Teyvat's Fight
Chapter 2:Dedicate your Hearts(An attack on titan reference)
When the great Jade Chamber has reached the ground, Keqing welcomed them with a monotonous stare and ushered them inside quickly , for they don't want the abyss to spy on them (Even if they are watching, they can't hear what they are saying, don't they?) While most vision holders stared at the belly of the palace in awe, Kazuha observed that their visions aren't glowing. Strange. It must have been the effects of the hurrricane at the docks. Other than it's an act of the archons for keeping them in order, Kazuha has no assumption of reasoning why their visions don't even work at all, for who else can create such a hurricane on them.
"Welcome to the Jade Chamber. You know why you are here," Said Keqing in a dull voice, for the deaths of the Liyue Qixing might has trouble her a lot (Keqing and Ninguang are the only ones who have survived, due to them being experienced fighters, yet Ninguang has suffered a large blow across her gut, and the other five has lost either one of their body parts.) She has definitely seen better days. Her clothes were ripped in some parts, holes has gone their ways in her stockings, and most hauntingly, blood was stricken all around her body, which makes others have a view of her being a serial killer.
"In here, we will talk about preparations and strategies (This made Kokomi sit straight in her chair) for the upcoming battle, for it's a large one that all has to fight against, for we have more than landscapes and buildings to protect. You shall also train and live here for the time being. If the Jade Chamber has run out of fuel, it has to be refilled quickly for time's sake, for if it falls, then we will be spot even easily with no protection, but first we—"
"Excuse me, but if you have not been informed, our visions are not working, for it's the archons work." Kazuha piped up. The obvious first thing the vision holders do after that is to look at their visions for double-check. Although it's true, they don't care about it, due to the fact that they don't necessarily need it.
"Thank you for the statement, young man." Keqing continued in the same manner. "You shall settle in first. Then we will swear an oath. The oath is also about dedication, for this might be your and Teyvat's last fight. One last statement: Visions shall be given to me for safekeeping, so nobody will get hurt."
The visions holders agreed in solemn agreement. For it's the same homeland they have shared all together, against the unknown forces outside.
After they have settled in, everyone goes to the main room inside the chamber, with candles set upon one side.
Keqing arrived later then expected, with deadpanning eyes, yet no one sees it.
After checking off the number of vision holders, she confirmed that everyone was in the room and announced "For the oath shall began now. These candles in front of you represent a vision holder. If she/he broke the oath by a lustful sword, their flame shall be extinguished and they shall be exiled from this elite band, and never have the privilege of a vision ever again." she said as she lit up the candles one by one.
"This is the oath or contract that Ningguang and I have agreed upon," Keqing explained, pointing to a board of letters. "For I, _, will cherish the vision and use it wisely, or shall be the end of my glorified days. My homeland is invaded upon havoked forces of evil, and I shall contribute with everyone as sole guardians of our nations, for we are hope's last beacon. I shall dedicate my heart to a burning blaze and set it ablaze into a flame, for the flames I and the others have created shall form a shining beacon as a guidance and as a faith for all the people of my homeland to come, if I betray this beacon, for my light shall be destroyed and I will yonder and be one with the unknowns of Teyvat forever and ever."
One by one, the vision holders grab a candle and recited this oath in front of everyone, in case someone didn't read it (Fischl surprisingly didn't declare herself as Prinzessin der Verurteilung this time, for even she understands the seriousness of this situation.)
After everyone and Keqing is done speaking their own role, Keqing arranged the candles in the order of every region's members in alphabetical order. Then, it's time for dinner. As promised, all vision holders gave the visions to Keqing.
Dinner was simple, with a bit of cream stew and wolfhook juice. The beacon warriors sat by region in each room, eating in complete silence, so silent that you can only hear the slurping of the soup and the juice.
However in the Mondstadt room, it's far from quiet. (Warning:Gore and some disgusting stuff)
"Razor! It's extremely unhygienic! Stop!" Shouted Bennett, pulling onto his hood.
"Razor no waste food. Wasting food dishonor archons." Razor replied, continue licking the floor with his tongue.
"I know that it's not good to waste food, but please, you don't need to take it this far!" Bennett exclaims.
Diluc just slapped her forehead, for they are fighting over some silly stuff once again.
But the small blaze soon become into a roaring flame.
All the boys started fighting over should you follow the five seconds rule or not ("According to science, a lot of germs are being attached to the food once they have touched the floor! So my debate option is no!" Albedo screamed, a surprise from his calm demeanor)
Meanwhile, the girls just silently eat their lunch in a corner.
Meanwhile, the revolution is getting worst, with boys sticking their friends into plates and forcing them to lick it off the floor to let them understand their statement, and some even got their weapons out to fight. Kaeya and Diluc are just fighting about the wolfhook juice in their own fights.
Rosaria just could not take it anymore.
"ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE! IF YOU GUYS MAKE ONE MORE ARGUEMENT, I SHALL SUMMON THE WRAITH OF THE ANEMO ARCHON BARTISABATOBAS!"
The boys soon stop after that and obligingly cleaned the floor and finish their juices.
"It's Barbatos, for the hundredth remainder" Barbara corrected.
"I don't care about his name, for he is a total fool that makes a huge deal out of himself! Why didn't he save Jean? Why didn't he save the others?!"
"Because he wants humanity to stop depending on gods to help them fight!"
"Well, but this is an emergency! He should have helped during the urgent calls of his beloved homeland!"
"Hummanity is strong and doesn't need his help! Look at how Mondstadt is growing without the help of our Archon!"
Soon enough, the tables have turned.
The girls fought about the Anemo Archon's way of freedom and governing, with Barbara (Of course), Eula, Klee (Just because she has to obey Jean), Lisa, and Sucrose supporting his ways, while the others are against him, Barbara accidentally throws her plate at Sucrose. She dodged it and landed in the face off Klee; Lisa dodges an attack from Mona's cup; while Rosaria beats up Sucrose, screaming that Venti is an idiot, with Sucrose's face starting to bleed from her sharp nails; while Fischl tries to push Rosaria out of the way, trying to protect Sucrose, with Diona dodging Eula's plate attacks swiftly.
All the boys could do was watch, since it's impossible to stop girls fighting one another.
Never has the deaconess been so angry before.
The fight started to become into a full on debate fight, a grim remainder that this might be the results of the future war. Barbara got a scar on her back from the broken edges of a plate; Eula has a blow on her face, blood trickling down her eyes; making her almost blind. Klee has her fingerbones broken; Lisa has scratches around her naval; Mona has broken bones and scars across her body; Sucrose's face just got more bloodier and more scars; Fischl has deep gashes into her left arm from her attempt sacrifice for Sucrose, as Rosaria's nails dug into her skin; Diona has broken her right arm's bones as Eula crushed her body to the ground. Rosaria has the most damage, for her brain was bloodily gashed, alongside with many deep bruises and cuts across both of her arms and knees.
"NO ENOUGH! I WILL HAVE ORDER!" Kaeya screamed at the top of his lungs.
"HOW DARE YOU COPIED REX LAPIS' LINES!"
Keqing stormed into the room at once.
"WHAT HAPPENED HERE?!" She roared.
"WE ARE FIGHTING ABOUT THE ARCHONS, OR MAINLY THE ANEMO ARCHON, BECAUSE THEY HAVE LEFT US HOPELESS IN THIS STATE!" Rosaria thundered.
"I understand about this helpless case, but we need to be independent! We teyvatians are strong! So, with or without archon, we will still fight in this battle along with our insecurities and trepidations! You have been so scared with your cowardly shadows. Come to the medic bay. Ganyu will offer some healing treatments."
The girls silently went to the medic bay, for they are ashamed of their own feasts of foolishness.
"As for you, it's greatest of pities that you guys fought over something this stupid, along with the audacity to steal the string from Rex's teeth!"
"Well, but at least our fight isn't that violent!" Kaeya hollered.
"Not violent? The war I saw you fight looks more like a performance by clowns, rather then jesters. The girls have a reason to fight, because of their anxieties, but you have no rights to fight over a stupid rule,"
"I'm truely sorry, but I afraid I have to seperate you from the other regions, due to your utter acts as idiots. Now go to bed! It's already midnight."
Diluc sighed. With the pressure plates about to fall apart because of the upcoming battles, additionally with the annoyance of his partners that make the ceiling crack, this is going to be one long week.
