Chapter 7

At Christmas Bella, Edward, Nessie and Jacob were going to Charlie's Jacob convinced Liz to come with them as a break to get away from the scent of so many vampires her thirst for venom was getting rather strong.

Charlie and his guests were surprised that Liz was with the others. The wolves all looked at her Leah asked "what are you doing here?"

Jacob said "Calm down Leah I invited her. She needed to get away from the others."

Sue asked "you invited one of the Cullen's guest for Christmas?"

Jacob said "Liz isn't a guest she is the Cullen's newest daughter she is Lucas's biological mother."

Charlie asked "is that so. The Cullen's are adopting you now."

Liz said "they are fostering me. I will probably age up before they can adopt me. But Rosalie and Emmett adopted Lucas. He looks a lot like Emmett but then so does David, Lucas's father."

Emily asked "Why did you give Lucas up for adoption."

Liz said "I wasn't in a position that I could take care of him the way he deserved to be taken cared of. I am happy to see how much Rosalie and Emmett love Lucas. They are really his mom and dad and they kept his name. He was young enough they didn't have to do that."

Embry asked "so what is your real last name other then Cullen of course."

Liz said "it is Uley. I'm named after my mother Elizabeth Uley. I named Lucas after her father. Lucas Uley."

Sue asked shocked "You are Lucas's granddaughter? That is impossible."

Edward said "Liz has the same aging issue as Renesmee. How old are you Liz, the truth."

Liz said "Chief Swan will be angry if I say."

Charlie said "I promise not to be angry."

Liz said "alright I'm almost 6 years old."

Charlie asked "what! You were driving a motorcycle and you are only 6 years old?"

Liz shrugged and said "I told you that you would be mad. I look almost 18."

Charlie said "you had a baby and you are almost 6?"

Liz said "I only carried Lucas for a few months. He ages at half the rate I do. Nessie and I age at the same rate."

Quil asked "so we should expect Nessie to be like you at 6 years old."

Liz said "she will probably have better manners then me but yes she will be about the same development as I am now."

Liz suddenly and apparently for no reason burst out of herself and turned into a small gray wolf with dark gray markings.

Bella asked "what triggered that?"

Jacob said "it is probably just the right timing. Liz calm down and you will be about to change back into yourself."

Leah said "try deep breathing."

Liz whimpered and growled Edward said "you turned into a wolf. It is part of the Uley blood line. I don't know why it didn't happen before now Jacob is probably right it was just the right time."

Leah said "slow your breathing down. Inhale deeply hold it then exhale and repeat. Envision a peaceful beach there is no one there. That is the kind of thing that works for me."

Liz turned back into herself but she was nude. Bella said "I think there might be some clothes left in my room, come with me Liz."

Bella showed Liz upstairs to her old room it turned out there was actually a lot of clothes left she figured Alice would have replaced her wardrobe so she had left most of her clothes behind.

She found something appropriate for Liz who got dressed then said "Can I be any more of a freak I'm half vampire and now part werewolf too. What is that smell it is delicious. Better then venom and almost as good as blood."

Bella said "maybe it is the food now that you are a wolf maybe you can eat food. Lets go down and find out."

Everyone was ready for the meal Liz tried a little of everything she didn't like veggies but she loved the meat the potatoes and stuffing were alright but she loved the pie.

Charlie said "it is a relief to see one Cullen that has an appetite."

Liz said "I had never tried Turkey before it was delicious."

Charlie said "I am glad you liked it."

Liz left with Edward Bella and Nessie. Jacob took his bike he was going to spend the night at home with his dad and sister.
