but how did we get over here? Is everyone ok?

( Mipha slowly gets up looking confused)

Mipha: Where is Impa?!

Zelda: Revali and I were just about to go looking for her when you fainted and…

(Her voice trails off as "Impa" falls from the sky and lands on the ground)
