As far as of all of the 13 flight / speedway levels go in all of the Spyro PS1 games, Harbor Speedway was one of the more better ones of the bunch in terms of fun thanks to how it was nice for the speedway / flight levels go out with a bang in of Spyro 3 with a fairly challenging time trial main race course unlike of that where nothing stood out in of the main race course for being easy and linear of the other speedways of Spyro 3 with Ocean and Country Speedway.
While it isn't saying much in terms of it as one of the better overall speedway / flight levels in of the three games, it does say much of so because it makes the past remaining speedway / flights on the countdown look like garbage, which quite frankly are and disappointing in part to of Harbor Speedway and the remaining 4 speedway / flight levels to rank in of the countdown. Still, while Harbor Speedway earns points as one of the better speedway / flight levels of the three classic PS1 Games, they do not hold a candle to the great and classic main levels of such in of the three PS1 games and as such gets Harbor Speedway only good for what it is worth in of the series.
One of the biggest highlights I loved from Harbor Speedway making it a decent overall speedway / flight level of what it is worth is unlike the rest of it's kind already ranked in part of the countdown is with the unique style of targets of the level with the cool seagulls, hovercraft underwater fishes and searchlight crabs to take out of the level and how unique and original of the level they act to be and as such makes for a fairly hard of a level in terms of the speedway / flight levels go of all of the three Spyro PS1 games and it's nice for the final true Speedway of the main real Spyro franchise in general, go out with a bang with a unique, hard and enjoyable Speedway / Flight level of such to the player to have fun with.
Harbor Speedway earns points also for having one of the better types of presentation in all of the speedway / flight levels of the series. Like of much how I am sucker for Ice themed levels in gaming, I am sucker for misty and ocean levels of Harbor Speedway and I find them breathtaking and cool to love from. I am not sure if it's because blue is my favorite color but, whatever. I still find presentation levels of Harbor Speedway, great and wonderful to take a look of with.
Other then such, not much else to say for Harbor Speedway. It's nice for the final true Spyro game of the entire franchise go out with a unique, hard and fun speedway / flight level of such with Harbor Speedway but, in such compared to the rest of the fantastic and enjoyable levels of the series, pretty much all of the bonus levels of the classic Spyro games fall in short of comparison of such to them. With that, Harbor Speedway was good for it was for but other then that, there is nothing much going for it.
