Bisharp

"Been around the block long enough, and you've likely heard the phrase, "tough as nails" thrown around...Well, Bisharp's so tough she'd probably chew nails for breakfast. Born a military child, she grew up alongside fellow Pawniard as an advancing troop, working toward the goal of defending their home with pride; only one problem, she was considerably short for her species. Naturally this led to her getting picked on, but she wouldn't let it hold her back; no, she just let it encourage her. Training her body and will every day as hard as she could, she turned her body into a machine of efficiency! Most recently promoted to her troop's highest honor, she thought she'd be happy...But she still feels so empty. While proud of her accomplishments, every failure feels as if it's actively crippling her. So on her commander's demands, she forced herself to go on a sort of "mandatory vacation", though in all reality, she merely saw this as another chance to become even stronger, braver, smarter; the ultimate soldier. And this competition is merely a stepping stone to that. She'll lead her force onward with pride, for in spite of all she has, the honor of victory may be the only thing to help her see all that she's done."

Honchkrow

Representing: The Flying Type.
Gender: Male.
Hometown: Motostoke, Galar.

"Ask any random joe-schmoe what they think of the cities of Galar, and you'll likely get the same answers; it's a economic haven for big business, the air's kinda hard to breath, the weather is erratic at best, the trees look kinda off from the wrong angle, etc. But ask this bird...And he'd save their a cesspit of crime! Well...In a sense. Meet detective Honchkrow, the loose cannon of the Motostoke police department. Alongside his partner, Corviknight, they scower the cities of the region, cracking one case at a time. While more than a little headstrong, and as stubborn as one could be, most would still argue he's a good cop, especially his far more mild-mannered partner, despite their differences. But in this game, he has no partner; no backup whatsoever. It's all down to him and his instincts, and luckily he knows for a fact if anybody can adapt to such foreign circumstances, it's definitely him! His competition better prepare, cause Honchkrow's coming, and he ain't taking prisoners...Well, unless they break the law, but who'd be dumb enough to do that on live TV?"

Pyroar

Representing: The Fire Type.
Gender: Female.
Hometown: Kiloude City, Kalos.

"Some would say fame changes you? And Pyroar woul laugh in your face at such a claim; the internet didn't change her, it brought out her potential! Beginning her career with a small couples GoTube channel (which she now is the sole owner of for...Unspecified reasons), nowadays she runs a major corporate multi-level marketing scheme all based around "self-improvement", and you know, other buzz-wordy stuff. Look...You've met Pyroar. Everybody's met a Pyroar. She's the type to like ordering multi-stepped drinks at coffee shops that ruin the barista's life. She's the type to unironically wear, "Gaslight Gatekeep Girlboss" on her clothes. She's the type to throw around slang and act like a "queen" cause that is just who she is (or at least that's what she'll claim to high heaven and back). Her pride defines her lifestyle, and for better or worse it shines through in everything she does. Emotionally she's completely unavailable, and there's no way she'd rather be; yep, this is the life she chose and it couldn't have worked out better for her! She took control of her life! And she'll take control of this game..."

Breloom

Representing: The Grass Type.
Gender: Non-binary.
Hometown: Nimbasa City, Unova.

"Oh boy, this one...How to describe this piece of work. To start, Breloom's a pretty hard person to read, though don't think for a second that means they have any difficulty reading you. A performer at heart (not that they'd agree), Breloom only lives for one thing; chaos! Pure, unabashed chaos, unstoppable once unleashed! And this game will deliver upon it in spades; the drama, the heartbreak, the nuance, the tension! It's enough to knock one out for the count, and they'll gladly partake...From the sidelines of course. Sure they may be a little twisted in a sense but they're far from stupid; they're here to play the game, just maybe not in the same way me or you would. And with all that said, it'd be easy to simply see them as little more than a character act, but while uncommon, it's not impossible to have...Something that could loosely be called a conversation with them. Such an act is just rare is all. Really more than anything, Breloom's just...Confusing. And possibly confused themselves, nobody's truly sure, especially cause they refuse to talk about their past. But know for sure, if you give 'em an inch, and they'll take this whole dang game...If they can keep up with themselves that is."

Gender: Male.
Hometown: Pallet Town, Kanto.

"All around affable and huggable to boot, Snorlax was practically made to be the perfect friend. While he more often than not would be fine spending whole days doing nothing but sleeping and eating, he's just about the nicest guy in the world, more than willing to throw everything aside to help somebody in need, regardless of who they are; seriously, he can't say no, he WILL help you and you can't stop him! He's not afraid to put himself out there and try new things, especially coming from a hometown where he's lived a seldom interesting life. You think through all this he'd be just about the most positive guy on the planet...But he's got his own share of demons, though good luck getting any of them out of the guy, cause if nothing else his lips are sealed. Besides, why care about his life, when he could be helping you with yours! Really, he's here for a good time, not a long time, so don't worry about it! Everything is fine! Let's all just party up a storm like the world ain't watching! Yep, that's Snorlax! What a great guy! What a great, happy, considerate, loving guy!"
