In much of what of said in my previous two write-ups in the countdown with Midday Gardens, can be said for pretty much the exact same thing for Evening Lake. In terms of gameplay design of the homeworld levels of Spyro 3, they fall short and disappointing compared to the high action in level design and variety in of Spyro 1 and even of that in of Spyro 2, thanks to how no sense of refreshing cool action and personality sticks in of the homeworld levels, even before and after you finish 100% of it. Sad, how Spyro 3 was the last real great game of the entire franchise and Insomniac Games did not have the series go out with a huge lead on the PS1 with more unique and varied homeworld like of such in the past two games of the PS1 Trilogy.

The only reasons of such of why I have Evening Lake ranked higher then Midday Gardens in the countdown is simply due to the fact that at least notable things in a non-gameplay style fashion sticks out in Evening Lake rather then Midday Gardens such as the cute little whale swimming around of the lake area as your explore through the homeworld and even go inside the little guy for a Dragon Egg and the ability to pull off some of the best glitches of the Spyro PS1 Trilogy in Evening Lake such as the infamous and fun swimming in the air glitch which at least gives Evening Lake some personality charm over with as such for Midday Gardens.

At any rate, no much else to say. I will admit that I am probably ranking the homeworld and speedway levels, a little too harsh on for the countdown so far but, still a level is a level of the Spyro PS1 Trilogy and with that, causes me to rank Evening Lake no higher then this on the countdown.
