Headperson: Welcome to Hogwarts, I am the new Headperson this year, and I would like to give a thanks for Professor McGonagall for taking Professor Dumbledore's place, may he rest in peace. Now it is time to start the sorting ceremony, I shall now call your names one by one and when your name is called, you shall put on the sorting hat. Once the sorting hat has shouted out your house you shall go and sit at your house table.
Headperson: (1st Person)!
Sorting Hat: Hufflepuff!

Sorting Hat: Ravenclaw!

Headperson: (3rd Person)!

(Gasp)
Hufflepuff Person: There must be a mistake, that's not a house!
Headperson: Sorting Hat...what is this nonsense!
Sorting Hat:...
(Whispering)
Sorting Hat (in a mysterious voice): This is not just some silly prank, this is dark magic! I have now made my decision to never sort anyone again, instead I'll serve my master.
(Sorting Hat disappears)
(Gasp)
Headperson: The feast shall be postponed, everyone to your dormitories, first years, follow me to my office.
(later in the Headperson's Office)
(everyone chattering loudly)
Headperson: Alright, everyone calm down!
Headperson: All I'm going to do is ask you a few questions. You shall all also drink some veritaserum, it shall not harm you though. Now, let us begin
(time passes until there are only three students left)
Headperson: Ok, you three, drink this.
(hands them Veritaserum, and they drink it)
Headperson: Now, what can you tell me about what you know happened?
Ravenclaw Person: Of course Headperson, we came into the Great Hall and everything was what I'd dreamed it would be, until the Sorting Ceremony. It did start out fine, but then when we got to Harper, everything went weird. When the Sorting Hat started speaking creepily I started to get scared and I looked around to see if anyone was using a wand or something. Sadly, I didn't see anything, but I've heard that the staircases move here at Hogwarts, but they weren't moving.
Headperson: You are dismissed (Ravenclaw Person).
Ravenclaw Person: But Professor, can't I stay and defend my friends, please Professor.
Headperson: Yes, but just no interfering.
Ravenclaw Person: I won't Headperson, I promise.
Headperson: Now on we go to (Ravenpuff Person).
Ravenpuff Person: We came into the Great Hall, and I was too distracted by everything around us that I didn't see anything unusual. Except, the portraits we passed were frozen, like they were muggle paintings or photographs.
Headperson: Hmm suspicious, but nobody can lie with Veritaserum to my knowledge.
Ravenpuff Person: What do you mean I'm suspicious, even if I did curse the hat, why wouldn't I want to be sorted?
Hufflepuff Person: Yeah, why would she want to ruin Hogwarts?
Headperson: Stop it, both of you!
Headperson: (Hufflepuff Person), please, let's get this over with.
Hufflepuff Person: Yes Headperson, The same happened with me, except, when the sorting hat started talking weirdly, I saw someone staring at the sorting hat and moving their lips. I realized they were probably using an incantation to control the hat.
Headperson: Who was it?
Hufflepuff Person: (Ravenclaw Person)
(Gasp)
Headperson: (Ravenclaw Person), how could you do this?
Ravenclaw Person: I was trying to use a counter-curse.
Headperson: How do you already know counter-curses?
Ravenclaw Person: I've been teaching myself magic ever since I got my letter.
Headperson: Then, how…?
Hufflepuff Person: (Ravenclaw Person) is not lying!
Headperson: Silence!
Hufflepuff Person: But, she isn't lying!
Headperson: Detention!
Hufflepuff Person: Headperson, will you allow me to say something?
Headperson: Just spit it out then!
Hufflepuff Person: Ok then, I will. Tonight, you've questioned every single first year. If you think they did this, then why aren't you expelling them. I'm not saying you should, but at least listen to what they're saying. If you don't trust them, then, then…
Headperson: Then what?
Hufflepuff Person: Then why are you Headperson!?
Headperson: You know what...when I took the job...I thought this would be…
Ravenclaw Person(whispering): Give them the Veritaserum (Hufflepuff Person).
(slips Veritaserum into the Headperson's drink)
(Headperson drinks)
Ravenclaw Person: Do you know who did it yet, Headperson?
Headperson: Yes
Ravenclaw Person: Who?
Headperson: It was me, I wanted to use it to dismiss the bad teachers that Minerva kept after Albus passed. To blame them and then after they're gone I'd do something else. Then, I would fire more. I would replace them with younger, better teachers.
Hufflepuff Person: Then, I guess you shall be leaving Hogwarts.
Headperson: Yes
