Got this story in my head so I decided to test it out.

Deep in a tropical region was a long young man, and that young man look like he was entirely lost.
The young man in question had tan skin, hazel brown eyes, and black hair that's sort of look like a lion's mane. He was wearing a dark green tropical short sleeve zip up jacket, blue and white striped undershirt, dark blue jeans that ended at his ankles, dark red and black running shoes, thick frame glasses, a black backpack, and some kind of strange looking bracelet on his left wrist with a noticeable Z symbol on it.
"Alright Chris, you're almost finished with your Island challenge."said the young man to himself as he looked at a ball that was red on top, white on the bottom, had a black line in the middle, and at the very center was a white button.
"You and me have been through so much together, partner. You, I, and the others pushed through challenge after challenge to get to we are to become the island challenge champion. I honestly still feel like this is a dream as I can't believe I'm finally going on my journey through Alola."said Chris to himself, knowing he didn't have an easy start as unlike the rest of the challengers he was a little older.
And by a little older he meant he was sixteen, while most Island challengers began their journey at eleven.
It wasn't because Chris didn't want to start his journey eleven, it was because his strict parents wouldn't allow him to go on his Pokemon journey until he was a little older.
"Mom and Dad didn't feel comfortable sending me on a difficult journey until I was a little older. I was so jealous of the others as they got to go on their Pokemon journeys while I had to stay home and study. But I use that isolation to learn everything about Pokemon. I trained my body and mind endlessly to make myself a better trainer for the day when I could officially become a Pokemon trainer!"said Chris to himself, knowing that he had come far in order to become a Pokemon trainer.
"The only reason I came Alola in the first place was to show my parents that I could handle the challenge! My goal is to go to Galar, Kanto, or Paldea for my next chapter of my Pokemon journey. But for now I have the journey through Alola as my parents said I had to start out in a safe region before I was allowed to go to the others. I'm not complaining as this has been fun. I meet so many interesting people along the way and I'm honestly doing great for myself. Kahuna Hala really took me under his wing and taught me the fundamentals of Pokemon battling along with Professor Kukui. Man that Professor is such a cool dude it's hard to believe he's almost as old as my Dad."said Chris to himself as he continued walking.
"I'm almost done with my journey. Soon I will participate in the first ever Alola Pokemon League the show the whole world the name Chris! I want to challenge the likes of Cynthia and Leon! I want to be a Pokemon master and show everyone that I will be one of the greatest Pokemon trainers that ever lived!"said Chris, who felt the PokeBalls on his trainer belt wiggling.
"I see all of you are excited about the upcoming Pokemon League! I know you guys want to battle more than anyone else as out of all the Pokemon in the world I think you guys love Pokemon battles more than anyone else."said Chris, knowing that his Pokemon really liked to participate in Pokemon battles.
"Especially you, partner."said Chris as he looked at a particular Pokeball.
"Now then! I think I've collected all the z crystals. Now all I have to do is get back to Ula'ula Island for the Pokemon League! I better watch my back as I know each of the participants in the league have battled the kahunas and have taken on the totem Pokemon! Hau it's especially going to be tough as he won't admit it but he has potential to surpass his grandpa who I know for a fact didn't use his real team against me when I completed the Melemele Island challenge. I can only imagine how strong that fighting type Pokemon specialist is when he gets serious."said Chris, knowing that the Kahunas held back during each of their challenges and didn't use their real team...except Hapu.
"Hala, Olivia, Nanu, and Hapu... each of them has showed me what it means to be a real Pokemon trainer in now I feel like I'm ready for the next big step. I really want to show the world what I'm made of and eventually participate in the Pokemon Masters tournament! I want to challenge the likes of Diantha, Leon, Cynthia, and Iris! I want to see what this world has to offer more than anyone else! And above everything else I want to meet the legendary Pokemon, especially Tapu Koko, the legendary Pokemon who saved my life that fateful day."said Chris, knowing that right now with his big moment and he couldn't wait to take part in it!
"Arceus knows how long I've waited for this moment and I only have to wait a bit longer before I stand at the summit, the summit I have been dreaming of my whole life."said Chris, before he felt the ground beneath and began to shake, causing him to lose his footing.
"What the heck!"said Chris says he looked to the sky and he honestly couldn't believe what he was seeing as the sky was tearing.
"What the heck!"yelled Chris as a small tear appeared in the sky and something came out of it.
"That creature kind of reminds me Lillie! Is that supposed to be a Pokemon!"said Chris as he noticed some kind of tentacle like creature that look like it was wearing a hat come out of the portal.
The creature honestly creeped him out as it didn't have anything that he could recognize as a face as it kind of reminded him of a Tentacruel, only a much scarier version! Chris was about to pull out a Pokeball to battle the creature went out of nowhere another terror happened in the sky and some kind of muscular looking bug like Pokemon creature came out of it.
And it quickly to send it towards Chris at a fast pace, knocking the young man back!
"Ahhh!"exclaimed Chris as he landed in a nearby bush that luckily broke his fall.
"I have to get out of here at these pokémon or whatever the heck they are aren't right!"said Chris, as he couldn't battle these Pokemon as he didn't even know what type they were.
He very well couldn't send his Pokemon into battle without knowing what he was up against so he decided to do a tactical retreat!
But before he could he was grabbed by the tentacle like creature and hoisted up into the air!
"Let me go!"shouted Chris, as he tried to wiggle his way out of the creatures grasp.
"I don't know what's going on but I know I need to get out of here!"said Chris as he continued to struggle out of the creatures grasp.
"Based on your appearance and assuming you are a Pokemon I'm betting your poison type so I definitely need to get away from you!"said Chris, as last thing he wanted was to get poisoned by this creature.
"I know!"said Chris as he reached into his backpack and pulled out of repel and hoping it will work sprayed it on the creature!
The white tentacle like creature quickly let go of him as he fell. And as Chris smiled that he was finally let go, that smile quickly faded as soon as he realized he was sending towards one of the portals at a fast pace!
"Whoa!"said Chris, who in his final moments noticed that some of the spots where he fought the totem Pokemon also had portals popping up.
"What in the name of Arceus is going on!"shouted Chris and his final moments before he fell into the portal!
Chrus felt his whole body begin to feel weird as he felt himself going through what felt like a highway through space! Chris was moving at such a fast pace he could barely see where he was going as he noticed there appear to be portals all over the place and he quickly tried avoiding each one as best he could until he could figure out how to get out of here and head back to Alola!
"I can breathe?! How in Arceus can I breathe in space?! What is happening?!" wondered Chris as a Rotom dex came out of his backpack.
"That was a nice nap. Whoa what happened while I was asleep?!"asked Rotom, before hanging on to Chris for dear life.
"You mean to tell me you slept through all of that?!"asked Chris, as he couldn't believe that Rotom managed to sleep through all of the commotion that was going on outside of his backpack.
"Im sorry, but you know I'm a deep sleeper."said Rotom in his own defense.
"Yeah, I know."said Chris, who couldn't really be angry at his other companion as it was in his fault.
"Where are we?"asked Rotom.
"I don't know, all I know is some white tentacle like Pokemon thing grabbed me and threw me in here."said Chris, as he wanted to know what was going on as well.
"That must have been one of the Ultra Beasts. I remember Professor Burnett talking about them and how their Pokemon from another world but they're extremely hostile to humans for some reason."said Rotom, as Chris place this hand on his face.
"I should have known that was an Ultra Beast. I Professor talking about them but I didn't think about it too much until now."said Chris, realizing he just encountered one of the Ultra Beasts and they were the reason he was in this mess.
"Look out!"shouted Rotom, as Chris look in front of him man noticed that he was about to go into a portal to who knows where!
"Brace yourself!"shouted Chris has he grabbed Rotom and used his own body as a shield as they went into the portal!

"Chris, wake up."said Rotom as he floated a few inches away from the face of the unconscious Chris.
"Uhhh, where are we?"asked Chris has he woke up and remembered what it had just happened.
He was going back to Ula'ula Island for the Alola Pokemon League when Ultra beasts came out of nowhere and attacked him. And but he was thrown into some portal that took him to some other world far away from Alola, at least he thinks.
" I don't know, maybe we could ask the people over there at that building."said Rotom, getting Chris's attention.
"What building?"asked Chris, as Rotom activated his camera function and showed Chris an up close visual the nearby building.
"Ever After High? Well we're definitely not in the Pokemon world anymore, that's for sure."said Chris, as he had a feeling his journey to become a Pokemon Master was going to have to take an unexpected scenic route.
Hey guys, PrimusPilus here with some news.
I haven't been updating over the last few days as I've been on a little break I'm feeling much better so hopefully I can continue writing stories.
Anyway I got this idea and I thought why not try it out as I don't think anyone else has done it.
Anyway who do you think the starter Pokemon is?
Is it Incineroar? Decidueye? Primarina?
The starter Pokemon has already been decided but feel free to leave a comment or send me a PM on your guess on who the starter Pokemon is.
