"Dearest Tina,

I assure you that I have acknowledged your criticism in which you declare your identity to me. Therefore, you should comply as well. As for your letter, I have undeniably been content with everything going on around the United Kingdom and the rest of the globe. It does seem that Theseus is doing well as each day progresses, he is no longer dependent on me to make dinner. I do thank you for the confirmation, it seemed to produce a small sense of hope for Theseus.

My novel has been subtly gaining recognition, though it is only apparent to critics. If published before my name being involved in a famous situation, I would have only received little attention for being a Scamander. It shocks you as a scholar how an average individual can read literature in a short amount of time, which was written in many separate days. My mind is occupied with anxiety related to my book, as well as amongst other things and individuals.

It excites me to know your appreciation of my gifts and the sincerity of your intentions in providing something in return. I could not have picked such a desperate time where cufflinks were applicable. I had been recently asked to make an appearance at a Ministry of Magic gathering, where it was said I would discuss my novel and its content. Your gift was deeply appreciated as it allowed me to physically own some form of sophistication. It is quite humorous that I have not cared for looks, or needed to, until recent times.

Your answer is quite why I would not like to be an Auror, with how stressful it must be. Nevertheless, it has and always will be your choice. I wish you not to change for anyone, as your originality is worth more than any selfish need of others. Your circumstance seemed to be exciting, with how you presented the case. It must have taken sincere determination and an open mind to attend to the little boy, it is truly admirable. The average man would be a fool to disregard you.

To answer your question "Shall I move out?" It is not for me to decide. If you have struggled for far too long that your only result is changed, I will support you in any conclusion. My personal opinion will lay with patiently waiting for a short amount of time, just so there is an understanding of whether Queenie will appear once more. There is still time, and if there is a possibility that she will change her mind, she knows where to locate you. Though, this is generally up to you and your individual choice as previously stated.

My creatures are positively well, they thank you for asking. Although recently, two giant dung beetles have caught a virus, and as a result, are in quarantine. It saddens me that they are separated from the rollers (their "group" if you may,) but not too worry I am, they have each other. Other wonders have been excruciatingly well, with how the young Nundu have begun to freely move and speak. The annoyance in mornings when I will be awakened by high-pitched noise that resembles screaming, I think I am losing sleep over them, Tina. Though, this is only staged six; in my novel under mammals, you would have known there are sixteen separate hormonal stages for these creatures. I guess there is still so much work to engage in.

My creatures have adjusted to being back home again. Their enclosures, once clean, have turned back into their usual up-keeping schedule. It is secure if that is what you were asking. It is located in my basement, which doesn't provide a hassle for movement since it has been charmed for enlargement. In regards to "Has your place been a mess?" with the sudden change, it can be agreed upon that my place has made some characterised stylistic choices. Which was not improved over the nights that Theseus was here. My creatures do not live in the suitcase year-round, as they have a definite space in my home. It did impose a challenge as some of the wonders are opposed to moving. You would be surprised, but bowtruckles hate re-locating.

England's damp weather has reflected the amount of sleep the nifflers have. As you would know, their ability to sleep is controlled by both sound, feel and smell, with no infringement on taste or sight. Recently, their sleep has been abnormally prolonged. Instead of their usual four to six-hour sleeping schedule (excluding the spontaneous naps in between,) they have been sleeping for eight to ten hours per day. It is beneficial in a way, but somewhat excruciating. I have to manoeuvre my timetable for their recent kin to sleep. For now, it is at twelve that I let them begin their morning feast, instead of the usual ten.

Despite how you think, a book signing is slightly more enjoyable than a conference. The easy conversation of expression and ability to speak clearly of my fantastic beasts is enabled through a one-on-one movement. To simplify this, I do not prefer a large number of people as I over-analyse situations and momentarily "freak out."

Theseus has been worse. It hit him on the due date of his wedding, where he figuratively could wait for the love of his life to walk down the aisle. He took vacation leave off of being an Auror, which was heavily disagreed upon by the higher officials. Since the attack involving Grindelwald, many fear he's gathering others from many continents. Rumours are that Australia is next. It does not bother me, since Theseus, despite how much of a prat he can be, is my top priority at the current moment. It does worry me with his sudden independence when he moved back into his home.

Tina, there is no mistake that I miss your presence in times like this. The way your confidence is so potent in yourself, even if not present. The way you dress; which others may call androgynous, but I would sincerely disagree. In England, I have become an outcast again. There is not a singular person whom I am not forced to converse with, and that genuinely wants to know why I am. Frankly, I am disappointed with how static our social progression has become.

Jacob has recently made acquaintance with me, as I gave him a tour of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry personally. It was not during the school year, but rather after it. He held a wand for the first time as well, but nothing would come out of it. Isn't that just fantastic? How we are biologically presented as equals, but hidden inside our common flesh is distinctive power. He has been living in my spare room for free, and in return, he offered to cook meals. I denied it, since Jacob is not just a peer to me, and stated that our friendship blossomed trust over our mutual adversities.

I must ask, how does one become trustworthy? Is there some form of subconscious desire that assesses everyone in the ranking? I trust Jacob, and how is that recognised? Our circumstances bonded us, but unlike mankind, magical creatures can determine their worthy relationships just at a glance. I ask you this question as your job presents you as an outlier, and Theseus has not been home for a little while since his leaving. I respect his desperate need for space, but I need an answer before I attend another Ministry of Magic celebration.

I forgot to incline you about the frequently brought up Ministry of Magic party, as it seems lethargic from an external view. I primarily intoxicated myself with wine and watched over others close to me. However hilarious it seems, I blanked out once the home was met. I wonder if it seemed I was more confident that night? Perhaps I should develop my social skills since I found it hard to understand what is optimistic about a large gathering.

I would like your confirmation in discussing whether you are sincerely feeling well at the current moment. Since I find comfort in sharing my troubles, I hope for you to do the same.

With fondness,

Newt S."

Newt eyed the paper, tossing it in his hand before realising to place it in an envelope. In slight haste, he gathered his items and letters in a pile. It wasn't until he stepped outside that he sighed. It was a struggling state that he was in, trying to not come off as needy or cold in his response. Newt intended to lightly hint towards a desire between Tina and himself, where he eagerly waited for her opinion.

'This is embarrassing.' Newt thought to himself, with his hands to his flustered cheeks. It was a skill, to overthink everything that seems insignificant in the grand schemes of it all. He sorted himself out, straightening his posture. In midst of all of Jacob's items, Newt scurried out of his office to enrobe himself in his bedroom.

He had more leniency for Jacob's mess, as he knew he would be leaving soon.

One more day until he would travel to Cuba in the hopes to find an endangered species, tree-forming lizards. This species consists of thousands of smaller magical lizards which form large tree sculptures. They blend in with surrounding areas, and once aggravated, form into large strangling vines to kill their oppressors. It was made aware to Newt through his magizoologist contact credentials located in the ministry, as a letter was sent in urgent matters from a young witch. Cuban demolishers wish to bring deforestation to the south, which is where the last tree-forming lizards were spotted.

A room in the suitcase was arranged, where the creature's needs could be met. However, Newt was sworn to secrecy by the Ministry of Magic in the details of his departure. It seems that the 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them' novel eased his international movement, as reprimanded by his publishing office. Although, Newt's international travel for "personal issues" was a decree of problematic intentions, where the Ministry felt the public would erupt into disorder.

Newt referred to the trip as a "simple travel and return from an unspecified space" while explaining to Jacob the situation. Jacob seemed unscathed by the news, entrapped in his thoughts and ideas. His intentions came across as being attentive but received as disinterested.

It ached Newt to not tell Tina, even amongst their short distance. Betrayal was the definition of his current emotion. His movements towards the beast division in the Ministry of Magic were sluggish, almost as if he was dragging himself across to the building. Entering the division to which he took the staircase, he placed the letter and his research papers on his desk. Stressed from Grindlewald and Dumbledore's ultimately intimidating nature, Newt felt everything hit and leave him at one. There had been too many tasks and adversities to complete, that he had lost himself in the wishes of someone on another continent.

He scribbled an "If contact from my behalf is delayed, it is because of an occupational task," on the inside flap of the envelope. Writing her address and contacts, Newt commenced his studying. It was here that he realised the Ministry of Magic would be unable to prove his whereabouts after he signs his arrival letter in Cuba; where they could not attend to his movements after a regular confirmation of his assigned case if he were to leave the country and come home shortly after his initial arrival. He could blame his transportation for a late appearance, even though it was proven to not be the case.
