Midoriya and his classmates had to go back home, so they were not able to make the Origami Festival this year. Apparently, we had the date wrong and it takes place on July seventeenth and not February third. I placed the Cranesman on the table for where they were to put the center piece, alongside the other cranes.

"Hello! I am King Olly! I was hoping I could borrow any leftover paper from your beautiful Origami creation!"

"Sounds good to me!" The Cranesman said.

"Sounds like I am desperate." I shook my head. "Not good enough."

"oh, here comes a Toad now! Go ask him!"

"B-but...alright." I walked over to him and tapped him on the shoulder. "Hello."

"Oh hey! You must be new here!" He adjusted his grip on a sheeted Origami creation. "The name's Toad! Nice to meet you!"

"Um...yeah."

"Hey, are you Origami? Nobody's done the Fold of Life since that situation with "Origami wants to take over the world" thing happened. Nice to see you, but I've got to go! This is really heavy!"

"I can get that for you..."

"Oh thank you! But it might be a bit too heavy for you. I don't want to crinkle your creases."

"I should be fine."

"Alrighty-o then let me just..." He dropped it into my arms, catching me by surprise. I forced myself to hold it up to my chest. "You okay, Origami?"

"Y-yup!" I gasped. What is this? It's so heavy...

"You got it, Origami?" Toad asked.

"Yup! Where does this go..."

"Over there, where the cranes are at."

I slowly walked over there and Toad brushed the cranes off the table. I cringed as they hit the floor. I placed it on the table and took a breath. I picked up the Cranesman and the others before somebody saw them. I checked to make sure they were alright, which they were, and folded them into small squares and shoved them into my pocket.

"Nice outfit, by the way." Toad complimented. "You don't see very many people wearing tuxedos on a daily basis."

"Thanks, it has pockets."

"Nice touch!" He checked under the cover. "Good, it didn't break. This took from February all the way to today. Can you believe that, Origami?"

"That is a long time...I can fold pretty quickly. If you need help in the future, you could ask me..."

"Thanks for the offer, but I like folding Origami myself. Creating this made me happy."

"Origami makes me happy too. The power of creation is limited only by your imagination."

"That's what I always said! But my parents think I'm weird for being so obsessed."

"Heh..." I laughed a little. "My own father is obsessed as well. You are no stranger than him." I rubbed the back of my head, which messed up my hair a bit.

"You're so nice!" He smiled. "And thanks for helping!"

"What's under the sheet, anyways?" I asked.

"Oh, this is the center piece for this year's festival!" He pat the table. "You can't see it until the festival actually begins though."

"The center piece the first year was done by my father..."

"That guy's your dad? He does Origami so often for so long, he might as well eat it for breakfast!"

I said nothing as I hoped my father didn't hear that.

"Eh sorry. That was probably a little rude."

"No, no. It was accurate!" Is that rude? It's true though...

"Nice to see you! I'll show you what this is at the festival, okay?" He started walking off.

"Wait!"

He turned around. "Yeah? What is it?"

"I'm trying to do something. Do you have any extra Origami paper that you don't need or use?"

"No, sorry. But you can use the sheets from that when the festival's over!" He told me, pointing at the sheeted creation.

"Thank you!" I bowed.

I waited until Toad walked away and brought the Cranesman out of my pocket and fixed some of his creases.

"Judging by how big and heavy this creation is, we'll have enough, or more, to make that wish!" I said.

"Yay!" He hopped from excitement. "We'll have to wait 'till the festival then, huh?"

"Yes."

"Olivia's going to be so happy! The wait will be worth it! You'll see!"

I smiled. For Olivia.
