Summary: Katsuki and Tsuyu meet at Izuku and Ochako's wedding.

'Care to dance?'

Bakugou Katsuki moved his red eyes from the champagne toward to the side catching the fabric of a black dress and a very lean and toned leg sticking out from the slit all the way to the thigh.

'Midoriya-san said it's custom for the best man and bridesmaid to dance at least once,' explained the female voice, but it still took Katsuki a moment to lift his gaze toward her face.

'Sounds like bullshit,' he said without his typical annoyance. It was almost factual really. It didn't sound legit at all.

Asui Tsuyu, his ex-classmate and fellow colleague in the Hero profession, didn't offer any annoyance with his words, not that he would expect her to. Tsu-chan – as everyone who she allowed to call her, had to most unreadable face Katsuki ever saw which served to add fire to his frustration more times than he would ever like to admit.

'So you will have no problem explaining it to Midoriya-san why we didn't then, kero?' Despite the lack of expression on her face, she more than made up for it with her blunt and honest attitude.

Katsuki narrowed his eyes at her before he scanned the room.

Most of what was happening tonight were because of Midoriya Inko, Izuku's mom. If it was up to him he wouldn't accept the position of the best man and rather allow one of Izuku's closer friend's to take it, but given what amazing friends their mothers were, still! He didn't have much of a choice.

He noticed his and Izuku's mom were talking, but as if his old hag knew telepathically, he was looking, she glared at him and then gave him a single nod to the back of Tsu's head.

Of-fucking-course

The ash-blond tossed the rest of his glass into his mouth and stood up snatching his jacket, 'Let's get this shit over with.'

'If you're too embarrassed, Baku-chan, I will understand. No need to push yourself into uncomfortable situations,' said Tsu sounding beyond casual and calm if he didn't know her for almost ten years, he might believe her she meant it.

'DON'T FUCKING MOCK ME, FROGGY!' he whispered loud enough to be mistaken for shouting.

Her giggle was the only response, so he rolled his eyes and offered her his elbow to take so he could lead her toward the dance floor. He was still an angry hothead, but he would be damned if anyone were to accuse him of it, he didn't know how to properly dance or act properly.

He didn't look at her, but he could see with his peripheral vision that she looked at his face for a moment before she put her hand on his elbow and allowed him to walk her to the dancefloor.

It wasn't the worst affair. The wedding turned out alright. There were no surprise villain attacks to mess it up, and it wasn't as horribly big of a deal with just a couple of Izuku's and Round-Ochako's closest friends and family. Everything was a bit too vanilla and nice for his taste, but with alcohol and decent food, not even the ash-blond could complain that much.

He brought the shorter even with heels Tsu closer to himself, 'Don't step on my shoes and follow my lead, Froggy.'

'Call me, Tsu-chan, kero,' she said and accepted his hand putting her other one on his arm. The height difference didn't allow her to go for his shoulder as she should have, but this would do. It wasn't like anyone besides his mother was watching. Everyone else's eyes were on the happy couple who for the last hour hadn't gotten off the dance floor.

'And don't look down,' Katsuki ordered, 'It makes you look-' his next words got lost as he set his free hand on her back feeling her shiver a bit and realizing she had an open back dress.

Fuck

Tsu's tongue that was sticking out a moment ago pushed into her mouth, 'Like?'

His eyes once again were slow when they moved from her mouth to take in her face as a whole. She really looked exceptionally good tonight. Everyone, including his old hag, looked their best, but Tsu-looked really good. Too good for his barely put-together composure overseeing her at all.

He felt like a fucking idiot for forgetting what the hell did he want to say and rather shook his head and tried to find some balance, 'Never mind just look at my eyes. I'll lead.'

'As usual,' chuckled the woman, but not in a mean way, and the smile remained across her wide mouth even afterward.

Katsuki shook his head again and listened to the band to catch the moment they could start. He rose his head before he made the first step and Tsu easily followed. They worked as a team a lot back in school and even now as professional heroes. They knew how to play nice together.

'You've gotten better,' he commented brushing his fingers gently against her back. Her skin was soft and nice against them.

Tsu swallowed a bit, 'H-how would you know, Baku-chan? You wouldn't dance with me at the U.A ball, remember?'

He did. It was the final year. Everyone danced except for him. She wore her typical color green, and the dress was girly and cute as a dress for a schoolgirl should be. Nothing like this one that fit her body like a second skin and made him aware since the second he saw her during the ceremony that she looked beautiful tonight.

'I didn't dance with anyone that night,' he said pulling her closer their chest touched and for a second, they slowed their moves.

'Your loss, kero,' Tsu's dark eyes and face were as unreadable as ever, but her words? Never.

'Maybe,' he lied. He knew it was his loss. He wouldn't have minded dancing with her. In fact, when she asked him, he had a split second to consider it, but ultimately he couldn't. He couldn't allow himself to. Not then. Not when he wanted to become the best. The number One Hero. He couldn't allow himself distractions back then.

Seven years later where was he now?

Katsuki pulled her closer to hide her dark eyes that seemed all too deep at the moment from his gaze.

Tsu's hand slid to his chest, 'It could have been fun. You should try it sometimes, Baku-chan.'

'I have fun,' he said unsure if it was a complete lie this time.

'Beating up villains?'

'It's fun, and don't fucking act all high and mighty, damn it,' he snapped, but the only response was a giggle. He felt relieved. It wasn't that Tsu was some happy idiot like the groom, but she didn't let things affect her. She was too confident for that. He envied her. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't bring himself to ask her to dance with him back then. When he let his fear of losing focus get the best of him, she was brave enough to ask.

'I would recommend swimming. It's fun too, and you don't get bad press for it,' she said and peaked up at him. They were close, and she was still short and blunt and all too beautiful tonight.

What was she saying?

'I call bluff,' he said and swallowed a bit with how good it looked when the corner of her mouth pulled into a small smirk, 'Do you want to bet, Baku-chan?'

Yes

'Bring it, Froggy,' he said heatedly as he did whenever he was up for a challenge and matched her smirk with his own.

Hers slowly morphed into a smile before she stepped out from his hold. He felt a slight stab of disappointment before he realized her wide fingers shifted in his palm, and she was now holding his hand, 'Let's go, kero.'

'It's freezing,' Katsuki complained as the cold night wind hit them. It was true. It was cold as fuck, not that he cared much. His quirk kept him warm even with lower temperatures, but he knew for a fact, Tsu's did the exact opposite.

They stopped by the water, and Tsu didn't look as eager as she was before, 'You're not wrong.'

'I'm never wrong, Froggy,' he said glad she didn't let go of his hand because he was growing more and more concerned, he wouldn't either, and it would suck too much if she would do so first.

They stood there listening to the waves hit the shore for a while just looking at the dark sea all the while holding hands. It felt perfect. For those few moments, it truly felt perfect, so of-fucking-course, he had to mess it up, 'Why did you come alone?'

Tsu looked at him, and he forced himself to look over at her as well knowing he put his fucking foot into his stupid mouth again like he always had with her ever since the fucking first day of school ten years ago.

She glanced over at him, 'What do you mean? Ochako-chan and Izuku-chan wanted to keep it small.'

Katsuki turned to her, 'Damn it, don't be-!' he stopped shouting immediately as he saw her face.

She had a soft smile present on her face. It wasn't mocking or filled with pity or anything like that. It was just honest and Tsu-like.

His fingers reached out cutting off whatever she was planning to say. There was a question forming behind her dark eyes. He could see it even if it was impossible at times to know what her empty eyes were hiding at that very moment he could tell because somewhere inside the back of his mind he was asking the same.

What are you doing?

His fingers settled against her neck, barely touching the skin there, but given the cold night breeze, their warmth was almost burning.

Tsu blinked slowly, but so far, she didn't pull away or told him to stop. She could. It would be simple and easy if she if had. She could even push him away or slap him with her tongue. He saw her do it too many opponents before.

She didn't.

The sea-green-haired heroine, he knew for over ten years remained still allowing him to finish what he started like she was a kindergarten teacher and he was a fucking brat.

'Finish what you have to say, Baku-chan,' her eyes spoke telepathically.

Katsuki leaned closer feeling her breath against his lips when he pressed their foreheads together. Red and dark eyes never once left each other almost like they would stop breathing if they did.

The ash-blond felt himself swallow a bit harder feeling his entire body coming alike as slowly it really got to him what he was about to do.

You didn't do anything yet, idiot.

There was still time to stop. To call a bluff and paint it as alcohol and momentary weakness.

This isn't a game.

No, of course not. Bakugou Katsuki didn't do games. He never had the taste or time despite what every damn cheap media outlet thought, he wasn't like that. And he certainly didn't and would never play games with Asui Tsuyu.

Her lips parted and her tongue darted out slowly licking her lips, 'Katsuki-'

It should have broken the spell.

It didn't.

He took the final lean toward her and crashed his lips against hers. It was sensational. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew it would be.

Fuck, this is not good.

It was the last call into the dark before he allowed himself to properly get taken the feeling of Tsu's soft lips moving against his own firmer and deeper until they parted again and allowed him to deepen the kiss completely.

Her heavy and long tongue fell into his mouth with the strange sensation of something hot and soft, and Katsuki let out a pathetic half-groan and half-moan feeling the inside of his suit pants tightening from the feeling alone.

Heaven.

This was fucking heaven.

His other hand immediately went for Tsu's back sliding down that painfully fit black dress that was too perfect for her skin leaving nothing for imagination earlier at the ceremony.

Katsuki continued to kiss her moving against her mouth as roughly and sensually as he pleased enjoying every second of her response and reciprocation. He learned that with kissing Tsu gave as much and hard as she got, and he was beyond into it.

He pushed himself harder against her and in a momentary hesitation on her part they ended up in the sand.

'The f-fuck,' Katsuki panted hard feeling his whole body go hot and his heart might jump out of his chest from both the shock and makeout session, 'W-what ? Did your knees go weak or something, Tsu-chan?'

In a second, she was on him. He was shocked, but not surprised. She was trained to be the best just like him. He sparred with her enough times and saw her take down more opponents than he could remember to know appearing between his legs and then grabbing his hair to pull him closer wasn't anything hard for her.

Her touch was rough in the best way as she pushed her lips against his clearly just as eager to continue as he was.

Katsuki didn't waste time, he put his arms around her diving his fingers into her waists. She was so hot against him like she wanted to burn him even if she shouldn't be since she was usually the one who got cold so damn easily.

'We'll get sand on us. We can't-can't go-kero back there…like this,' she tried to say between kisses, but not in a way she wanted him to stop. If she did, she would have made that clear. Katsuki knew her well enough to know that.

'Who cares, dummy?' he asked and shut her up again closing his eyes to properly take in the sensation of her kisses.

'We'll miss the cake, Katsu-chan,' she whispered before she let out a soft croak again when he nibbled at her neck.

His teeth released her skin no doubt leaving a mark, 'Sweets are bad for you anyway.'

'Of course, you would think so…you only like spicy things-'

'It's the only food worth eating. Sweets suck,' he said feeling ridiculous for having this discussion right here and right now on a beach while he was making out with the woman, he was crushing on for like ten years. Still, he couldn't think of a place he would rather be. He was fucking grateful for that.

'Are you trying to say I don't taste sweet, kero?' she breathed against his ear sweetly.

'No,' he said and looked at her, 'You're raw and bittersweet and fucking delicious.'

She giggled and brushed his hair slightly pushing him off, 'I still want cake, Katsu-chan.'

He groaned closing his eyes for a second before he got up quickly grabbing her with him, 'Fine, but just one, then we go somewhere else.'

Tsu took a hold of his elbow as he lead her out of the beach, 'You know it would be quicker if you shared it with me, you know?'
