"The key to genjutsu, besides chakra control, is willpower. You need to impress upon the world your views." Unkai started, Mika and Ghost and Yakumo listening intently. "it is not enough to feel it, you must make it a reality. That focuses your Yin chakra and makes it warp the perceptions of others, a more direct example of this is Killer intent which is in of itself."

Ghost nodded, understanding the man's words completely. Mika's powerfully spiritually aligned chakra had increased his mind so much that it was easy to understand things like this. Meowing loudly, he asked. "And breaking genjutsu?' He made a point to enunciate his words, tired of baby talk. He was a good boy, Mika's good boy, he would speak properly. Mika, hearing him, relayed his message.

Unkai nodded. "Pain and disruption are the main ways to break past an illusion, but for advanced jutsu a strong will is needed to even recognize it and break free."

Ghost nodded. 'I see. Thank you.'

"You are welcome, Ghost. Now, I am going to assign you each a basic genjutsu to cast, not you Ghost, you are still learning basic chakra control and the like, but you will be learning to sense through the incomplete illusions since scent is rarely if ever masked by them."

Ghost was pleased. 'I will not be a great illusionist for a time but I can still learn to get past them with my natural skills, awesome.'

Unkai ended up assigning the humans two jutsu. The False surroundings jutsu and the Hell's viewing jutsu. "These two illusions will help you determine which type of genjutsu you focus on naturally. Outside illusions or internal manipulation. Ghost you should naturally be able to see through outside manipulation or smell your way out of internal manipulation."

And with that, the humans got to work.

Mika, with his fantastic control, strong will and natural attention to detail as a medic, ended up excelling with the False Surrodnings to a level that baffled Unkai.

"That is... perfect, you masked the area perfectly. " He said, seeing the inside of Mika's old apartment instead of the small clearing they were in. Ghost, true to Unaki's words, smelled the forest still. Trotting over to Unkai, he nudged his leg, and allowed chakra to flow into the man's body, shattering the illusion entirely. "Very good, Ghost, you deserve a treat."

Mika happily gave him one, and Ghost felt quite pleased.

Yakumo, Mika's eventual mate, was easily able to cast internal illusions but struggled with the focus needed for external illusions. They had obvious flaws and distortions.

Unkai patted her hand. "There are many exercises to work on that, our clan has a skill for illusions, we are not perfect Yakumo. Not even you with your power. Medical training helped Mika as Medics need attention to detail."

"Get the bad guys!" Mika said, and Ghost shot off at intense speeds, leaping into the air he slammed feet first into a dummy, flipping over and launching himself at the next dummy, and finally land with claws out on the last dummy just to show it who was boss. Feeling loose and limber, Ghost shot over to Mika and rammed into his Daddy's chest, knocking the air out of him. "Brat!"

"Yes, but you love me."

" I do, but you are still a brat... now, let's do tree climbing. I know it's a lot, but we really need to work on your chakra control." Mika picked Ghost up and put his paws on the tree. "Push out with your chakra, and stick to the tree. I have you, you won't fall."

And Ghost, having experience with his chakra, managed it rather swiftly. It took about ten minutes for him to be able to walk up and down freely on the tree and even less time on the small pond. Mika had helped him by floating on his back and having Ghost walk by him. It was comforting and fun and Ghost loved it all.

"How am I doing, Daddy?"

Mika kissed his nose. "You are doing so well, I am so proud of you. You will make a real badass soon! Hell, you are basically a badass now."

Ghost preened, head in the air at his Daddy's praise. 'How strong is my kicks?'

"Not super strong yet, but with your chakra control added in, you should be at Genin level in a few months. By the years end you might have enough strength to rival a chunin with your strength. In a month, when your levels are higher, I am so teaching you shushin and the Silent killing. Together we will be beasts, Ghost!"

In Tsunade's office.

"What?" Mika asked, and Ghost in his arms nudged his chin. "You want me to teach?"

Tsunade nodded. "Not completely, not yet, but Asuma and Kurenai said you have a knack for the art of teaching. I want you to lead a class on training and whatever you feel is relevant for a class on Sunday. They will be coming in, mostly orphans, to see that you do not need to rely on bloodlines to be great. You've made a serious name for yourself kid. You are in the Bingobook due to Sound and Orochimaru, you are a skilled Chunin, you helped so many people and are allied with two major clans due to sheer skill and effort in training.

The Hyuugas are singing your praises to anyone that can and will hear it. Ino and Shino are making huge changes according to their senses, and both senseis are deeply impressed by you. The Hospital adores you, and Shizune is beyond proud of you. You hold power in your reputation, use it to serve others."

Mika sighed, petting Ghost. "I am bringing my Ghost, they need to see that progression is not so linear."

Tsunade laughed. "I would hope Ghost is involved, he is growing so fast. I have been having your training watched with him, with my sensei's crystal ball, You are a great teacher and he is already almost genin level in usefulness. I give him those last two and half months to master tracking, healing and a few other things, plus your taijutsu and chakra control training before he is full on genin level!"

Ghost preened some more. 'Thank you, Lady.'

Tsunade chuckled when Mika translated. "You are welcome. Also, Ghost, you may not be a ninja in my service but your word is law as is Mika during that training session. Also, I hear from Hana you are ready for chakra-related training. Remember to take advantage of your cat status, not work against it. Now go, make your lesson plan and both of you better do great. I will be watching."

Mika sighed. "Come on Ghost, today is working on your reading ability... and then it is time for a lesson plan. Oh and Tsunade, can I have access to the sealing section now?"

"Yes, yes you can, but only after you teach that class. Consider it a deal."

"Ugh, fine... Thank you."
