Touhou No More Fantasy Episode 7

The camera turned on showing a mesmerizing scenery, a large field of sunflowers stretched as far as the eye could not see, and in the middle of this landscape taken from a painting, a female figure holding a white umbrella stood still, the woman turned around looking at the camera and approached to a suitable distance.

Yuuka Kazami: Welcome Humans and Youkais.
I am Yuuka Kazami, and I will be the one to teach you in this guide on how to grow nice and beautiful sunflowers.

The video was seen from a higher angle for a moment, as if it was an eagle's eye view.

But considering the skills of that Youkai of the 4 seasons, it is most likely another camera held aloft by a sunflower.

Yuuka Kazami: I'm sure you think that my flower manipulation powers will make it easier for me; To remedy this, I won't be using them at all.

There was a cut in the recording, one that was much better timed and didn't require her to get close to the camera.
When the video continued, she was dressed in more conventional gardening attire, along with various gardening tools.

Yuuka Kazami: Today, we will be gardening just like any normal human can!

Yuuka smiled sweetly at the camera, something that was rare to see from her.
Another cut occurred, and now she was in a place in the Sunflower Garden where there was an empty space.

Yuuka Kazami: First off, when to plant. Sunflowers are a summertime plant, so it would be unwise to plant them before the frost of spring has passed.
Usually, in Gensokyo this time falls between April and May, and you'll be able to tell as it's the time of year when frost stops developing. If you plant before this, bear in mind that your plant might not survive long enough to bloom.

Yuuka quietly hummed as she cleared all of the weeds from the area she was planning to plant.

Yuuka Kazami: Now then, the actual lesson. The first step is to dig a hole around 1 to 1 and ½ inches deep. Make sure to space them apart by roughly 6 inches if you plan to plant more than one!
When you dig this hole, make sure that it is in a place where the plant will get at least 7 and 1/2 to 8 hours of sunlight. As you would expect, Sunflowers enjoy the sun.~

She took the shovel and after a few seconds, a hole was dug.

Yuuka Kazami: The next step is the seeds: you don't need many, a couple is more than enough. Make sure to keep the soil nice and moist as often as you can.
The Sunflowers will bloom in between 80 to 95 days. This may seem like a long time, but all arts take time and dedication. If you truly want a beautiful flower, it will be well worth the wait.

The flower Youkai seemed quite engrossed in her explanation, one might even say happy in a sense unrelated to tormenting someone with a dark or sadistic joke.

Yuuka Kazami: In case you want your sunflower in a pot I recommend the following:
Use a large pot and make sure to recycle the soil often; Sunflowers do not like being dug up, so you should try to avoid that when recycling the soil.
Be gentle and shake any loose soil from the plant when needed. Most importantly, again, keep it in a sunny place, out of the way of possible parasites like... Fungus...

The camera was pointed at some fungi positioned near the sunflowers, their colour was disgusting to say the least, brownish black with reddish marks.

An unusual colour, but not only that, there was something about their pattern, the way the colours blended together as if they were vibrating was nauseating to watch.

Yuuka Kazami: They're so, ugh... It sends shivers down my spine to just look at them... They are a recent plague and I haven't had the time to investigate. The only thing I can say is that-

Before she could finish the sentence the recording abruptly cut off unannounced and returned to the moment when she was holding the mushrooms in her gloved hands.

Yuuka Kazami: Preferably use professional gardening tools, and please wear gloves, these things are disgusting to get on anything…

The roots were surprisingly long, almost bending over to the side where the sunflowers were.

Yuuka Kazami: Ugh... It looks like they wanted to get close to my sunflowers and steal all their nutrients...

Yuuka turned to look directly into the camera with a sweet smile.

Yuuka Kazami: Changing the subject a bit, on March 12th, during the Festival I will be here giving away seeds, pots, fertile soil and tools so that you can plant a sunflower at home! So, come by the Garden of the Sun to get your own flowers to take care of!
But if I find out that you didn't take care of them or you make a mess here...

Yuuka's sweet smile remained intact, yet something in the way she expressed it seemed threatening and even a bit sadistic.

Yuuka Kazami: I'll come after you.

After that, she let out an "Innocent" snicker.

There was another cut in the recording where now she stood again in her usual attire.

Yuuka Kazami: Just follow the steps correctly and in a few weeks your sunflowers will be as beautiful as the ones in this field.

Yuuka made the sunflowers she had just planted grow in a few seconds, now fully grown.

Yuuka Kazami: Byeeeee~

The camera recording from in front of her was turned off.

But the one from above didn't. Showing her reaching up and picking up her camera.

The eagle's vision turned towards the distance of the sunflower field, not so far away, in a specific spot, the sunflowers were not yellowish like the rest.

They were brownish black with reddish spots.

The recording ends
