"And that was my first day working here" Charlie sat comfortably on the sofa chatting to his co-workers about their first days. It had only been a few months since it was Charlie's first day but he had formed a strong bond with a lot of people working at the Pizzaplex. Carlton looked away from his book to look at Charlie
"Yeah and you had your bi bag as well, you forgot to put it down anywhere"
he chuckled. Charlie rolled his eyes
"Could've been worse, I almost fell over because of some child tugging on it. Three platters almost gone entirely to waste"
Charlie shook his head. Carlton looked back at his book about the history of arcades (As normal people do) and he got an idea. He closed his book and slammed it on the table "Charlie! I have an idea!"
Charlie jumped back on the sofa
"Fucking hell Carlton, coulda just said so" Carlton chuckled
"Whoops, sorry. So how bout we spend our breaks playing arcade games?"
Charlie smiled at him
"Two words. Yes, please"
Carlton jumped up
"I bet I can beat you at Fredder and Flappy fox" Charlie jumped up
"Ha, no chance my little man"
Carlton gave him a playful glare
"We'll see~"
he skipped out of the break room, Charlie grinned and followed behind him. The others sat there and watched them run out of the break room, Janet chuckled
"They would be such a cute couple"
a male co-worker looked over at Janet
"They aren't already a couple?"
He joked. Janet laughed
"I bet if I followed them, I'd find them smooching up a storm".
The pair stood outside the Fazcade
"Come on my little Latino lad, games await"
Charlie dashed through the lift doors and lent on the corner of the lift and Carlton stood next to him.
"So when I win against you, what's my prize?" Carlton gazed at Charlie
"I don't know Carlton, maybe you can have a plush"
Charlie shrugged. Carlton grinned
"Can I get a kissie?~"
Carlton teased, Charlie snickered
"Ahhhh...no. I'll think of something"
he played with the buttons on Carlton's phone mask.
"Honestly Charlie, sometimes you really push my buttons"
he giggled
"More dad jokes?" Charlie sighed.
"Well since your dad left I thought I'd just fill you in on what you've missed"
that small comment made Charlie smile widely, this man has helped Charlie so much with his time here. He knows the most about Charlie, he doesn't know everything but he knows more than most people.
The lift gave its absolutely amazing and beautiful *Ping* and the doors shift open. The nostalgia of walking into an arcade, pocket full of change and ready to win hundreds of tickets to buy sweets you definitely could've got for cheaper.
"Me, you, Flappy Fox, now"
Carlton sped off to the Flappy Fox cabinet, ready to rumble. Charlie chased after Carlton with a newly ignited blazing passion to wreck this man...at Flappy fox (Mind outta the gutter people). Carlton stepped aside and gestured for Charlie to go first. Charlie playfully flicked Carlton's phone mask lightly
"Such a refined little gentleman"
he cooed to him with a smug ass look on his face. Carlton ignored the short jokes and watch Charlie play. Charlie was the best at this game and was the champion of Flappy Fox...Nah he was shit and almost immediately hit a pipe "Welp, I'm fucked"
Charlie chuckled as he stepped aside for Carlton to play,
Carlton cracked his knuckles and even did a little warmup consisting of random stretches, and all of it was extremely humourous to Charlie before he pushed in a 50p coin and was just about to press start before Charlie, now relaxing against the side of the arcade cabinet, interrupted him
"Just one last thing, if I find you've cheated again Carly and put it on staff mode (An actual thing on most arcade cabinets, the more you know) I will shove my foot up your ass"
Carlton laughed at his remark
"Not in front of the kids, save it for later~"
he teased. Carlton was actually really fucking good at this game, this man had a small crowd of children watching him and they even started calling him 'Mr Phone man' because kids are just oh so creative.
Carlton eventually slipped up and gave the titular 'flappy fox' a concussion. The crowd clapped as the number 269 showed on screen and they dispersed as quickly as they appeared. Carlton looked at Charlie and smirked
"So, what's my prize?"
Charlie rolled his eyes and stepped just in front of Carlton. Carlton tilted his head for a moment in confusion but soon learnt what his prize was. Charlie lifted the little man into his arms, one wrapped around Carlton and the other at the back of his mask. The two were now face to face.
Carlton blushed under his mask, even though this man would flirt with basically any man he always got embarrassed when someone flirted back. Charlie smiled and lifted up Carlton's mask, just enough to show his mouth. "Charlie?"
Carlton managed to say before Charlie lent forward and gave Carlton his prize. Charlie kissed Carlton, not much caring about the waves of parents and children staring at them. Charlie's tongue rubbed gently against the small back stud in Carlton's tongue. Carlton usually would kick someone if they'd done something like this without warning but strangely, he just melted at Charlie's touch. When Charlie pulled his head back, Carlton panted quietly as if he was outta breath. "Satisfied your royal excellency?"
Charlie cooed. Carlton simply nodded, still extremely flustered thanks to Charlie.
Carlton soon composed himself and looked back at his face
"Can you put me down now?"
Charlie grinned
"Of course Carly, enjoy your fall"
he gleamed smugly. Before Carlton could process what he even said (Same btw) he was already lying flat on his back
"Oi you lanky prick, you haven't got to be a dick now!"
He stared up at the other man. Charlie just smirked
"I haven't been a dick, I'd say I've been quite the opposite"
he leant down next to him
"Or do you need another example?~".
Carlton's face flushed with redness, mostly hidden by his mask but from his unfortunate fall, his mask hadn't covered his whole face.
"Ha, you're so fun to tease mr phone man, you get embarrassed so quickly"
Charlie chuckled
"Come on then Carlton, we've still got time for some more games"
he helped him up and brought him to some more cabinets.

Meanwhile from behind an arcade cabinet:
"Holy shit, I should be a fortune teller. I must tell the others the great news, Janet, away!".
