"Stupid Gramps. Leaving me here alone." A Small 5 year old Luffy said as he tried finding food to eat. Then he tripped and rolled into a tree, slamming into the tree and knocking down a Fruit. It was Orange Grape with Black Swirls. Luffy was hungry so he took a bite and swallowed it.
"Gross. I would rather starve than eat something like that." Luffy said as he threw the remainder of the fruit and started moving towards Fusha Village. Not knowing he had eaten something special . Well not that special.
Some Years Later…
"Oi Luffy what are you doing?" A Man with Red Hair and a Straw Hat said. This was "Akagami" Shanks, a Man with 1.08 Billion Bounty currently on his head. He was standing on his ship as he looked at Luffy who stood with a Knife in his hand.
"I am not joking this time. I have had enough. I will prove it for you all to see." Luffy said, raising the knife.
"Luffy is going to do something funny again."
"Ha ha ha! Go for it, let's see what you are gonna do." Shanks said as he started waving his fist.
Luffy pierced just below his eyes with the knife as blood spewed out of it. "Wha.." Everyone shouted.
Sometimes later…
"Ah It didn't hurt one bit." Luffy said smiling though he did have tears in his eyes.
"Liar. Don't do anything stupid again." Shanks said as Luffy's smile got even bigger.
"I am not afraid of pain at all. Next time bring me out to sea. I want to be a Pirate too." Luffy said as he raised his hands.
"You can't handle being a Pirate. Not being able to swim is a pirate's greatest weakness." Shanks said as he raised his Spoon up.
Luffy came face to face with Shanks. "Well it is not my fault that I go unconscious on touching still waters. And as long as I stay on board the ship I will be fine. Besides, my fighting is pretty good."
Luffy stood before Shanks and punched the air. "I have rigorously trained before. My punch is as strong as pistol fire."
Luffy then saw a box beside Shanks and opened it up. "Bleh, why do you have such a fruit? They taste so bad."
Shanks looked at Luffy and at the fruit before panicking. Now it made sense why Luffy went unconscious when touching still waters.
"What kind of fruit did you eat Luffy? Describe it to me." Shanks asked.
"Oh it was Orange Grape with Black Patterns. It was super gross." Luffy said as Higuma and his Group entered and moved towards the bar.
"I would-" "Shut up Motherfucker. Get out now. We are busy. You are not welcomed here." Shanks shouted at the incoming bandits as he projected his Hao on only them.
Shanks was already worried and they would just increase the worry. After all, Devil Fruit users were not so safe around anyone they didn't know so it would be bad if they knew about Luffy having one. The Bandits ran away that instant and even left the whole island never to be seen again.
Lucky Roo searched through the Devil Fruit Catalogue and found the Devil Fruit. "Was it this one?" Lucky Roo asked as he brought the Catalogue to Luffy as Luffy saw the fruit and nodded.
Shanks looked at the Name of the Fruit, Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Tsubame. He then started laughing.
"You will not be strong anymore Luffy. That is one of the ok type fruits. The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Tsubame or the Bird Bird Fruit, Model: Swallow. Now you can turn into a Swallow. Lol that's the only thing you can do."
"Shut up. I will not let that weigh me down. I will do everything and anything to become strong and then I will get a Crew even stronger and better than yours. I will be even above you, I will be the Pirate King." Luffy said.
Shanks looked at Luffy and smiled seeing the figure of Roger from behind him. "Oh is that so. Then I will ask someone to train you to use your Zoan Form."
"Thank you Shanks." Luffy said as he ran out.
Shanks asked Ben to give him the Den Den Mushi to call Shirohige. Shirohige picked it up.
"What do you want now, Brat? Where are you even?" Shirohige asked.
"Oh I am in a Village called Fusha from Goa Town in East Blue."
"Why are you even in the Weakest Sea?"
"I heard his Son was here. But I can't find him. Garp must have hidden him very carefully. But I did find someone interesting. Monkey D Luffy. I believe he is the Grandson of Monkey D Garp. And he seems to be like Roger. The way he talks and acts. But he has eaten a Devil Fruit. And I would like to ask Marco to help him use the Zoan Form."
"Gu Ra Gu Ra! So the Old Fool had a Grandson. Is it the time for that yet?"
"Sadly it seems the Joyboy will not have the Same fruit as before. Luffy was born the same day as Joyboy was destined to be born. I think me coming here was part of fate. But one small thing messed it up and Joyboy will not be having the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. I think I am going to just dump it in the Ocean around here. Nobody will come to the Weakest Sea to get the weakest Devil Fruit after all."
"We both know it isn't the Weakest Sea. It has given Birth to many Strong People like Roger and Garp. And Garp's Legacy will not be different. A Person with the Will of D will always grow to shake the World. I will send Him to you then. But when you return, bring him with you."
"Yeah yeah." Shanks said as the communication stopped.
Sometimes later…
Marco flew in and landed besides Shanks. "So who is the one you wanted me to train with?" Marco asked as Shanks asked him to wait. Just a few minutes later a boy came towards Shanks and looked at Marco.
"Shanks that guy as a Pineapple instead of his Head." Luffy said as Shanks started laughing. Marco was kind of already annoyed.
"This is Marco. He has eaten the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix and is good at using it. So I have asked him to train you to control your Zoan Form." Luffy smiled widely at that.
"Ok let's begin, yoi." Marco said as he walked with Luffy to a forest.
"First thing every Tori Tori user should know is to transform their Hands into wings. But it is not that hard. Just concentrate and jump and flap your hands. It will turn into wings. After enough practice you can turn them into wings on command. Same with our feet and other parts. And after we can do that we can transform completely into our Zoan Form." Marco said as he did as he was told.
"Hey, I have a question. Do you poop?" Luffy asked, smiling widely.
"Sigh. It seems I will have to teach you manners and make you a little smart too. Now come on, let the training begin." Marco said as he tossed Luffy up and caught him in his arms when Luffy couldn't activate his wings.
Sometimes later…
"So you are really leaving this time." Luffy asked as he stared at Shanks.
"We have stayed here long enough and now it's time we move on. Are you upset?" Shanks teased.
"Just you wait. One day I will find myself a crew that is as Strong as yours. And then I will find the Worlds Biggest Treasure and become the King of Pirate." Luffy said, full of determination. Marco smiled at the words of his Student. He even reminded Marco of Roger, even though Roger and him didn't have much interaction.
"Oh so you want to be bigger then us huh? Well then this hat is my Gift to you." Shanks removed his Straw Hat and placed it on Luffy's head.
"This is my favorite hat you know. When you be a bit pirate, return it to me." Liffey started tearing up as Shanks headed to board the ship. Marco came near and squared to look at Luffy.
"You know next time we may meet as enemies or allies but you were a great student. And next time we meet I hope to see that you have grown stronger. And as I say, knowledge is power. So I always have more than enough knowledge. And it is bye for now yoi." Marco then flew to Shanks' ship.
Sometimes later…
"So it is it now yoi. I will be going now." Marco said as he flew to Moby Dick.
"So you have come back my son. I believe you have a lot to share." Whitebeard asked as Marco smiled at his father.
"Yeah the brat was interesting. He learned things fast, yoi." Marco said as Whitebeard laugh.
"As I said, a D will always shake the World Gu Ra Gu Ra."
10 years later..
"He finally left. We are going to miss him." Marino said as she looked into the ocean.
"Ah the weather sure is nice." A voice said as we saw Luffy lay on his small boat. He had grown quite Muscular but he was not that tall. He was 6' 5" and he wore a red vest which was open to show his Chest and had some scars in his chest. He had the Straw Hat tied around his neck.
Then the water started moving as a Large Sea Creature came up. "I have been waiting for you. This is your unlucky day. I will show you what I have learned in the past years."
Luffy then jumped up and transformed his arms and "Quick Attack" shot forward at a blinding speed and hit the Sea Monster multiple times before landing in the small ship again.
As Luffy landed, the Sea Monster just slumped down and sank to the bottom of the sea.
"I will have to find some friends first. I hope I can find at least ten people. And then I will have to draw the flag. I am going to use that design. Alright let's go. I will be the King of Pirates."
A long journey has begun. A journey of about 20,000 pages and 25+ Years, for us that is. Without any friends he set sail on a little boat.
So yeah. New story. And to those who like to PM me don't. I don't see that. Instead send a request to me in discord and talk to me there.
