chapter 3: Hana

After the announcement of, the dreadnoughts are allowed to fight against in an official match of the tank sport. After the dreadnoughts, appear out of nowhere, most of them were, hell brute while others chaos dreadnoughts. Now, the dreadnought will be part of the team for the tanks teams to compete in an official matches. Everyone was confused while others excited for it.

In his rickshaw isHana's mother, who requests an introduction to Hana's friends. When Yukari inadvertently reveals that Hana is on the sensha-dō team, Hana's motheris so upset she faints.

They get her mother safely back to the Isuzu household, where, once her mother awakens, Shinzaburou urges Hanato tell her motherabout how she truly feels, rather than avoiding her. Hanagrew up practicing Ikebana, the art of flower arrangement, and hermother is utterly horrified at the idea of her daughter participating in sensha-dō, and now states her low opinion of tanks and sensha-dō. However, Hana,after expressing her frustration with ikebana and her family's approach to it, refuses to give up sensha-dō. Her mothertells her never to enter the house again.

Yuri "The smell of oil and iron. Please tell me that you didn't take Tankery."

Hana "Well...Yuri: Those delicate hands of yours, you laid them on a tank!" she faints

later on her house.

Yuri said "What's wrong. Do you no longer like flower arrangement?"

Hana said "No, it's not that."

Yuri Said "Then are you upset about something?"

Hana "That's not it either."

Yuri "Then why Tankery?"

Hana "I just, I keep arranging, and arranging some more but it just feels like it's not enough."

Yuri "No, elegant and clean, that's the way I describe your flower arrangements. They fully embody the Isuzu style."

Hana "But, I want to arrange flowers with more vigor. Mother?"

Yuri "What happened to you? Where did the honest and kind part of my daughter go? Is this because of Tankery too? Tanks are barbaric, inelegant and loud. Don't you understand? All tanks should just be torn apart and turned into so much scrap metal."

Hana "I'm very sorry mother, but I just will not give up Tankery."

Yuri "Then, you will not set foot in this house forever."

Shinzaburou" Young Miss!?" with small tears in his eyes.

Team A returns to the carrier, barely making it before departure time. There they find Team D waiting, deeply apologetic for their poor performance, who promise to do better next time. The Student Council also give Team A a gift sent by the St. Glorianastudents: a tea set, a token of esteem that they only send to those opponents they deem truly worthy. In her note, Darjeeling tells Miho that their match was more entertaining than the one St. Gloriana fought with Miho's sister, and expresses her hopes to someday meet in an official match.

End of flashback.

She explained the tea set with her after she told the story about what, happened to her, and the team is fighting against the American team, with unknown dreadnought with them.

"After my Mother, banished from our home, my servant cried, I reassured him that one day will return and mother will understand." As she held her hands tightly, he looks at her, he said: "It's okay I hope she'll understand eventually, for now, we have to win this match."

Everyone nodded in agreement with him.

"Okay, explain to me about the tea set?" He looked at the tea set.

At the close of the episode is shown the selection process where they draw as their first opponentSaunders University High School, a favored contender for the championship. Sitting apart from the other students, the Student Council affirm to themselves that they cannot afford to lose.

Anzu "We have a tough opponent right out of the gate." Still eager as ever.

Momo said "What happens, we can't lose." With hint of anger in her tone.

with that the team the opponent will be Saunders team.
