Chapter One: Unexpected Visitors
"We are most honored to have such a famous cattle man visit the Xiaolin temple." Master Fung says as the group is walking outside with Mr. Bailey as he is visiting.
"Did you know they make milk from cows?" Omi asks curiously.
"Uh yeah. I reckon I did. It's a mighty pretty temple Clay but it doesn't look like the kind of training I had in mind when I let you come here." Mr. Bailey says.
"Dad there's more to it then-" Clay then gets cut off by Mr. Bailey.
"I think it's time Clay you came back on home to the ranch." Mr. Bailey says.
"But the quest for the Shen Gong Wu is important." Clay says.
"More important than listening to your daddy?" Mr. Bailey asks.
"No sir." Clay says sadly as Alexis looks at him sadly.
"The Xiaolin have always taught respect for the ways of the elders. If you wish for your son to return we will-" Master Fung then gets cut off by Dojo.
"Heads up folks! Brand new Shen Gong Wu coming through. Say nice thingy." Dojo says as he sees the star trinket Mr. Bailey is wearing.
"That's the Lone Star of Texas." Clay says.
"Lone star?" Alexis asks curiously.
"It's been in the family for generations." Clay says.
"It gets passed from daddy to son." Mr. Bailey says.
"You know it looks kind of familiar. I think I've seen one just like it." Dojo says.
"Dojo the Shen Gong Wu?" Master Fung asks.
"Oh right." Dojo says as he opens a scroll.
"Ah the Orb of Tornami. It holds back a mighty flood." Master Fung says.
"This is perfect. Daddy can come along for a Shen Gong Wu round up." Clay says as Alexis looks at him.
"Yeah and he can see why you're needed here. Why we all need you here. And then you can stay." Alexis says as she blushes slightly.
"Yeah." Clay says as Alexis smiles.
"And you can tell me the ancient secret of making milk from cows." Omi says.
*Timeskip*
"Jack Spicer already has the Shen Gong Wu but we can still surprise him. I have a very good plan." Omi says as the group is hiding while watching Wuya and Jack.
"What are you? Some kind of lady's knitting club? Just get in there and hog tie that runt." Mr. Bailey says.
"Well we can't exactly just rush in Mr. Bailey. There's a little more to it than that." Alexis says.
"Yes sir." Clay says as he begins to walk off.
"Wait Clay!" Omi shouts as Clay walks away.
"Oh boy." Raimundo says as the group watches as Clay goes over to Wuya and Jack and begins to fight with Jack for the orb before the others join in trying to get the orb.
"This is not going as well as it should be." Alexis says as the group sees Jack get the orb and laugh.
"Boy get in there and punch that pasty face in the chops." Mr. Bailey says as Clay goes to attack Jack.
"Orb of Tornami!" Jack shouts as he blasts water at Clay.
"Clay! Whoa!" Alexis shouts as Clay begins slipping from the water and tackles into the group.
"A perfect strike. I'd love to stay and gloat but I do too much of that. So I'll just say my patented exit line. So long losers!" Jack says as he and Wuya leave with the orb.
"That did not go well." Alexis says as she sits up.
"What were you thinking Clay?" Raimundo asks.
"Yes! I had a very, very good plan." Omi says.
"Clay why didn't you wait for us? You never do this. What happened?" Alexis asks.
"I'm sorry but I had to prove myself to daddy." Clay says ashamedly.
"The only thing you proved is what a mistake I made by letting you join this silly quest in the first place. Say goodbye to your pals Clay because you're going home to Texas and you ain't coming back." Mr. Bailey says.
