So my friends on twitter were discussing what happened after Kurt got kissed by Karofsky and Blaine confronting him. I made this story based on that. I know in the show it was the day after he was confronted but I decided to do it like a weekend thing.

Bouncing Back

Kurt can't believe what just happened. It had been a fairly normal week with coming into McKinley, being pushed lockers by Dave Karofsky, going to Glee club where Mr Shuester would not let him join the girls group for their weekly task and then finally meeting Blaine at Dalton when he was told by Puck to go "spy" on the opposing glee club.

Now today had been the usual Friday with going to glee club and receiving a message from Blaine saying 'Courage' which made him smile so he decided he would confront Karofsky if he encountered him that day.

That is exactly what happened. While at his locker, Karofsky pushes him against his locker knocking his phone out of his hand. This is where he had decided this was enough and followed Dave to the gym locker room, confronted him about the bullying and then the worst thing happened - Dave had kissed him.

Now there he was - standing there shocked. He had so many questions in his head at that moment. Did that really happen? Is Karofsky gay? Why me?

He slides down the locker and then brings his knees up to his chest and sobs into his arms. He didn't know what to do now - should he tell someone? He must have been crying for around twenty minutes when he suddenly hears the locker room door open and Finn is standing there.

"Bro, you ok?" Finn asks. Kurt looks up with his eyes wide open. He scrambles to get up and runs out of the locker room down the corridor. He sees his phone on the floor and quickly grabs it and out of the school into his black navigator.

He starts driving, he doesn't know where he is going but he had to get out of there and he doesn't care if he misses any classes or even glee at that moment. After twenty minutes of random driving he decides to pull over to a park and gets out his phone. He has numerous missed calls and texts from Finn, Rachel and Mercedes all wondering where he was and if he was okay - Finn must have said something to them after seeing him in the locker room.

He ignores them. He needs to see Blaine. Right at that moment - he knows Blaine will know what to do. He shakily finds Blaine's number and places his thumb over the call button wondering if he should call him or not. He does.

"Kurt?" Blaine says after the phone rang three times. Kurt is breathing heavily, he can't reply. "Kurt, you okay?" Blaine asks. Kurt is crying now "N-n-no. I need t-t-to see yo-o-ou" he stutters.

"Come to Dalton, I'll see you outside and take you to my dorm and we can talk okay?" Blaine says in his soft voice.

Kurt's voice cracks while saying "okay". Blaine hangs up and Kurt drives to Dalton to meet Blaine.

After a two hour drive he arrives at Dalton and sees Blaine there in his Dalton uniform. Did he skip class for him as it was now 3pm when he arrives. Kurt gets out of the car, his eyes all red from crying so much and he's still sniffling. Blaine walks up to him and hugs him which sets off Kurt crying again.

"Oh Kurt, come on, let's go to my dorm and you can tell me what has happened when you're ready" he says. Kurt nods and follows Blaine into Dalton and down the long corridors towards the dorms. Finally they come to his dorm door - Blaine opens the door and let's Kurt in. This is the first time he's see his room. It's small but it has a bed in the corner, a desk against the wall which has Blaine's laptop on and a guitar next to it.

Kurt walks over to the bed and sits down. Blaine sits next to him and wraps his arm around him. "Do you want to watch a movie then when you're ready you can tell me what has made you so upset?" Blaine asks. Kurt nods. "Okay, lay down and make yourself comfortable, I'll grab my laptop and we'll find something to watch" Blaine smiles.

Blaine grabs his laptop and comes back to the bed and lays next to Kurt. "What you want to watch?" he asks. "Moulin Rouge?" Kurt says quietly. "Okay" Blaine replies and puts on Moulin Rouge. Kurt moves closer to Blaine and puts his arm across his chest. He needed to be close to someone right now.

They lay there watching the film when Kurt's phone rings yet again. This time it's his dad. "I better answer this" Kurt says while Blaine pauses the film

"Hi dad" Kurt says. "Kurt! Where are you? Finn says you ran out of school crying" "I'm at Blaine's right now and yes I did - I will tell you when I get home, I just need to clear my head a bit" he replies.

"Okay - be home by 9pm and we'll talk in the morning" "Okay dad love you". Kurt puts his phone down and looks at Blaine and says, "Okay I think I'm ready to tell you what happened"

They both sit up and sit opposite each other. Kurt breathes in and out slowly.

"After I got your courage message earlier I decided I would confront Dave about the bullying if I saw him." he says. "So I was walking to my locker to grab my books and he came down the corridor and slammed me into my locker and knocked my phone out of my hands."

Blaine looked like he was gonna say something but he decided to let Kurt continue. "I decided that it was time to confront him about it so I followed him into the gym locker rooms and there he was. We argued about what his problem was me and then he.. he…" Kurt is now hyperventilating.

Blaine grabs his hands. "Kurt look at me" he says. "What did he do?"

"He… he… kissed me" he replies breaking down sobbing. Blaine pulls him into a hug, soothing him "Shhh, it's okay".

After a while, Kurt calms down. "I don't know what to do. I can't tell my dad what happened - his heart won't be able to handle this" he says while looking down at his hands.

"You don't have to tell him but you should. Karofsky has been bullying you for a long time now and it's not going to stop until you tell someone - either your dad or someone at McKinley." Blaine says while holding Kurt's hands.

"Do you want me to come to McKinley on Monday and we can talk to Karofsky? Try and get him to back off?" he asks.

"You don't have to." Kurt replies. "I want to - I want to help you after all it was me who told you to have courage" he says while giving Kurt a hug. "Okay, I better get home otherwise my dad will be making his way here to find me. Thank you for being here when I needed you" he says.

"Alright. I'll come to McKinley at lunchtime and we'll talk to Karofsky." Blaine confirms. Kurt nods.

Blaine walks Kurt back to his car and gives him a hug. "See you on Monday and if you need to talk at any time at the weekend call me okay?" he says. "I will" Kurt replies while getting into his car. "See you Monday". Blaine waves to Kurt when he drives off.

Kurt gets home at 8.30pm and sees his dad and Finn in the living room watching TV. Both look at Kurt and both say "you ok?" at the same time. Kurt nods "I'm going to go for a shower and go to bed, will talk in the morning dad" he says while walking up the stairs to his bedroom.

He heads to his en-suite bathroom and goes for a very long hot shower, he felt dirty after the kiss. He wanted his first kiss to be Blaine but Dave had stolen that from him. After his shower, he dries and does his nightly routine which consists of moisturizing his skin and putting on his pyjamas. He walks into his bedroom and flops onto the bed and falls asleep.

During the night he has a nightmare - repeating what had happened in the locker room. He sits up crying, he grabs his phone and rings Blaine. "Kurt? It's 3am. Are you okay?" Blaine replies. "Sorry… I had a… nightmare… and and.. I just had to hear you're your… voice" he says in between sobs.

"Shhh it's okay Kurt. You need to breathe slowly and calm down." Blaine says in his calm voice. "Breathe with me Kurt. In. Out." he says. Kurt does as he says and is breathing in and out at the same time as Blaine and is now a lot calmer than he was.

"Thank you Blaine. Sorry for ringing you at this hour" he replies. "Don't worry, you can call me at any time. Now you okay to go back to sleep?" he asks.

"Can you sing to me before you go?" he asks Blaine. "Of course." he replies.

Kurt lays back down and then he hears Blaine start singing…

Kurt falls asleep to Blaine singing. "Good night Kurt" Blaine says when he hears Kurt snoring softly.

The weekend goes by quickly - Kurt lies to his dad saying he was crying because he didn't get a solo in glee club yet again but his dad gave him an unconvincing look that he doesn't believe him but let's it go. He helps his dad out in the garage while texting Blaine.

Monday morning Kurt gets out of bed to a text from Blaine. "I'll be at McKinley at 1pm - meet me at the front" he smiles. He quickly replies back "Okay" and then heads to the bathroom to have a quick shower and do his morning routine.

He goes downstairs to find his dad had already gone to work and Finn was sat at the table eating everything in sight like he always did.

"You wanna talk about what happened Friday?" Finn asked. "No - I can deal with it." Kurt replies. "You know I'm always here for you and even the glee club are so if anyone is giving you any trouble then talk to us" Finn says while grabbing more food. "Yeah I know, thanks. Am I dropping you at school?" Kurt asks. Finn nods. "Okay well I'm leaving in ten minutes and if you're not ready then you're walking" Kurt says while grabbing his breakfast.

Ten minutes later they're both heading out the door to Kurt's car and head to school. The morning is the same as always, Kurt trying to get to his locker without Karofsky seeing him. He somehow manages it today - he grabs his books and runs into his class where Mercedes and Tina were sat.

"My boo, where were you on Friday? Are you okay?" Mercedes asks with concern in her voice. "I'm okay, was just a bad day that's all" Kurt lies. Mercedes was about to say something when the teacher walks in and starts the class.

This class seemed to drag on and Kurt was falling asleep from boredom. The bell rings and Kurt grabs his bag and runs to the entrance of McKinley so he could meet Blaine.

There he was - Blaine in his Dalton uniform. Dreamy as ever he thinks to himself. They walk to each other and hug. "So let's get this over and done with yeah?" Blaine asks. Kurt nods and they head into McKinley to confront Karofsky…
