Here is a level that much of what I said in of the earlier write-ups for Spyro 1 levels out there in of this classic franchise already ranked in part of the countdown with of that of Toasty and Stone Hill being the levels I am talking about with, I found Town Square to be a pretty solid and fun level to play through from start to finish for every time of the like I have myself beating through of Spyro 1, simply ranks somewhat low and out of the top half of the countdown because of how fairly simple and easy in of the gameplay design of Town Square is compared to the even more unique and fun levels of such from Spyro 2 and 3 are from the series.

In as of a Spyro 1 level, Town Square was great for what it was and still is overall to the series a decent level but, in compared to the even more vivid and unique levels of such from Spyro 2 and 3 and as the series in total which the main rule is overall in of the rankings in this countdown, it's hard to look on much for Town Square as the best level of all time. Still, pretty decent and fun for what Town Square was.

One thing of such that I liked from Town Square and why I still find it today to be a pretty decent level to play through is of how the level on it's own right set the standard in some ways to the main gamer playing through of the Spyro PS1 series getting used to semi-mastering around the main mechanics of gliding in of the series. While I will admit on how more in depth, fantastic and unique levels would appear in of the later Spyro PS1 games in the franchise, nothing can be taken away from Town Square as it was the first real level of the series that the gamer had to really master around the glide mechanics of in the Spyro series and can be decently hard and enjoyable in of the main gameplay design of the level to younger gamers out there including myself when playing through Spyro 1 for the first time in. Heh.

My only real other flaw I had with Town Square and likely main reason I cannot have it in the Top section half of the levels from the Spyro series in my countdown is with how easy as cake pie the main game design and enemies you face off with of Town Square are and I found from when I was younger and still from today, mastering the flight mechanics of the level with Spyro were harder then of the enemies and game design you face of in of Town Square. The only two enemies you face off in of Town Square are bulls that go down with any attack and love to charge right after you getting themselves killed with an easy charge or flame attack and of the gnorc like flagmen of the level which are also just as easy to beat. I know it's a level from only from Spyro 1 but, it would of been nice haven't more variety could of came out of the main enemy design of Town Square which from back of the day could of been possibly be set in of the main game.

Overall, despite some notable faults with how easy Town Square is and of how compared to the more unique levels of such from Spyro 2 and 3 are and how bland of such the level is compared to today to the other two games in of the PS1 franchise, Town Square was a pretty solid level to play through from beginning to end and should be a level that every type of fan in the series should love in some shape way or form and that goes for the remaining 56 levels to rank of the countdown. Decent level, overall for Town Square with not much else to say.
