Another post in the countdown, another speedway / flight level for me to rank and review low on for the countdown. While in compared to some of the other speedway / flight levels that have already shown up on the countdown so far, Mushroom Speedway isn't all that bad in terms of all of the bonus flight levels go overall of the three Spyro games but, it certainly isn't the most memorable and enjoyable of the bunch thanks to in part of the speedway being way too easy and linear to enjoy out of unlike the remaining 7 flying bonus level to rank on the countdown and also with the fact that I found the secret Hunter flying mini-game in part of the level, to be very forgettable and bland, with such causes me to rank Mushroom Speedway no higher then this as it goes for the countdown, IMO.
Like I stated earlier, Mushroom Speedway ranks in low for part of the countdown thanks to how repetitive and simple the main time trial course is along with the just as simple and bland butterfly race course is in part of the level. Compared to the rest of the flying levels to rank in part of the countdown which earn higher points for being ranked higher in the countdown thanks to average to high level of fun difficulty in of them, Mushroom Speedway for a speedway at any rate of three games, is way too disappointingly easy for my taste to care about for. Thanks to how the flowers, spiders, rings and butterflies link up close with each other to take out in of the racing course, for me when I was playing through for the level for no matter what the combination I would do for the race time trial section in part of the level, I would have next to no problems or mis-fails of any kind fails of running out of time of any kind in of the main course gameplay action of Mushroom Speedway, with thanks to how linear and extremely easy of note of what I stated with Mushroom Speedway, causes me to rank low of it on the countdown.
Adding more bad points that makes Mushroom Speedway, a very forgettable speedway / flight level in terms of the rest of the flight / speedway levels to rank on the countdown, is with the bland secret Hunter dragon egg mini-game. In of Mushroom Speedway, you take control of Hunter in an airplane taking out and destroying the flying saucer sheep enemies of the level. Compared to the rest of the Hunter flight levels of the three games, I found the mini-game of Hunter in Mushroom Speedway, fairly boring and bland for most of the time in part of the level thanks to of how super sensitive of the plane was. Because of this problem of how so with Hunter's airplane being very sensitive acts to the player's control and movement of the mini-game taking in place of, can cause the player to fault over in mistakes over the player to screw up in of the gameplay design of the mini-game over most of the time that wasn't at the player's fault due to the again stated super high drunk sensitise the controls are of the Hunter mini-game.
Not much else to say. In terms of the speedway levels overall for IMO, Mushroom Speedway is not that bad like Crystal or Night Flight from Spyro 1 but, compared to the rest of the speedways left to rank in of the countdown, it's no winner. Because of this and it's faults I stated in of the write-up earlier causes me to rank Mushroom Speedway low on the countdown.
