Chapter 2: Natrual Born Chaos

Sadie's first day back was filled with reunions and stories of her friends summer. As she's leaving for home, she runs into a new face, after accidentally bumping into him, dropping her books.

Sadie: "OH! I'm so sorry! I'm such a clutz!" As she looks up, she notices the new student picking up my books, handing them to me, I look and see the boys face. With long brown hair, wearing a black shirt, with blue jeans and black boots.

Jason: "That's my bad, wasn't paying attention, I'm Jason, you miss?" As he looked at me, I studder a bit, his accent a bit different.

Sadie: "I'm Sadie, Sadie Hawthorne... Nice to meet you!" As I shook his hand, he looked at me, as if I was a some kind of new species. His accent was very different.

Jason: "Likewise, moved here from the southeast U.S. Aren't you Ben's lady friend? He told me all about you."

Sadie: "Oh, you know Ben? You guys related?" Asking him, I being to think about Ben, my smug boy of wonder.

Jason: "Oh no, we met years ago when I was a kid, my mothers from Whitby!" My eyes widen, then I see Ben walk up with a big smile.

Ben: "Hey, Jason, what's up?" As they greeted each other, they seemed like the best of friends, which made me smile.

Jason: "Not much, just introducing myself to Sadie here. Got practice in a bit, you guys want to come?"

Ben: "Oh we can't, I'm having dinner with Sadie's family tonight, her mom makes the best lasagna!" As I hold Ben's hand, I nod in agreement.

Jason: "No worries, maybe next time, see ya!" As he gets into his green car, I look at Ben and smile as we start walking to my house.

We get to my house, I notice my parents aren't home, which is strange. Me and Ben sit on the couch, wondering where everyone is.

Ben: "So, I guess there's no lasagna?" I then lean my head on Ben's shoulder, just glad he's here with me.

Sadie: "I guess, there is some pizza..." I smile as I look up at Ben, then we hear a knock at the door, I get up to answer and see that it's... Katie...

Katie: "Hey cuz... how was your fancy trip to Africa?.. ". Me and Ben look at each other, not expecting my evil cousin to show up, why is she here? What could she want?...
