-(Musutafu/U.A. Quirk Apprehension Area)-

"Nice, he's finally showing us his true power!" Uraraka exclaimed happily. "He threw it over 700 meters! Finally, a hero-like record!"

Jotaro stared at the wounded Izuku, deciding whether he should heal him now or when nobody was looking. However, while he was busy weighing his options, Bakugo was trembling with rage after discovering Izuku had a Quirk, thinking that he had tricked him all these years.

"His finger appears swollen; it's probably broken now..." Iida remarks, staring at Izuku's finger closely. "Just like in the exam... what a strange quirk..."

"Stylishly done~," Aoyama said, sparkling.

Jotaro suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder, it was Toru, and she seemed a little worried about something.

"Yeah, Toru?"

"My name again-?! Ah, ahem...! I think Bakugo's agitated... do you wanna talk to him?"

"Why are you asking me...?"

"I heard you two were friends from childhood! Izuku said it in class earlier!"

"Ah... I see you are unfamiliar with the relationship I have with Bakugo..."

"Eh? What do you mean?"

"Look." Jotaro said, pointing at his 'friend.'

Toru turned to see Bakugo again, his mouth agape, bloodshot eyes from his fury and revving up his Quirk with small explosions in his hands. "... Oh..." Toru said loosely, understanding what Jotaro meant. "WAIT- SHOULDN'T YOU STOP HIM BEFORE HE DOES SOMETHING TO IZUKU?!"

"... We have Mr. Aizawa."

Jotaro suddenly heard Bakugo growling and even more faint explosions; he was about to attack Izuku, no doubt. After a few seconds, Bakugo rushed at Izuku with his Quirk, using bursts from his palms to boost his speed.

"I'M GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!" Bakugo said, gliding towards Izuku. "HEY, WHAT THE HELL! EXPLAIN YOURSELF, DEKU - YOU WEAKLING!"

"Hey!" Iida called out.

Izuku turned and saw that Bakugo was coming right for him - not good. "W-WAAAAH?!"

Aizawa quickly realizes the blond's intent and uses his scarf to restrain and capture Bakugo. Bakugo's explosions made a 'shh' noise, almost like a dud was used, implying that Aizawa has erased his Quirk. Bakugo, realizing he was stuck, began struggling and biting the tight rope - doing everything in his power to get to Izuku and out of his binds.

"NGGG! ARGH!" Bakugo grunted angrily - the material was preventing him from much movement. "What the...! The damn cloth...! It's tough!?"

"It's a 'capture weapon' made of carbon fibers and a special alloy wire," Aizawa explained, holding his scarf and glaring at Bakugo. "Geez, stop making me use my quirk so much; I'm getting dry eye over here..."

Bakugo reluctantly and angrily grunted, indicating that he would stop his rampage. The 'capture weapon' finally let go, and Bakugo was freed. Izuku, as quickly as possible, ran away from Bakugo and headed in the class' direction.

"Is your finger okay?" Uraraka asked concerningly.

"Ah,... yeah..." Izuku said, trying to fight through the pain.

After that incident, it marked the end of the rest of the physical fitness tests. The class watched as Aizawa went up to a board with a remote, which Jotaro assumed would show the results from the evaluation.

"All right, time for your results," Aizawa stated. "I've ranked you all from best to worst; you should probably have a good idea of your standing already, so I'll just pull up the whole list since it's not worth going over each individual's score."

As Aizawa finished, the board showed up a bunch of names and scores; it was as expected - Jotaro was on top of the leaderboard. Then, at the front of the board, Izuku was desperately looking for his score - hoping to be at least second to last place. Izuku started whimpering when he saw himself at the bottom of the scoreboard.

"I'm in last place... I failed..."

Jotaro looked even closer, not believing Izuku could be in last place when a particular 'grape person' had more than enough reason to be there. 'This doesn't make sense...'

"And I was lying about expelling someone; no one's going home," Aizawa remarked with a small smile. "That was just a rational deception to ensure you gave it your all in the tests!"

"WAAAAAAH?!" Everyone, including Jotaro, yelled in response.

"This was just a waste of my goddamn time then!" Jotaro said, irritated.

"Of course, it was a lie; I'm surprised the rest of you didn't figure that out!" Yaoyorozu said matter-of-factly; everyone stared at her a little annoyed. I'm sorry, I guess I probably should have said something...?"

"YEAH, YOU SHOULD HAVE!" Jiro, Mineta, and Kaminari yelled with angry and annoyed expressions on their faces. "Ugh..."

The tension suddenly began to calm down; there were cries of relief. Jotaro even saw some of the kids were motivated by the ordeal - Kirishima, to be precise. Jotaro, however, was too bored and disappointed in today to care.

"That was pretty nerve‐wracking, huh?" Kaminari said, rubbing the back of his head to relieve some stress.

"Nah, I'm always down for a challenge!" Kirishima replied with a clenched fist. "Can't wait for the next class!"

"HUH?!" Mineta interjected; he thought Kirishima was insane for wanting more training like today.

"Anyway, that's it - we're done for today," Aizawa said, turning around to return to his classroom. "Pick up your documents about the curriculum and such in the classroom; make sure to read them before tomorrow morning..."

Aizawa stopped before turning to Izuku again, handing him a piece of paper; it appeared to be a nurse's office slip.

"Izuku, have Recovery Girl fix you up - things are gonna be tougher tomorrow when your training begins," Aizawa said, turning to look at the class again. "So make sure you're prepared."

Izuku, in response to Aizawa's comment, clenched his fist with determination; he wanted to do better - to be a hero that could hold a candle to All Might. "I've still got a whole lot to learn... if I'm gonna achieve my dream-"

"Can you stop talking to yourself? Let's go back inside." I tell him before he loses himself in a heroic monologue. "Also, hold still."

"What- WHOA!" Izuku exclaimed when Jotaro grabbed his pointer finger.

Jotaro breathed slowly, and he started to glow - both him and his Stand; they watched as Izuku's wound broken finger and skin repaired itself.

"Hey! What are you- huh?!" Uraraka stopped talking when she realized Izuku's finger had completely healed. "You can heal, too?!"

"It's my Quirk," Jotaro replied. "Breathing is fundamental for it to work, though."

"That's how you fixed my legs?" Toru asked from behind Uraraka. "That's so useful!"

"It is," Fumikage added. "The capabilities it would have combined with your overwhelming power is unprecedented."

"I guess? I dunno yet; I haven't fully discovered the capabilities of my S- QUIRK HYBRID!"

"You okay...?" Toru asked politely.

"Yep, everything's cool."

-(Musutafu/U.A. Quirk Enterance, Late Afternoon)-

"I'm so tired," Izuku complained. "What about you, Jotaro?"

"I dunno." Jotaro yawned, stretching his arms. "I just want to go home right now - I'm too tired to talk."

"Ha..."

"Mr. Aizawa sure fooled us... I can't believe our instructor would deceive us like that..." Iida said, cupping his chin.

"Iida?!" Izuku said quickly, surprised that he didn't notice that Iida was walking with them the whole time.

"How's the broken finger doing?"

"O‐Oh, it's doin' fine, thanks to JoJo!"

"JoJo?"

"Ah, that's what I call Jotaro... a nickname of sorts!"

"Oh! I guess that makes sense! His name does have 'Jo' in the first and last names!"

"Huh... did not notice that either..." Jotaro said; he was a bit annoyed that he didn't see the connection. "Whatever, people will probably start calling me that since it's faster."

"Could I call you your nickname too?!" Iida asked.

"Sure, go ahead." Jotaro yawned again. "I gotta tell you, though, Izuku, if you get healed too often - the healing process might backfire."

"You mean you could kill me?!" Izuku said worriedly. "How!?"

Jotaro nodded and explained that some injuries were too grave for him to heal properly. Hence, it ends up becoming extremely dangerous for the wounded individual.

"I didn't know you could heal!" Iida exclaimed. "Was that what Midoriya meant?!"

"Yeah, but it needs breathing for it to work properly."

"Remarkable!"

Izuku, however, was making conclusions about the drawbacks of his own Quirk; if he continued getting injured, his hero career might be cut short, or he would have to rely on others more often.

"I can't keep relying on help from others," Izuku affirmed. "I have to hurry up and learn to control my power; I was a bit concerned by Mr. Aizawa's approach to class, but I trust the teacher's judgment."

"U.A. is the top program... but, even so, lying is downright immoral! Right, JoJo?"

"Mhm," Jotaro said carelessly. "Totally."

Jotaro looked behind and saw two figures running toward them: Uraraka and Toru. 'Wonder what they want now.'

"Hey! Wait up, you three!" Uraraka and Toru spoke at the same time, making them look at each other and giggle.

"Are you going to the station?" Toru asked.

"We'll join you guys!" Uraraka proposed.

"It's her again!" Izuku said in a hushed voice.

"I know; it seems she brought someone I know as well; not sure where her friend Mina is, though-"

"HEYA! Nice to meet you again, weird hat!" Mina popped out from behind Jotaro.

"OH, GREAT HEAVENS!" Jotaro shouted in response to the ambush.

"This has the kid with the Quirk that he can't control, right?"

"Uh-huh," Jotaro said slowly; how did she get this close without getting noticed? "It seems you are also here..."

"Oh, you're the acid, gravity, and invisibility Quirk users," Iida noted - listing off all their Quirks in alphabetical order.

"How about introductions? My name is Toru Hagakure, and this is my childhood friend, Mina Ashido!" Toru said, gesturing to her friend.

"Pleased to meet ya!" Mina says with a pose.

"I'm Ochaco Uraraka! Okay! Let's see... you are Tenya Iida, he's Jotaro Kujo…" Uraraka stopped talking for a moment, pondering what Izuku's name was for a second. "And your name is... Deku, right? Midoriya?"

"'Deku'?!"

"Uh, yeah, isn't that what Bakugo called you?" Mina remarked curiously.

"During the fitness test, he said…" Izuku replied, thinking of his near-death experience with Bakugo.

"Right...?" Uraraka asked again.

"Uh, well! My name's Izuku, but 'Deku' is what Kacchan calls me to make fun of me... same with JoJo, I think."

"It is?!" Iida exclaimed, thinking he had just insulted Jotaro a moment ago.

"No, it's just what my mother calls me."

"That's adorable!" Toru remarked, causing Jotaro to cover his eyes with his hat.

"Ugh..." Jotaro sighed. "It's been like that for a long time, ever since as a child back in kindergarten."

"That's unsportsmanlike of Bakugo!" Iida commented.

"Yeah, that's so mean!" Mina and Toru said simultaneously.

"Oh, I didn't realize that! I'm sorry!" Uraraka bowed her head to Izuku before speaking again. "But, you know what? I like 'Deku,' It could make a great hero name! Plus, I think it sounds kinda cute."

'Good thing I probably wouldn't do something like that.' Jotaro thought. 'Nor Izuku, there's no way he would-'

"DEKU IT IS!"

"THAT QUICK?! WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS?!" Jotaro facepalmed at how thirsty Izuku was just now.

"Just like that?!" Iida said in disbelief. "Weren't you saying that it was an insult?!"

"Never thought I'd see a full 180 in real life!" Toru remarked.

"Ha!" Mina laughed.

"PARADIGM SHIFT! MY WHOLE WORLD IS UPSIDE DOWN! THE COPERNICAN REVOLUTION!"
