This is an old idea but a powerful one...

Tsubaki hated her life, even now as she moved through the breadcrumb taijutu style she was allowed to master as a Hyuuga branch member. Her arms ached as she moved through the katas, sweat burned into her eyes as she strained. No one watching her, beyond the typical Hyuuga guards always watching everyone. She hated it in the compound, but as she was not a genin yet, she had no 'Right' to leave the compound and train in secret as she wished she could. She had long since grown past the breadcrumbs allowed to her by the Clan caste system...

She would never complain aloud though, for fear of retribution. She was grateful that she had never shown signs of developing the Byakugan, and so avoided the horrors of the Curse Mark. If she ever did develop those eyes, she would hide them, never wishing to be cursed so dreadfully by her own blood.

Her training would last for only one more hour, before she was required to clean up and serve the Main branch by cleaning the dining hall. That was all she was to her own blood, a servant. It mattered little that she was a soon to be ninja or an orphan or any other thing... all that mattered was that she was a servant, a branch member...

That was all she was allowed to be to them...

And forever, she would hate them for it. Hence her greatest and more treasured dream, freedom. Not just herself but all those bound by Hyuuga blood. To cast away the seal so vilely controlling her own and reek bloody vengeance on her vile Clan.

She had plans too, graduating was but the first step! Next was getting into ANBU, getting the chance to practice many arts unimpeded, like Sealing and Medical Jutsu. She would, with those skills, craft the means to free her clan from evil...

But until then, that great moment would wait and she would work on her current mission of graduating and making waves to get into ANBU.

Baby steps... every one of which counted until she was ready to start a revolution...

One likely to be painted in blood...

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was... so much fun! I was inspired by Sasuke and Itachi and Neji all at once.

Love, your Ninja Overlord,

Mika.
