As far as all three Spyro PS1 games go IMO, Spyro 2 homes some of the best levels out there from this entire classic franchise thanks to how nearly every single one of such level from Spyro 2 each has it's own unique personality, charm and style within of the main level design that you can't help but some some love to these levels in some shape way or form and Magma Cone is no different. Magma Cone remains as one of the most enjoyable, unique and creative levels I have ever played in from all levels of such from all three Spyro PS1 games.
Much like so for the remaining 13 levels there are left to rank in of the countdown, all of these levels that rank in of the countdown are special to me in for my childhood and bring back great memories of such with some of the most entertaining like gamplay I have ever played from any Video Game out there and that stills holds true today.
The main gameplay mechanic that follows in for helping to make Magma Cone a very original and creative level out there is of how enjoyable and fast-paced the main gameplay action can get within of this level which is something missing out from most levels out there from all three Spyro PS1 games. Variety abounds in many ways to keep the main action within of Magma Cone being a very vivid level overall such as you can do so many things in many ways within of the main level design of Magma Cone and never getting bored with it.
These fun gameplay elements that follow in for Magma Cone include taking out your enemies only by using your skills to the test with help of the blue elf creatures that help you kill the Earthshapper like enemies of the level in red X marked areas to exploring a nice mix of fun and original level design of Magma Cone from stopping the process of the volcano running to exploring extras like reaching a small platform that included three extra lives for the player.
Other unique gameplay moments that follow in for Magma Cone being a fantastic level overall is taking in part of challenging and just as unique Orb like mini-games out there from any Orb mini-game out there from at least from Spyro 2. These include taking on Hunter in a secret ice cave like section of the level and racing to collect ice crystals to saving and having fun within of a party in the volcano section of the level and clear out the enemies that stolen the party like items that was originally intended fro what was going on in of Magma Cone before chaos started.
Every little gameplay detail within of Magma Cone felt fresh and unique to make for a very fun level overall in and this helped by the just as amusing presentation of Magma Cone. I love the unique sense of charm that was shown for this level such as nice effects within of the lava you come in contact in for this level and to the nice serious and catchy tone of music that plays in of the level helping it to be one of the more better personality like levels out there from all three Spyro PS1 games in terms of presentation wise for a level.
Overall, Magma Cone was a very amusing level out there overall to that of a level overall in from all three Spyro PS1 games thanks to so much unique senses of style stick out of Magma Cone to make it unlike any of such other Spyro PS1 level out there from this classic trilogy. Not much else to say other then Magma Cone was an amazing level and just as a excellent of a level to the last 13 levels there are left to rank in of my countdown.
