Here we have our first non-main boss or bonus like level in some time from Spyro 1 appearing in of the countdown and earning the next slot on the countdown goes to Gnorc Cove. Thanks to how so much variety sticks out of Gnorc Cove and of how it's a level unlike any other level of the like out there from all three Spyro PS1 games, easily nails a spot for Gnorc Cove being ranked high in for my countdown and remains as one of the best overall levels of such from Spyro 1.

Variety is an important factor in any Video Game out there and thankfully for Gnorc Cove and that goes for the remaining Spyro PS1 levels there are left to rank in the countdown, are special and unique levels in many ways for the gamer to have fun with and Gnorc Cove was not only a level that was very unique to the Spyro PS1 franchise overall, but to the platformer video game genre out there for what Spyro 1 was for at the time. Who doesn't love huge variety in games? As far all 3 Spyro PS1 games out there go, Gnorc Cove remains as what a near perfect Spyro level should be like for.

The biggest and main gameplay element that takes in place of Gnorc Cove that make it a great level in my book is the huge emphasis on using barrels to get yourself from section to section in of the level and mainly take out your enemies in of Gnorc Cove. I found this gameplay concept to be very fun and unique to perform as I have seen no other Spyro level out there from this classic franchise that does this certain goal to the player and how fun and well-designed this mechanic worked in for the main gameplay overall in for this level.

The barrel gameplay never felt cheap in no shape way or form during the times I remember with myself playing through this great level in of Spyro 1. It was refreshing and a nice mix-up for a player to take in part of in for a change as there were some decent small touches to the main gameplay action in of Gnorc Cove there unique within of this concept such as timing your aim control down on the barrels to break away boxes of hidden gems to clearing the path to reach more complex and fun main platform sections of the level and so on and so forth.

Overall, Gnorc Cove from Spyro 1 was a very nice level thanks to the high amount of original and fast-paced action there was to the main gameplay design of the level and how it's nothing of like your typical Spyro PS1 level out there from this classic franchise. Great level and as such earns it without a doubt, a high spot in somewhere for my countdown and here I think is the right place of such in the countdown to put this great level at in.
