Hey, it's Delta. Basically what happened is that Fuzz hates you all, that's why this is happening.

Well technically it's Reboot now- …You've ruined me. Explain the actual reason.

Okay, I'm gonna keep it short and simple. We've both been extremely busy, to the point where we finally managed to have time to start this, well…We just had trouble starting it. It didn't help that this guy got hacked like a loser-

To actually explain.

About a week after we ended submissions for the original Xtreme story, I unfortunately got hacked. It happens to everybody, I think we all handled it relatively well, but it was still a hit. In the process my life became a bit hectic for about a month afterward; even after it was all resolved, I still couldn't help but feel…Distracted.

Not helping matters is this around when I began my new job full-time. Nowadays I've adjusted to the schedule/lifestyle changes that came with it, but in conjunction with this, Delta began a journey of his own…

That was meant for you to lead into explaining-

Coming sometime in 2035. ANYWAYS! I've also been busy on my end, with finishing up school, working, and just exploring another country. I just haven't been able to really be online as much, let alone find time with this nerd to collaborate. But now we're back, better than ever…Is what I would say if that was true.

The reality is when we sat down to write…We came to the realization that, even though it hasn't even been a year yet, me and Delta have changed a lot as people. What we enjoy has changed, what we're looking to write has changed, our diets and habits and lives have changed.

And ultimately, Xtreme Fear Factor didn't feel right anymore. It felt a little like a relic. We just couldn't muster the courage to write it, especially since while we certainly like some of the characters, for the most part a lot of them had lost their luster for us.

But…Me and Delta are long-time collaborators. We became friends through it- Hell, I'd still call him one of my best friends. It's weird but we got as close as we did through writing. And with how much life moves at the speed it does…This might be one our last real chances to actually get to write with each other.

So, we're not giving up on this.

That was so beautiful, I consider you a great friend too, even if you pick on me all the time. Onto the topic though, we're not going to quit on this. We're like, somewhat more stable than we were before, where we actually can meet and collaborate together for this. We're going to see it through until the end, and if we don't then I swear, like I legitimately promise you guys that you will be compensated $5 each by Fuzz-

NOTE:

• We'll be accepting 18 characters, 1 for each of the 18 types.

• Any species represented in TPReboot will not be accepted; keep in mind, I'm writing that story. This is entirely a personal rule, so…Sorry if that bums you out that 'ya can't submit a Machoke or a Sneasel.

• If an OC is accepted, what happens to them in the story from that point forward will be kept a secret from the original submitter. If you prefer a more hands-on approach to how your OCs story should specifically go, I'm sorry, but it'd probably be best to not submit. You ARE totally allowed to send guidelines to what specifically you would not want to happen with your character, however; the last thing I'd want is to make the original submitter uncomfortable.

• PLEASE send your submission through DMs. We won't necessarily throw your application away if you send it through reviews, but if it's a close race between two OCs…Then yeah we're gonna prioritize the one that actually listened to the rules.

• Don't be a jerk if your OC doesn't get accepted, please. Act mature about this. You know who you are.
